popular. Nowadays, almost every family has a computer. Because of computers, our

daily life is improving.

Computer has a great effect on our daily life. In the first place, computer

has so many functions. As we have computers, we neednt buy books, radios, TVs

and any other things, because computer can take place of them. Secondly, surfing

on the Internet must be very interesting. Through the Internet, we can do

everything we like. Thirdly, thanks to the Internet, we can get the further

education at any time, so we dont have to get up so early in winter days.

However, a coin has two sides, because its new doesnt mean its always

good. At present, most students spend too much time on computer games. I dont

think its a good phenomenon, because it will do great harm to our eyes as well

The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually

in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance.

This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that

Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas

body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar

month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to

show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a

grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central

Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the

country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets,

attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns

to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is

an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the

lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out

and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will

get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

family.

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local

governments will even organize a fireworks party. On the night when the first

full moon enters the New Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposing

fireworks and bright moon in the sky.

这是我第一次给您写信，因为我心里有很多话对您说。在参加“童心话水，牵手明天”童谣大赛的一个多月里来是您默默陪着我，从初赛、复赛到决赛，这一路走来我从您身上看到很多也学到很多。

记得刚刚开始练快板的时候，我感觉太难了，总是跟不上节奏，每次叫我练我都用消极的态度对待。

您告诉我说：“有些事你能不能做好，不在于这个事有多难，而在于我们对待事情的态度”。您还对我说：“我们做每一件事，我们必须要付出百分之百的努力，没有任何事情可以随随便便成功。”我听了您的话感觉非常惭愧，慢慢的我变得积极了，不再消极对待比赛。

爸爸你知道我最佩服您什么吗?我最佩服您练快板时的坚持和认真，自从比赛以来，您每天在视频上一遍一遍仔细的观看钻研，晚上回家板不离手、勤加练习。在短短的一个礼拜您就可以打出一手流利的快板。

爸爸我还要对您说声：“谢谢!”这次童谣大赛我之所以能获得一等奖的好成绩，就是因为有您一直陪伴我、教导我、鼓励我、支持我，如果不是您一直在我身边，我可能早就放弃了，所以这座奖杯也应当属于您。

通过这次比赛我也收获到了很多，我感受到了很多快乐，让自己变得更自信了，当然也有过伤心和泪水。这是我人生难得的一次锻炼机会和成长经历，我一定会好好的记住它。

最后，我想说：“爸爸，我永远爱您!”

您在我心中是那么伟大，您伟大的像一座大山，虽然您很爱我，但是您有一个坏毛病就是爱和我抢肉。

记得有一次，妈妈做了我们俩最喜欢吃的黄瓜炒肉，我们俩的筷子在盘里抢肉吃。这时我看见一块很大的肉，就把筷子伸了过去，没想到您也看见了，就眼疾手快地把肉夹到了自己的碗里，我一看您美滋滋地在吃肉，我就哇哇的大哭起来。我不愿意，就又夹了一块小肉吃了起来。饭吃完了，我还不愿意，因为我是个孩子，您应该照顾我。

您好!

在写这封信的时候，我的心潮思绪万千。亲爱的爸爸，我既爱您，又怨您。爱您关心我的成长，怨您为什么有时候严厉的不合情理。

记得小时候您耐心仔细的给我穿衣服，送我去幼儿园。上小学后您每天按时叫我起床，给我收拾书包，叮嘱我过马路时要小心。每逢星期天，还与我一起开心的读书，带我快乐的去爬山锻炼身体。那些时光，我们在一起就像亲密无间的好朋友，是那么令人难忘，记忆是那样美好。

但是，自从我上了四年级之后，您对我的态度变了，那时由于几次考试我的成绩都很不理想，于是您的态度就来了个180度的大转弯。再也没领我去爬过山，再也看不到您的笑脸，每天回到家就是严厉冷峻的一句话：“快去写作业”。如果不能按时完成作业，就会遭到一顿臭骂。星期天还要给我下载好多奥数题，逼着我做。我感觉自己就像监狱的犯人一样，每天在监狱里，还得在“教官”(爸爸)的指挥下去做那让人头疼的奥数题。

爸爸，我多么希望能和您像以前那样做“好朋友”，去爬山、一起读书……

我在升五年级之前的第一个愿望就是希望您能慷慨的还我自由的天空，满足我的小小愿望。

我的爸爸人长得高高的，非常帅气，可是他那挺拔的身体上却嵌了个胖嘟嘟的圆肚子，显得特别可爱。爸爸的脾气特别好，尤其对我，无论什么样的要求都会满足我。于是我给爸爸取了很多绰号，你们想知道吗？

在家里的时候，我叫爸爸“保姆”。因为在家里，我一般都会很懒，饭来张口，衣来伸手。妈妈不愿意惯我，总是对我呼三喝四，命令我做这做那。可是爸爸就不一样了，只要我一撒娇，爸爸就会包下我的全部事情，就连洗脸、洗脚，爸爸也会帮忙。在我的心里，爸爸真是一只勤劳的小蜜蜂。

外出的时候，我叫爸爸“保镖”。我这个人毛毛燥燥的，一到外面就欢天喜地、活蹦乱跳的，一不留神就容易闯祸或者受伤。所以爸爸就像一位忠实的保镖，一直守在我身边，如果我出现一点儿危险，爸爸就会飞速解救我。

还有的时候，爸爸是我的“赞助商”呢！凡是我眼红的、嘴馋的，在妈妈那儿得不到满足的，只要跟爸爸一说，爸爸就会很爽快地赞助我，满足我的购买欲望。当然，我也告诉爸爸，现在他投资给我，等我赚钱了，我会给他分红。

这就是我给我的全能老爸取的绰号。你们羡慕我有这样的好爸爸吧？

爸爸我想对你说：“如果您每天都能回来早一点，就可以早点检查我的回家作业。然后，一起玩您手机上的游戏；如果您每天都能回来早一点，就能吃到您和母亲一起做的菜了，如果您每天能回来得早一点······”
