+ 加入清单现在，科技和经济越来越发达了，基本上每个家庭都有电视，每个人都有手机和电脑，以至有很多小孩子都沉迷于电视、手机和电脑游戏中，因而导致近视。
近视，顾名思义就是很近的东西能够看得清楚，而稍远一点的东西却模糊不清，它给我们的生活和学习带来了很大的不便。近视，如果不及时加以矫正，任其发展可能成为重度近视，严重的会导致眼睛黄斑病等病变，进一步恶化可能会使眼睛再也见不到光明。近视眼还会遗传给后代，不仅自己受到危害，连子孙后代们也有可能继承受视力方面的缺陷带来的痛苦和折磨，其后果不堪设想。
在习主席“要呵护好孩子的眼睛”的重要指示下，我有幸地接受了视力免费普查。检查后，发现我的右眼视力只能看清对数表中的0。8这一排字母，左眼视力更弱，只能看清其表中0。5这一排字母。其检查结果表明我的眼睛也患有轻度近视，这种情况在医学上对于15岁以下的孩子叫“假性近视”，是完全可以做康复治疗并且可以恢复到正常视力的。
我坚信科学，也憧憬和向往着美好的未来，便立即决定去了离我们家很近的“瞳康科技有限公司”麾下的一家店里接受视力矫正。
首先，通过传统的视力表测了视力后，又用“瞳康科技”发明的一种机器测了视力，这种机器可以准确无误地测出我们的视力，而且十分迅速。接着，医生把矫正眼镜给我带上，那两组镜片一直在我眼前缓缓地移动，他告诉我，不要看45厘米外的物品，而且一定要透过镜片看东西，每次持续两个小时，就能提高视力。
这种视力矫正确是很方便也很人性化，简直就是专门为我们中小学生研制的。我每天吃完晚饭，带着课外书和手机去，在那里尽情看书学习和上网看资料、玩游戏，不知不觉地2小时过去了，学习娱乐两不误，还矫正了视力。
到今天为止，我累计去了六次，其检查结果右眼视力已经很好，可以看清表中1。5这一排字母，左眼视力也基本脱离了近视的范围，可以看清表中的0。8这一排字母。视力提高这么快，可真有些神奇啊！
啊！忘了告诉患有近视的小朋友，“瞳康科技有限公司”矫正视力前十次是一律免费的，这是个很好的机会，一定要去要去体验一下哦。
眼睛对我们十分重要，如果看不见了，那我们对周围的感知就会至少减少百分之八十，多么可怕！所以，我们一定要保护好自己眼睛。平时多注意看书学习的姿势和光线亮度，尽量少玩电子游戏，多做户外运动，多凝视远方目标。这样，等到我们长大了，眼睛的视力就可以稳定，到那时，我们的生活一定会处处充满光明。（公众号：明日星网络文学社）
