二、工作要点

对于向学生进行思想教育、品德教育、科学文化教育和心理素质教育，在本学期的教学中加强德育工作如下：

(一)有敬业精神，热爱学生。

要用自己的爱来唤起和培养学生对学习的爱，从而引伸到对生活的爱。其实，英语课堂教学不只是语言知识的学习和操练，而是一种温馨的情感交流、智慧潜能的开发，社会__交际能力的早期培养，是师生共同创造精神生活的活动。因此教师在教学中，要尊重学生的人格，建立平等、互相尊重的和谐师生关系，使学生在宽松、融洽、愉快的氛围中进行学习的同时，品德得到培养，性格得到完善。

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

(四)赏识教育让学困生树立自信心

自尊心是一个人对自身的评价，对自身存在的价值和态度的体现。任何学生都有自尊心和荣誉感，每当自己在学习上取得点滴成绩时，总希望得到老师的表扬，学困生更是如此。差生由于羞怯心理，往往在课堂上不敢开口，因此，我对学困生从不大声呵斥，而是具体深入地分析他们之所以差的原因，然后对症下药，循循善诱，在加强辅导的同时，根据学生的发展情况进行有弹性的鼓励。实践证明：利用语言表扬、神情暗示、肢体示意等多种方法，给予学困生以的鼓励是行之有效的，能使他们对自己充满自信，树立学好英语的信心。

三、教材与教辅的分析

1、内容与结构

2、教材的特点

首先突出学习者的发展，包括注重学习策略的培养和使用;注重提高学生的语言认知能力;为教师和学生提供个性化的选择;其次努力提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。具体为：为学生提供更多的体验真实语言的机会;精心设计教学活动，使学生看到明确的目标和明确的成果;为学生发展语言运用能力提供详尽的语言支持;重视复现。

3、教材的重难点

该套教材强调学生综合语言运用能力的培养和提高，所以重点在于培养学生用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力;用英语分析问题、解决问题的能力;用英语进行思维和表达的能力。难点在于学生在情感态度和学习策略上的改变，达到用英语思维和表达的目标。

4、教学目标

It rubbed my legs with my body, look at the rub, my mother crouched, stretched out his hand, slowly touch her hair, it is very gentle, motionless. It looked at me and my mother with the big eyes that would be talking. My mother stood up, we go forward, Mimi followed in the back, meow, meow, meow. Mother said: "Mimi must be hungry." Gradually, Mimi and I became "good friends", as long as it is in the yard, I come back to it me meow me, I wish the kitten has beenin our yard only do not go. Because i like it.

我家养了一只极为可爱的小公猫，它的名字叫做咪-咪。如果叫我给它起个好听的名字的话，我会给它起名为“可可”，因为它太可爱了，不过也非常非常的淘气。咪-咪是怎样到我们家来的呢?是因为我奶奶的一个朋友，也就是另一个奶奶，他们一家开始就买来了咪-咪。可是不幸的是，他们一家要搬迁到美国去了!他们不能带上他们疼爱有嘉的咪-咪了。没有办法，他们只好和咪-咪说了几句话，咪-咪似懂非懂地点了点头。他们走的时候，咪-咪还有点依依不舍呢!咪-咪到了我们家，就仿佛到了一个陌生的环境。它望了望我们的保姆——长英姐姐，长英姐姐拍了拍咪-咪的头，拿出一条香喷喷的红烧鱼给它吃。很快，咪-咪和我们有了很深厚的感情。

我们虽然对咪-咪疼爱有嘉，但是这个咪-咪居然不知好歹，把我们家的沙发(幸好不是这个家里面的沙发)给抓坏了。我给气个半死，一手操着一把水果刀一手握着一个鸡毛掸子，我大声地吼到：“咪-咪!你竟然把那么名贵的沙发给弄得体无完肤!看我怎么修理你!”咪-咪吓得四处乱蹿，我想：算了，我不想揍这只猫了!我来看看电视吧!可我的气依然没有消，气鼓鼓地坐在沙发上。咪-咪似乎看出了我的心思，就在我的脚下饶着，似乎在说：“小主人，你就原谅我嘛!我以后再也不敢了这样了。好不好呀?”我就抱起它，说：“好，咪-咪乖，下次再也不要这样了啊!”说着，我就把咪-咪放在我身上，让它和我一起看电视。

咪-咪始终不能改。又有一次，咪-咪在厂里抓到两只老鼠，又再湖里抓了两条鱼。为了奖励咪-咪，长英姐姐把两只老鼠烤了，又煎了一条鱼来慰劳咪-咪。另一条鱼，我们自己煎了吃了。咪-咪一时兴起，从阳台上的缝隙跳到我们邻居的家里，因为人家的沙发也是皮的，咪-咪把人家家里的沙发误看成我们自己家里的沙发，抓了又抓，抓了又抓。等我们发现的咪-咪不见了的时候，我们才刚刚吃完饭，已经太迟了。我非常生气，把家里的鞭子找出来，抽了一鞭在地上，大叫到：“咪-咪!你这只臭猫!你抓了我们家的沙发不说，还抓人家家里的沙发!看我不打死你!”咪-咪向我吐了吐舌头，好像在说：“那又怎么样?只要我高兴，干什么都可以。而且我帮着你们抓了两条鱼和两只老鼠，你们应该感谢我才对呢!”我抽了它几鞭，它终于投降了。

虽然咪-咪给我们家惹了那么多的麻烦，可是我还是好喜欢它哟!现在，妈妈早就把咪-咪送给了别人，我十分地伤心。可是这也是没有办法的事情呀!是妈妈决定的事情嘛。我现在真的好想把咪-咪从那个人的家里要回来呀!

in the past three years of my college life i have never ceased to think what kind of work i shall take up upon graduation。 although my ideas are not consistent， i have decided on a college teacher as my life-long career。

a variety of reasons have led me to choose this occupation over other more lucrative ones。 first， teaching is learning。 to make my lectures more constructive and stimulating， i have to read more books， explore new knowledge and gain a better understanding of the world the very thing i enjoy in my life。 second， teaching means freedom and independence。 as a teacher， im free to use my own ideas and make my own decisions， a privilege not everyone can have， even those with highly-paid positions。 finally， i like teaching because it offers certain peace of mind。 no more rushing to catch a morning bus， no more anxiety to please a boss， no more worries about your paycheck which is steady， if not handsome。

nothing， not even a big salary， can equal for the opportunity to continue learning，the satisfaction of being your own boss，and a gentle peace of life。
