我有过这方面的经历，现在与大家分享一下。在我上小学二年级的时候，没有一个好的用眼习惯。看书、写作业都不注意姿势，喜欢趴着看书、写作业。有一次做完作业，我感到眼睛酸酸的，和妈妈说了以后，妈妈怕我变成近视眼，就带我去千里明进行了眼睛的测试。测试结果：右眼0.6、左眼0.8，这个结果让妈妈非常的担心，于是就让我在千里明做眼保健。一个月过后，我右眼1.0、左眼1.2，眼睛明显比以前好了很多。为什么会这样呢?我觉得，一方面是因为我在千里明做了眼保健;另一方面，是我在家看电视时间比较短，平时多看绿色植物，看书、写作业时注意姿势，所以眼睛逐渐变好了。

我的经历告诉我，我们一定要保护好眼睛，它就是我们身上一件必不可少的宝贝。防止近视眼，能让我们更加清晰地看到美丽的世界!

There are still many problems of enviromental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air,water and soil. The polluted air does great harm to peoples health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. Whats more, vegetation has been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment,governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, government are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.

In my opinion , to protect environment, the goernment must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through education.Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people mean more pollution.Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionalli should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.

目前环保还存在着许多问题。最严重的问题就是空气、水和土壤的严重污染。污染的空气对人类的健康十分有害。污染的水引起疼病，造成死亡。更有甚者，随着现代社会的迅速扩建，植被大大的减少。

为了保护环境，各国政府做了大量的工作。采用了立法措施控制大气污染，保护森林资源和海洋资源，制止任何环境污染。因此，在当今的环保中政府起着最重要的作用。

我的看法是，为了保护环境，政府应当采取更具体的措施。首先，应当通过教育的方法使人们充分謒到环境保护的重要性。第二，应更加努力把计划生育政策付诸实施，因为人口多就意味着污染严重。最后，要严惩那些故意破坏环境者。使他们破坏环境就是毁灭人类自己。

六月六日定为全国爱眼日，我们每个人都离不开自己的眼睛，没有眼睛面前会是一片黑暗，没有眼睛，就会失去明亮绚丽的世界。现在，近视是青少年健康的一大杀手，全国差不多有半数以上的青少年都戴上了眼镜。人均近视度长期以来不断的上升，给我们带来了诸多不便。

眼睛是人类感观中最重要的器官之一，日常生活中的读书认字、欣赏美景、上学、工作、劳动、做家务等都要用到眼睛，可见眼晴是多么重要啊！

我们这一代青少年近视的原因很多，看电视、玩电脑、写字的姿势，都能够引起近视，我们应该保护好自己的眼睛。不要在走路、坐车时看书、看报，尤其是我们青少年。还有，写字的姿势要正确。玩电脑、看电视的时间不宜过长、过久。要认真做好眼保健操，多去户外运动。注意眼的卫生。不用脏手摸眼睛，每天做眼保健操，为了自己能够有一双明亮的眼睛，希望我们大家行动起来，保护好我们自己的眼睛，做一个健健康康的人。

眼睛是人体中最宝贵的感觉器官，只有眼睛能让我们辨别是非，辨清黑白。如果没有眼睛，那么在你的面前将会是什么？这我不说大家也应该知道吧？没有眼睛，我们将会什么都看不清了。眼睛是心灵的窗户，假如我们失去了这宝贵的“心灵之窗”，你将看不到那美丽的色彩，看不到祖国的美好河山，你将会变得孤独无助！

随着科学技术的发展，人民生活水平的提高，我们的眼睛日渐疲劳，戴眼镜的人也越来越多。中国小学生近视日趋上升，最近的一份调查显示：我国小学生的近视发病率为22．78%，中学生为55．22%，而大学生高达76．74%。这些数据说明了中国近视病发率的上升之快，已到了全社会必须关注与采取措施的时候了。

一个人没有好的眼睛，将来就会给事业和工作带来许多不便。我由于没有好好保护眼睛，现在已成了近视眼，再也不像从前那样多远也能看的很清晰，现在，稍远一点的东西就看的很模糊。于是，我只能戴眼镜，想不戴眼镜都不行了。我好后悔啊！可后悔已晚，眼睛再也回不到以前了！我只好对所有小朋友说一声，你们可千万要好好保护眼睛啊！
