那么近视是怎样产生的?我想不外乎以下几点：一、小学生写字时，不注意姿势，没有做到“书离笔尖一寸远，桌离胸脯一拳远，头离书本一尺远”这一标准。二、看书姿势不正确，躺在床上看，或是趴在床上看，只要舒服，不管姿势。三、看电视时间太长，离电视距离太近，造成眼睛长时间疲劳。四、科技发达了，家家有了电脑，上网查资料固然方便了，但大部分人是用来上网聊天，玩游戏，一天天做在那里，盯着那么小一个屏幕，再好的眼睛也会受不了的。

然后，我询问了班上近视和视力下降了的同学：

调查结束了，我简单地总结了一下，眼睛近视主要是由于我们不注意用眼卫生造成的。有的看书没有一个好习惯，在强光和弱光下看书，一边走路一边看书，坐在颠簸的车上、趴在被窝里看书。有的长时间看电视，玩电脑，打游戏。平时我还注意到有些近视了的同学，看书写作业的时候，有的坐的姿势不对，有的眼睛离书本太近了……

所以，我们要时刻注意用眼卫生，看电视时间不要过长，不能玩电子游戏机，不能躺在床上、在光线过强或过暗的地方看书。一旦视力出现问题，还要及时到医院检查和治疗。

I suggest all the factories and cars shouldn"t make terrible noises. If they make terrible noise that isn"t allowed, they will be fined, and we can also produce the cars which can"t make terrible noise.
