In the next few minutes I learned a lesson I would not forget: when Gramp

书中的老人曾说，我们一生所追求的东西也不过五个字可以表达——爱、喜悦、和平。此处，我只想说，喜悦的说法让我印象深刻。书中说，“喜悦是消融负面情绪最好的光”，喜悦是由内向外的绽放，从人的内心深处油然而生的。所以一旦援用了它，外界是夺不走的。可以说，喜悦是一种心得，一种收获，正如书的结尾，若菱与小雪的对话，喜悦是可以传递、分享的。“以心印心”的感觉，就好像自己看着自己，无比的熟悉。当主人公在故事的结尾说出这句话时，我想她已经遇见了更好的自己。

这本书告诉我们，生活中的挫折、生命中的困顿、人生中的转折都将成为我们修心、重塑内在、积蓄力量的最好时期。无论我们每天遇见什么，我们都应该有一颗喜悦的心，用发自内心的微笑去迎接它们。我们穷尽一生追求自己想要的人生，大多数的人都是想要让自己变得更好，用文中的意思来说，就是追求小我，以成就真我。

有人说，这是一部现代人心灵成长的经典力作。作者说，这是一场灵性成长的旅程。在这段旅途中，最终我们还是要愿意去承认、接纳自己的阴暗面，能够看到自己的不完美，然后接纳它们。能够和自己的负面情绪和平相处，用喜悦的心态面对每一天、每一件事情、每一个人。读这本书就像跟随主人公经历了一次探寻心灵、遇见真我的旅程。虽然全书没有华美的文字，但是温和的言语中透着智慧。因此，对我来说，它是一本救赎自我的修心之作。它让我学会了接纳和臣服，让我懂得了消极情绪只会消解幸福，让我理解分享喜悦的真正内涵。

通过阅读本书，我和作者一起见证了若菱的成长，看到她在老人的指点下，不断检视自己的内心，挑战自己的信念，用爱、喜悦、和平消融内心的负面阴影，最终走出阴霾，抵达真我，就好像自己也经历了一遭一样。最后，用马斯洛的话做总结：心若改变，你的态度跟着改变；态度改变，你的习惯跟着改变；习惯改变，你的性格跟着改变；性格改变，你的人生跟着改变。在顺境中感恩，在逆境中依旧心存喜乐，认真地活在当下。

正如作者希冀的那样：愿正走在人生路上的我们，都能遇见更好的自己！

I am primary school now, this is my second year, in order to focus more on my study, I live in school now, I will go home on the weekend. Our school is under construction lately, the workers are doing their work in the daytime, the machines make out large noise, I can’t focus my mind on the study.

That’s not the worse situation, when I take a nap in the afternoon, the machines are still working, I can’t sleep. So when I wake up, my head is not well working, I want to sleep all the day.

The school should limit the time for the workers, they should stop working during the snap time for school. It will be reasonable for students.

我现在在上初中，这是我在学校的第二年，为了地集中精力学习，我现在住在学校，我会在周末回家。我们学校最近正在修建，工人在白天开工，机器发出很大的噪音，我不能集中精力学习。这不是最坏的情况，当我在中午休息的时候，机器仍然在运转，我无法入睡。所以当我起来的时候，我的头脑无法好好的思考，我整天想要睡觉。学校应该限制工人的时间，他们应该在午休时候停止工作。这对学生来说才是合理的。

I am studying in a middle school now, it is my second year. If you ask me

what my occupation is, I will answer you that my occupation is student. I have

studied for many years, many students don’t like being a student, but I am not

of them, I enjoy being a student. For me, I don’t have to worry about the money

issue, I can go to play with my friends, the most important thing is, I like

reading all kinds of books. I especially like to read the books about travel. I

have a dream, when I earn enough money, I must travel around the world. So I

must work hard to realize my dream.
