第二次上课，我看着那根竹条子就想起爸爸气青的脸，就感到脸上有了火辣辣的疼痛。所以上课认真多了，作文也写得很快，每次老师都表扬我进步了。

我想以后，我也不会忘记这根竹条子，尽管它打了我，但也体现了爸爸对我的爱。

吃饭的时候，爸爸又喝酒。从他喝第一口时一股酒味以最快的速度窜到我的鼻子里，实在难闻死了，那酒味像魔鬼抓住了我的鼻子，给我灌麻醉药，一直到心里，浑身都被麻酥了。

结果一不小心，爸爸拿叉子时，手一抬，就碰到杯子了，他还没感觉，拿回叉子时酒就全泼了，这一股酒味可不一样，它像潮水一下子涌进了我的鼻子里，差点把我给推倒。

我实在受不了这股味道。

我拿起纸把鼻子一捂就走到别的位置了，爸爸又要点酒，我连忙阻止他。

可他还要点酒，我说：“点就点，可不要再泼了。”爸爸说：“谢谢我亲爱的宝贝，我不会再泼了。”哎，他的味道实在让我受不了。

我换了个座位终于吃了个饱，爸爸最终还是喝醉了，我们终于回家了。

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best
