在我的人生中，有许许多多的人用美好的品质感染着我；在我的脑海中，有许许多多的人用美好的行为深深打动了我；而最让我感动的是我的爸爸。我的爸爸一向善于钻研和精修各种家电和日常生活小用品。在单位，他对工作一丝不苟、废寝忘食，常常忘我工作，超时下班；而在业余时间，则常以他的“身怀绝技”，为小区的邻居或单位的同事“修修补补”日常生活的家电、家具，哪家的电视、电脑出问题了，来叫他去帮看看，他总是有求必应。他的精神深深感动了我。

记得有一次，是一个寒冷的深夜，突然，一阵急促的敲门声把我爸从睡梦中惊醒了，我爸起来打开门一看，原来是住在我家对面楼一单元三层的退休老干部卢伯伯，“阿强师傅，我家的水管坏了，漏了一屋子的水，麻烦你快去帮检修检修吧。”一听说漏了一屋子的水，我爸二话没说，马上去拿工具，到卢伯伯家去检修水管。一进入卢伯伯的家门，眼前真是一片白蛇传故事里“水漫金山”的景象，原来是厨房里一只水龙头和塑料水管的交接处断裂漏水所致，水从厨房流出到客厅和房间，真是好惨哦，好多家具都给水浸湿了。爸爸赶紧动手，冒着寒冷进行抢修。凭着熟练的技术，没费多大功夫，爸爸就将龙头和水管重新接好了，虽然冰冷的水把爸爸的衣服和鞋子都弄湿了，阵阵寒冷袭向爸爸的身体，但爸爸一颗助人为乐的热心却焕发出感人的炽热，脸上的微笑，绽放出和谐社会倡导的友爱、互助的精神。这种精神足以给予我小小的心灵极大的熏陶。

Freedom is an important right of people. It usually refers that you can do

早上，天空中飘着朵朵白云,我和爸爸在草坪上打羽毛球比赛。

开始比赛了，我的对手是“家中球类老大”爸爸，爸爸可不是好对付的，我拿起羽毛球拍往天上一扔，接着用羽毛球拍用力一打发了个高球，爸爸没有留过神来，当他回过头来，球已经落在了他的脚前，第一局我赢了。

第五局的时候，我的心开始忐忑不安起来，像十五只兔子在跳，我不断地给自己加油，心里默默地说：“坚持就是胜利”。经过一番努力，我和爸爸打了几个 回合后，我已经筋疲力尽了，最后我发现爸爸一个弱点，每次我打高球的动作，爸爸就会后退几步，我想如果我做成打高球的动作，等爸爸后退几步后，我就赶紧以 发低球的动作发出球，我不就胜利了吗？想到这里，我就按照计划去做，终于我打赢了，我高兴地跳了起来。

通过这次比赛我明白一个道理：只要你坚持、自信、认真、仔细地去做，没有事情是不可能成功的。

About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money. After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.

今天，是爸爸的生日。呵呵，当我提起为爸爸做的礼物时，总会想起昨天的一幕：

魏思佳教会了我叠一种葫芦。它非常漂亮和可爱，有两个“翅膀”，鼓鼓囊囊的身材，似乎在催促我们带它飞翔。正好我想起了明天是爸爸的生日，于是我就决定，折几只小葫芦，作为爸爸特别的生日礼物！

我拿出一沓纸，很快地折出三只葫芦来，我在它的反面依次画上爸爸、妈妈、我的模样（抽象画），又在它的“翅膀”和“身上”写出祝福语和我要对爸爸说的悄悄话。最后，我又叠出一个小船，用彩笔在上面画上：“幸福的小船载着我们，开啊开，一直开到……”我画上了一个鸟语花香的地方。

我决定把代表我们一家三口的葫芦放在小船上，无奈船太小，葫芦太大。这时魏思佳推门进来：“刘怡恬，你折那么多，难道准备给你爸爸串成一串吗？”说者无意，听者有心。我马上来了劲儿：“呵呵，真可以给我爸串串呢！魏思佳你先去玩吧，我做好了再陪你！”

我找出粉色的针线，拿着线准备穿到针上去。无奈，天有些黑了，我怎么也穿不进去。我打开灯，用嘴巴抿了一下，耐下心来穿。皇天不负有心人，终于穿过去了！我把线分成平等两份，再把它的末尾系起来，就开始穿针了！

小船是最简单的，我的手伸到船帆下面，用针一捣，小船就被吊起来啦！下面是我的葫芦。我用针在底下钻了个小洞，可是，针的末尾卡在洞口，进不去了！我焦急地从上面的洞往里看。天哪！我的手指头可伸不进去！要不然用筷子？算了，还不如用我的水笔夹出来呢！可是我一眼就看见了水笔那细细的笔尖，简直跟针一样呢！我灵机一动，拿笔尖捣了针尾，针进入葫芦内了！两支笔也伸不进去，我只好拿着葫芦使劲儿晃。晃一晃，针终于出来了！

第二次，我有了经验，很快地把爸爸的葫芦给穿过去了！

第三次，我就更不怕了，把针穿进去晃啊晃，手情不自禁地提起来，针就这样被硬生生拔出来了！看来可真不能轻敌。于是，我低着头，猫着腰，使劲儿把自己弄低一点，好不容易穿过了妈妈的葫芦！

最后，我把针剪下来，又系了几个结，把葫芦们全恢复过来，就O了！

虽然为爸爸做这个生日礼物花费了我不少心血，但我还是无怨无悔。爸爸对我的爱，哪是这一份生日礼物能回报得完的呢？
