On his all-alone journey, the little prince meets different kinds of people, which includes a king, a conceited man, a tippler, a businessman, a lamplighter and a geographer. From these people he gets a conclusion that the grown-ups are very odd. Following the instruction of the geographer, he descends in the Sahara, on the earth.

Traveling on the earth, the little prince, who sees a garden of five-thousand roses, is overcome with astonishment and sadness, as he considers his rose is unique in the universe before. At that time a fox appears. The fox, who tell the little prince about the meaning of the word ―tame‖, becomes his new friend. At the time to say farewell, the fox makes him know that his rose is unique because she is his rose and tamed by him. From that the little prince begins to treasure friendship and be responsible to his rose.

At the anniversary day of his descent of the earth, rejecting the pilot’s advice, he goes back to his own planet by bite of a snake. ―It’s too far. I can not carry this body with me. It’s too heavy.‖ he said. He tells his friend, the pilot, he must be responsible for his rose, so he has to go back. At the end the author doesn’t tell us the ending directly. Maybe it’s more significant for us to imagine, and for more, think over.

清明节在我国唐代就已经盛行，那时人们通过少纸钱来寄托自己的哀思，是因为当时科技不发达，人们无法对自己及这个世界从哪里来的给出合理的解释，于是就编出了各种各样离奇的故事，说人去世后灵魂就会到阴间去，在坟前烧掉什么，死去的人就会得到什么。这种说法大家肯定都公认是错误的，而烧纸钱的习俗为什么还能盛行几千年一直流传之今呢？

其实，人们对科学的认识并不晚，早在南宋时期的陆游就已经提出了“死去元知万事空”，达尔文的《进化论》更是现在被人们所接受的真理，既然如此，人们受历史文化的熏陶，对自己的先人有一种崇敬的心理，认为不去烧点纸钱就对不起先人，良心上过意不去，于是，才有越来越多的人参与到烧纸钱的活动中。

我在上文就已经提到了烧纸钱的坏处，其实，还有更重要的一点：烧纸钱是迷信活动，现代社会讲究的是崇尚科学，八荣八耻中也有“以崇尚科学为荣”一条，科学使社会在发展的途中不至于走向错误的方向。我们不应该烧纸钱，做违背科学的事情。

当然，科学归科学，中国几千年的传统文化不能丢。祭奠先人，尽孝道是我们中国的传统美德，只是祭奠也要与时俱进，我们可以扫扫墓，买一束鲜花甚至是采一把野花 白在先人坟前都行，表达自己的心愿就够了，并不一定要去烧纸钱。

吃过晚饭，我就冲后院的猪圈跑了过去。我趴在圈门上数着小猪，哇!老母猪生了12个猪宝宝，4只小黑猪，7只小白猪，还有一只小花猪。我推开圈门，抱起小花猪，抚摸着它，真舒服。糟糕!我的举动把老母猪吵醒了，他瞪着他那圆圆的大眼睛，好想再说：“快把我的孩子放下，否则可别怪我对你不客气。”我见了，却得意的说：“看什么看，就你这样还能把我怎样?你不让我抱，我偏抱，看你能把我怎么样。”我越说越得意，竟把小花猪抱出了猪圈。老母猪见了，更火了。用尽全身的力气拱着圈门。我见了，却得意的说：“拱也没用，老实在里面待着吧。”话音未落，只听见“啪”的一声，门竟然被拱开了。我见了，抱着小花猪跑，只见它穷追不舍，我摘下一个树枝，朝老母猪打去。但它还是紧追不舍，我只好放下小花猪，狼狈的逃了。

虽然我献了丑，但是我并没有生老母猪的气。因为我感觉到了老母猪对小花猪的爱，就像我们的父母爱我们一样，我还觉得这是已将蛮高兴的事呢!

于是，我和妈妈一起来到了一家专卖店。那家商店东西真多呀！可是，我想到自己是来买剃须刀的。于是，我直奔陈列剃须刀的柜台。我挑选了一会儿，看到一把银白色的剃须刀既好看又实用，而且价钱也不贵。于是，我掏出自己带来的平时省吃俭用积累起来的钱，给了老板，拿了那把银白色的剃须刀就和妈妈一起走了。走出商店，妈妈对我说：“送你父亲一样东西不太好吧，再去买一样，好吗？”“好呀，只是我带的钱不多了。”“那没有关系，我这儿有钱。”于是，我就和妈妈一起去了蓝房子——一家专卖贺卡和礼物的商店。进了商店，我立刻开始挑选。我选好了一张可爱的小贺卡。妈妈看了以后说我的眼光真不错。

回到家里，我马上在贺卡上写上我对父亲的祝福语言。然后，我把它和剃须刀放在一起，耐心地等待着。

父亲下班回家来了，我立刻迎上去把礼物和贺卡递给父亲。父亲看到这一份特别珍贵的礼物，迫不及待地看了起来。等到看清礼物以后，他的嘴巴都张开成了“O”型。

然后爸爸非常开心的把我抱起来了，妈妈在旁边看到我们这样，也非常的开心。晚上，妈妈还做了很丰盛的晚餐，我们全家在父亲节过得非常的开心。这真是一个难忘的父亲节。

When I got home, I immediately wrote my greeting to my father on the card. Then I put it alongside the razor and waited patiently.

When my father came home from work, I immediately welcomed the gifts and CARDS to my father. The father saw the special gift and looked at it eagerly. By the time he saw the gift, his mouth was open to "O".

过得可真快，转眼间，来到三十五中大家庭中，已有多月了。，聚集在月坛体育场，举行了20xx-20xx年度的开学典礼。这中间的两个环节令我震惊。是新高一学生的军训表演，另是“校长奖”的两名同学的事迹。

先来说说军训表演吧，新初一的同学们身穿迷彩服，戴着军帽，像军人一样挺拔。表演开始了，大声喊着“一二三四”的口号声跑上场，脚步声在地板上显得格外整齐。当听到教官的口令“向右看齐”时，微弯双腿，小碎步向右边的同学看齐。紧凑的声音格外好听。这时，我想到了军训时的。在“向右看齐”时，有的同学低头向下看，给人不自信的感觉;有的同学脚步不紧凑，给人懒散的感觉;还有的同学只顾着做动作，却并未关注这排的排面到底齐不齐。现在，不看不知道，一看吓一跳，人家的排面齐，动作快而齐。真是人外有人，山外有山啊。还表演了武术，喊的口号声也齐。这时，我才注意到，高一同学们穿的衣服长袖，难道不热吗?当然热啦，同学们脸上的汗珠替我做了回答。这让我更对刮目相看了。其实，训练的也不算太长，八天。能练到的程度，我自然是钦佩的了。于是，我在心中埋下一颗小小的种子，等到高一军训时，我要做得比。

再来说说“校长奖”同学的事迹吧。在美国贴在墙上的世界地图上中国那一部分有错误。于是径直找到了校长，将地图改正。爱国心每人都有，但这两位同学的勇气实在值得学习。 从的开学典礼上，我学到了许多东西。我也对今后在三十五中的学习生活充满了期待。

Everyone has different hobbies.Some people like to paint and others like to play basketball.I have many hobbies because I like to do many things.Let me share a few of my hobbies with you.

伴随着炎炎夏日的离去，暑假已敲响了结束的钟声。开学的前几个晚上，我曾一直辗转反侧，是因为激动吗？也许吧，能见到久违的好友，一定会发生更多有趣的事……是因为担忧吗？也许吧，这学期的竞争压力会更大更激烈……尽管暑假的时光如流水一去不返，但我却收获了许多，舞蹈九级证书到手，每天坚持锻炼身体，学会了游泳，我很自豪因为我没有像以前那样“三天打鱼，两天晒网”。当然，我每天也会去上兴趣班，希望能在新的学期有所进步。

新的学期，崭新的开始。班主任不再是以前那个熟悉的Mrs.Shing，而换了个严厉的美女老师——胡老师，她在任何方面都严格要求我们，希望我们能做到最好，当然，我们也会配合。尽管邢老师还是我们的英语老师，但我们不能像以前那样，天天能见到她，心中还是有一点点的不舍……令我惊讶的是，我第一次遇到了男的主课老师——数学江老师，他与我想象的有些不同，上课的语速较快，可能是习惯了曹老师的教学方式，开始有些不适应，希望我在以后的学习当中能逐渐习惯……如今，我们班成了全校人数最多的“人口大班”，因为来了些新的同学，尽管我们以前经常在走廊里见面，但还是比较陌生。同学多了，好同学也多了，这给我带来了无形的压力。希望大家以后能好好相处，互相帮助，形成一个好的学习氛围。

八年级——一个重要的阶段，是我初中时期的一个加油站，我要一改以前的粗心大意，因为老师说过“粗心和不会在考试时都是同一个结果”，同时语文阅读和作文也是我的弱项，所以我会按照老师的要求，每天阅读半小时，利于扩展我的知识面，丰富我的词库。妈妈一直说我其实不是不会写文章，而是胆子太小，总觉得这样不能写，那样也不能写，所以这学期我会试着放开包袱，试着让自己大胆起来……这学期也多了两门新课——生物和物理，尽管我在暑假已经把物理预习完了，但是我不会因此而放松警惕。生物，以前可能接触过一些，但是这些更深层的东西还是值得我们去探究。我个人认为，数学和英语是我的强项，我会让这些强项更强，将弱项稳步提高。我期待这学期有所进步！
