一：军训感想

我们每个小学生在进入中学时也包括要升级时都会经历非常累，非常严厉的考验——军训。或许你听到这个词会想到是去当兵时的严酷考验，其实不完全是这样的，其实想当兵可不是你想到的只有军训这么简单，就如《西游记》里的唐僧要去西天取经经过九九八十一难才到达西天取得真经那样的艰难，那样的艰巨。而我们这次的军训就十分，不，是非非非（省略N个“非”字）常艰苦。

我们军训时都要站军姿，让我来跟你们解释一下这所谓的军姿是怎样个站法；两只脚的后脚跟紧贴着，两只脚中间的距离约60°左右，腰挺直，双手紧贴着大腿的两侧，双眼平视前方。在站的过程中我看到我们班上大部分的同学的脸上、鼻尖上都挂满的如珍珠般大小的汗珠，可他们却毫不理会，也没有用手擦，而是昂首挺胸的站着坚持到最后，还有的同学站得头晕、甚至还晕倒了，可他们还是坚持到最后，从不喊累，要休息。这时，我突然意识到那些解放军叔叔们的那完美的军姿是怎样练成的。我很庆幸我们没在热辣辣的太阳下站军姿，同时，我也很庆幸我们的教官没有那么严格，要不然我们就得要像解放军叔叔他们那样在酷暑的夏天，在热辣辣的太阳下站军姿，一站就是好几个钟头。

接下来我们是练习四面转法，四面转法分为三种，分别为向后转、向左转、向右转。该怎么转想必你们都知道吧，我就不再多说什么了。可是，有一点我还是坚持要说再转的时候腰板始终保持着挺直的状态，同时也不要忘了要整齐。

接下来就是齐步走了，齐步走永远开头都是左脚先，剩下的你们也都知道了，也就不用我再对你们说了。尤其是在跑步走的时候，要讲究整齐，速度，教官跟我们说过，在讲到“跑步”的时候，要双手握拳，分别靠在腰的两侧。同样，跑步也是跟起步走一样的，都是左脚先。在跑的过程中，要用余光看一下自己有没有跟旁边的人对齐，最重要的还是在跑步完的时候，自己心里默数四下，手脚也要一起摆，到第四步时是两脚合并着的。最后双手放下。

在这军训期间，我体会到了军人那种无私奉献的精神。同时我也十分欣赏军人的作风。爸爸是个退役的军人，他常常对我说，他之前去当兵时，觉得自己很倒霉，可出道时就觉得自己与之前没当兵时对人世的看法有所改变，这才觉得当兵是幸运的，而不是倒霉。

爸爸还经常对我说，要让我去当兵，我当时立马否决爸爸的建议，可经历了这次军训后，我下定决心，要去当兵。

七天的军训结束了。

在这短短的七天里，我学到了很多很多……

对我来说，由于初中都没有组织过军训，所以这次的军训的确是我人生中的一次难得的考验和磨励，军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。它让我明白了很多人生哲理，唯有一句话让我感触最深，一分耕耘，一分收获，特别的面对艰苦的环境时，我们应该坚强，勇敢面对，而不是逃避，畏首畏尾。

古人说“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋苦，饿其体肤”。经过这次的军训，我的确深有体会这句名言的含义。作为男生最多的工学院的我们，在这次的军训中也应该是最艰苦的了，每天的立正、稍息、下蹲、摆臂、踏步这些基本动作要我们反复地做着，这些动作平常看起来非常简单的而现在做起来却没那容易了，教官对动作的准确性要求的非常严格，对同学们也充满很高的期望，因此我们每做错一个动作都要做十个俯卧撑，而且每天半个小时的体能训练几乎把我们班的每个同学累得半死，全身都发痛。不过，我们并没有因此而对教官有半点的怨言。的确，教官心里是对我们班的每一个同学都是十分关心，负责任。我也深深地感受到教官对我们每个同学的无微不至的爱。在这艰苦的七天的军训里，我们每天都利用休息的时间和教官一起唱军歌，一起体会军人的生活的艰辛与乐趣。

三：军训感想

还记得清晨那阵阵鸭叫、深夜嘶吼般的广播歌声、丰盛的午饭、泔水缸中的剩菜、阳光下教官洁白的牙齿、还有离别时他无奈的凶狠，一切都那么单纯而又难以忘怀。

时间总是过的那么快，现在已是该走的时候了。

我确实不想回去，虽然外面千变万化的世界和这里相比，也许有太多的事与愿违的无奈，但我们无时无刻都在舒适环境中无病呻吟、故作颓废并以此为荣。在这物欲横流的大城市，我们享有这种所谓应得的自我放纵的权利。我们崇洋mei外，虚度光阴。

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

8月24日 星期二 晴

今天早晨去学校的路上,阵阵轻风吹来，凉快极了。我的心情也因此十分舒畅，觉得可以摆脱昨天的酷热，凉快一天了。可老天就是不给面子，刚开始站队，太阳就一下子蹦了出来，发出他身上无限的能量，晒得地板滚烫滚烫，踩在上面热烘烘的。太阳光一下子就照到了脑袋上，让人皱着眉头睁不开眼睛，真刺眼!

我十分不情愿地把水瓶放在白线上，和太阳暴晒在一起。接着，自己也和水瓶一起“烤”了起来。唉!在太阳地下站得脸都快烤糊了!好热呀!嗯，我已经闻到烤乳猪的味道了……

首先，我们还是要站半个小时的军姿。刚开始，我和同学们一样，都挺胸昂头、精神十足地站着。可没过多久，就吹来了一阵热风，它让我快窒息了，我的头发也被风吹到了眼角上，有一种又痒又扎的感觉。我真想抠一下眼睛或抓一下头发，但是，动一下就得多站一分钟，我才不愿意连累同学们，就忍住了。唉!不过就是短短几分钟吗，可是，我总觉得已经过了好几个小时了，我流了一身的汉，头发也湿了。

就在这个时候，三个同学被连长挑去当升旗手了。唉呀，真羡慕死他们了。不但可以到树荫下，而且只需练正步，真美!

一会儿，我们复习过后开始学新的项目，可是我的心中一直想着树荫下的那三个“Lucky

man”，心不在焉，什么都听不进去，其它同学大概和我一样心里不平衡，结果走过来超过支，一直都是一塌胡涂。因此，教官很生气，不让大家休息。

到了下午，同学们都十分认真地去走，排面么整齐，速度都委一致，我也不再去想别的事情，对坐在树荫下的同学表示出视而不见，我们很快地学好了动作，坐在了树荫下。

下午，我们把军体拳全部地学完了。今天我的收获很大，同时我还学会了不被他人所影响。
