眼睛是人类心灵的窗户，它能反映出人们心中各种各样的情绪。它也是人类认识世界，获取知识的重要工具。据相关调查显示，人类获取信息的90%以是通过我们的眼睛来实现的：读书、看报、看电视……每一项活动无不需要眼睛的参与。由此可见，眼睛对于我们来说是无比重要的。但是，亲爱的同学们，我们保护好我们的宝贝——眼睛吗？

如今随着数码时代的到来，人们生活水平显著提高，人们空闲时间的娱乐方式也多种多样。如手机、电脑……可不知，超时的用眼，会对眼睛创成极大的伤害。有些同学沉迷于网络和手机游戏，有时一玩就是一个通宵，甚至没日没夜，时间颠倒这仲行为不仅影响了我们的作息规律，导致学习效率的下降，更严重破坏了我们的身心健康，特别对眼睛的伤害更大。长时间得看电子屏幕，不仅用眼疲劳，屏幕上放射出的光线，使眼球产生的痛感。周围环境较黑，如果屏幕过于光亮，则有可能导致瞳孔放大，短时间内会引起眼干、眼涩等症状，长期以往很有可能导致视网膜的黄斑病变，引起更严重的眼部疾病。
