20XX年8月22日，我们迎来了中学生涯中的第一次军训。俗话说：“贵人出门遇风雨。”我们这趟出门雨可真不小，一个个都被淋成了落汤鸡。经过近一个小时的车程，怀着几分紧张、几分兴奋和几分不安，我们到了深圳市园山青少年活动基地。我们的教官姓张，身材高大，是所有教官中最壮最白的，看上去面慈心善，实际上，他也不是很凶，对我们还是挺好的。只要我们认真地学、认真地做，教官就会让我们休息，因此，我们得到了很多休息时间。军训的训练并不十分辛苦，没什么体力活，只是站站军姿，练练踏步。不过，这也不是件简单轻松的活儿。

光是站军姿，里面就大有文章：脚跟并拢，脚尖分开60度，双腿挺直，两臂自然下垂，大拇指贴在食指第二节，中指紧贴裤缝线；头要正，颈要直，口要闭；两眼瞪大，目视前方，重心放在前脚掌上……如果所有动作都做标准，站十分钟军姿，就会汗流浃背了。正步这一项是最难的、最重要的、也是最累的，脚要踢得很高，刚开始学的时候，教官要我们把脚抬起来，然后站着不许动，要把脚抬高，单只脚又站不稳，一开始总是摇摇晃晃的，后来练多几遍，渐渐适应了，就站稳了。光是练踢脚，就练了一上午，双腿都快要麻了。不训不知道，一训吓一跳。通过这次军训才知道自己的体质有多差，才第一天我们班就有人倒下去，可能那天有些同学没吃早餐，才在操场上站了一会儿，就体力不支晕倒了，接连几天几乎每天都有人不舒服，吓得我总是担心自己会不会也倒下去。

幸好，最后我挺过去了。五天的时间，说长不长，说短不短。这次军训磨练了我们的意志，加强了同学们之间的合作性，也加固了大家的友谊。

Last summer holiday, I visited to Xiamen with my parentsby plane. My

English teacher once told us that Xiamen is a beautiful city that worth of

visiting. We stayed there for four days. We lived in a small fishing village. On

the first day, we visited to Xiamen University and Nanputuo Temple. Xiamen

University is consideredas the most beautiful and romantic campus in China.

Indeed, its fantastic and its buildings are distinctive. On the second days, we

enjoyed the scenery of Jimei District. On the third day, We visited to Gulangyu.

Its amazing and I like it very much. There are many small specific stores.

However, the huge tourist visitors make the small island crowed. Anyway, it was

a pleasant trip.

我在学校快满六年了，我也快要毕业了，我要感谢的人很多，例如：班上同学、学校老师、校长、班主任。

首先我第一个要感谢的是李老师，老师个性比较严格，规范清楚。有一次老师带我去认识校园。我发现好多我不认识的植物，老师很有耐心的介绍一种一种的介绍的介绍植物的名称。让我认识了很多植物。希望以后可以认识更多植物。

上数学课时，若有不太懂的地方，经过老师一遍又一遍的教导，我终于懂了!真的很感谢老师的耐心与爱心，让我在学习知识的过程中，奠立了稳固的基础。

再来我要感谢的是三——四年级带领我们的黄老师。她是一位温和又笑容满面的老师，她总是以温柔提醒，来取代严厉的苛责。她从不以课业成绩来评量我们的表现，反而是不断的鼓励启发我们多元性的发展。就是在她的爱心与温馨的教育方式，让我变得很有自信。所以很谢谢老师对我的耐心指导，才让我不断的成长。

最后我要感谢的人，当然是我们五——六年级的宋老师。虽然我们常会有一些不适当的行为，使得老师常会被我们搞的火冒三丈。但是老师始终愿意相信我们，始终愿意在旁协助我们将不适当的行为导正。使得我们这班慢慢的可以朝向成熟阶段。所以，真的很感谢老师您的包容，即使有时会出现一些行为的小差错，您都会不厌其烦的叮咛我，下次如何避免再犯。

真的很幸运，可以从低年级到高年级，都是在这充满爱与温馨的环境学习。

As the drawing presents, there is a man walking across the street absorbedly focusing on his cell phone without noticing the surroundings. This sort of phenomenon is not uncommon and rare in some metropolis, especially among the youngsters.

What the picture illustrates is the prevailing situation that has long existed in todays China. That is the mobile phone obsession. With the advent of information age, people are becoming increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people, and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

Personally, in view of the overuse of mobile phones, I hold that we individuals should raise the necessary awareness that good relationship are reinforced by sincere and face-to-face communication.
