Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into a dustbin . Don’t spit in public places . Don’t draw on public walls . It’s our duty to keep our earth clean and tidy .

我的眼睛，从小学到六年级上册都是很好的，可就是因为在放寒假的时候，整天就知道看电视，玩电脑，看书写字都是趴着，晚上还经常熬夜，导致了我现在的视力大不如前了。自从听了讲座，让我感到很后悔，可我知道，世界上是没有卖后悔药的，所以，我现在要好好保护我的眼睛!要想保护好眼睛，要做到以下几点：

1：看书不能太近。2：不能长时间玩电脑，看电视。3：要经常运动。4：要有合理光源，要把灯放到左上角。5：要营养充足。6：睡眠要充足。
