可是这一星期我的眼睛却什么都看不清了。

在暑假接近尾声的时候，老妈带我去焦作五官科医院检查视力，说我经常看书躺着，趴着，玩手机，写字姿势不正确，担心眼睛出问题。我们来到了医院四楼的眼科，不来不知道，一来吓一跳，来这看眼的小朋友可真多，估计大家和我一样都有着一些坏的习惯。唉！希望我的眼睛没事，这样就可以不戴眼镜了。

带着侥幸的心理，我配合着医生做了一系列检查，待检查完毕我的视力度数还是让我和妈妈大吃一惊，左眼0。5，右眼0。6。听到这个消息真让我痛心，看来老妈平时的唠叨是对的！

医生说这只是大致的结果，如果想知道眼视力为什么不好就要扩瞳，医生给我们介绍了扩瞳的作用，并建议我们用慢速扩瞳的眼药水。在扩瞳的一周里，我不能用眼看强烈的光线，不能学习，不能玩手机！

“好舒服，不用学习，”我心里暗暗得意着。听着老妈催促着妹妹学习，我觉得我好幸福！可是到了第三天我就受不了了，我的眼睛看什么东西都变得模模糊糊的！听着妹妹讲故事，弹琴。我又开始羡慕她了，度日如年呀，时间你快点吧！就这样我度过了一个黑暗的星期。

到了第二个星期，妈妈带着我去医院复查，复查完后，我听到了一个奇怪的消息，这个消息是什么呢？是我的视力恢复正常值了，经过医生的多次验证，才发现我是假性近视，这可真是让人兴奋！

医生又给我讲了许多用眼知识，强调如果我还改不了生活学习中的坏习惯，假性近视也可能就会变真近视，到时候可就麻烦了，恐怕一辈子都要戴眼镜了！

经过这次让人痛心的经历，我真正认识到了眼睛的重要性，我暗暗的发誓，从今以后一定要保护好我的眼睛，不能让它受到任何伤害！我还要用它去学习更多的知识，实现走遍世界的梦想呢！

眼睛是心灵的窗户，我们一定要爱护自己的双眼。

假如我们没有眼睛，就会失去光明，眼前一片黑茫茫的，看不到温暖的阳光，从此没有欢笑声;走路的时候没了双眼，走路时跌跌撞撞，这可多不好受啊!

那么，我们要如何爱护我们的眼睛呢?我觉得必须做到：平时要注意用眼卫生，常做眼保健操;看电视要注意时间，可以看电视但是时间不能太长，要让我们的眼睛休息;看书要注意姿势，距离不能太近，要保持一尺的距离，更不能躺在床上看;要多看绿草绿树等植物，缓解眼睛疲劳。

我有过这方面的经历，现在与大家分享一下。在我上小学二年级的时候，没有一个好的用眼习惯。看书、写作业都不注意姿势，喜欢趴着看书、写作业。有一次做完作业，我感到眼睛酸酸的，和妈妈说了以后，妈妈怕我变成近视眼，就带我去千里明进行了眼睛的测试。测试结果：右眼0.6、左眼0.8，这个结果让妈妈非常的担心，于是就让我在千里明做眼保健。一个月过后，我右眼1.0、左眼1.2，眼睛明显比以前好了很多。为什么会这样呢?我觉得，一方面是因为我在千里明做了眼保健;另一方面，是我在家看电视时间比较短，平时多看绿色植物，看书、写作业时注意姿势，所以眼睛逐渐变好了。

我的经历告诉我，我们一定要保护好眼睛，它就是我们身上一件必不可少的宝贝。防止近视眼，能让我们更加清晰地看到美丽的世界!
