八、饮食调节

第一类：维生素A和胡萝卜素

缺乏维生素A，人体从亮到暗的适应能力就会下降，还会导致眼睛干燥、转动不灵。

补充来源：肝脏、蛋黄和全脂奶。植物性食品当中的胡萝卜素可以在体内转变成维生素A，各种蔬菜颜色越深，胡萝卜素含量就越高。

第二类：维生素B族

补充来源：鸡蛋黄、牛奶、动物内脏、瘦肉、豆类、各种粗粮、全麦食品等。

第三类：钙和锌等矿物质
