随着社会的进步，科学的发展，人们的追求也越来越不一样了，可笑的是，有人竞然把戴一副近视镜当作一种时尚，简直是可笑。也难怪，现在有大多数人都戴上了眼镜，大概都是在追求时尚的吧?我的妈妈也戴着一副眼镜，我把我的想法跟妈妈说了，妈妈却持反对意见：孩子，你不知道眼镜一戴上，基本上就摘不下去了，而且其中的不便只有戴眼镜的人自己知道，不是那么舒服的，特别是冬天，眼镜被热气一哈，啥也看不清了，住一会儿才能看得见，别扭死了，千万不能误认为戴上眼镜是多么光荣的事，那是没办法的事呀!其中的原由也各不一样，但最终结果是一样的，不戴眼镜看不清东西!妈妈的一席话，让我一下子明白了，啊，原来戴眼镜并不是一种时尚呀，我也渐渐理解了他们的痛苦和无奈，于是，我真正感觉到了珍爱视力是多么的重要，我们现在能有双好眼睛是多么的幸福。因此，我决定从我做起，从现在开始，好好保护自己的眼睛，也带动所有身边的人都来保护好自己的眼睛。

那么近视是怎样产生的?我想不外乎以下几点：一、小学生写字时，不注意姿势，没有做到“书离笔尖一寸远，桌离胸脯一拳远，头离书本一尺远”这一标准。二、看书姿势不正确，躺在床上看，或是趴在床上看，只要舒服，不管姿势。三、看电视时间太长，离电视距离太近，造成眼睛长时间疲劳。四、科技发达了，家家有了电脑，上网查资料固然方便了，但大部分人是用来上网聊天，玩游戏，一天天做在那里，盯着那么小一个屏幕，再好的眼睛也会受不了的。

综上所述，我们以后一定要引起高度重视，采取行之有效地措施，来重点保护我们的眼睛，戴上眼镜的也不要恢心，慢慢调理，按正确方式做，让度数逐渐减小，没戴上眼镜的，则更应注意，不然一双美丽的大眼睛，只能被深埋在一副大眼镜底下，那不是酷，而是痛苦!珍爱视力，从我做起，我们每个人都要行动起来，要爱惜自己的眼睛哟!

如今科技虽然在高速发展，但这影响到了我们的环境。河流污染，大气污染，树木的减少，沙漠的增多……这一切的一切都是拜人类所赐!国家虽然在重视，世界虽然在重视，什么环境保护日，这些事又有多少人影起了注意呢?在我看来，是极少的。国家虽然在这么说，可是光说不做又有什么用呢?做了也只是少数罢了!根本没有从主要原因抓起!你看，黄河的水不是还在被污染吗?工厂不照样还在污染大气吗?抓，就应该从小抓起，从人们的素质，品质抓起，可是国家乃至世界这么做了吗?没有!即使做了也只是做样子罢了。环境不是照样还在被污染吗?
