这天，我正在看电视，突然，妈妈愤怒地对我说：“乔钟宇航，你怎么虚着眼睛看电视，是不是近视了。”我被妈妈的吼声吓住了，胆战心惊地说：“我也不知道啊？”妈妈拿着遥控板立即关掉了电视，不停的数落我，小小年纪就戴眼镜，看你以后怎么办？以后不准看电视，玩电脑了。望着无比生气的妈妈，我流下了伤心的眼泪，开始担心起来，我的眼睛还能不能治好呢？

第二天，我们来到了华西医院眼科室，一一做了检查，结果，我真的近视了，医生说视力不能恢复到原来的样子了，如果好好保护的话，近视度数不会增加太快。最后我还配了一副眼镜。

同学们，我们一定要以正确的姿势看书、写字，不要没完没了地看电视、玩电脑，好好爱护我们的眼睛，千万不要像我一样，让它生病了。
