现在，我们身边的汽车不断的多了起来，环境也越来越糟糕!以至于我们周围的空气有很多有害物质。所以，我们要苏身边的小事做起。比如，我们可以骑自行车上学或者步行，这样还可以锻炼身体。有时间的话可以少用电梯，多爬楼梯。我们不仅能锻炼身体,也能保护我们的环境。

人看东西，无论是看远、看近都是靠眼球和管眼睛的肌肉来调节的。许多同学在看书、写字的时候距离书本很近，而且一看就是很长的时间，弄得眼睛很疲劳;也有很多同学喜欢一面走路一面看书，躺在床上看书或在光线不足的地方看书，这样天长地久以后，管眼睛的肌肉疲劳了，眼球里面的晶壮体也变形了，这些同学也就变成近视眼患者。患了近视眼的同学，需要及时配戴近视眼镜矫正视力，当然还得比常人更需要注意用眼卫生，不要使近视加深。

同时，没有患近视的朋友，要养成用眼习惯：一、要端正读写姿势，要保持读书、写字的姿势端正，必须遵守三点要求：眼与书本一尺远;胸与桌子距一拳;笔尖与手指一寸远。二、用眼不要持久，持续读书写字1小时左右要休息片刻。三、看电视用眼要卫生。明白长时间看电视会损害视力，会导致眼肌调节紧张和疲劳，造成近视。

其实，补钙也可以防近视。众所周知，维生素A缺乏时对儿童视力有不良影响，钙缺乏也同样会造成儿童视力减退。

如果儿童膳食中缺钙就会引起神经肌肉兴奋性增高，使眼外肌处于高度紧张状态，再加上少年儿童做作业时间长，不注意用眼卫生，共同造成眼球调节的时间增加，增加了眼外肌对眼球的压力。

班会目的：

1、通过活动让学生知道每年的6月6日是全国爱眼日。

2、指导学生了解眼睛的基本结构，学会保护眼睛的常识以及掌握正确的眼保健操穴位和姿势。

3、使学生感受到眼睛的重要性，懂得保护眼睛从我做起，从现在做起。

一、猜谜引出课题

师：1、上边毛下边毛中间一颗黑葡萄?这是什么?(眼睛)

2、眼睛是我们身上很重要的器官。谁知道眼睛的作用?

3、有了一双明亮的眼睛可以看清事物，这是多么的重要。今天让我们一起来了解我们的眼睛，保护我们的小眼睛。 齐读课题：保护我们的小眼睛

二、了解眼睛的结构

师：要想保护我们的小眼睛，首先让我们一起来了解一下眼睛的构造。

1、角膜：眼球最外面的一层透明体，用来收集图象。 - 1 -

2、虹膜：通俗点讲究是瞳孔周围，中国人是咖啡色，欧洲人是蓝色的部分。

3、晶状体：透明而有弹性，能收缩和舒张，使远近不同的物体准确成象在视网膜上

4、瞳孔：在角膜和晶状体之间，中央有小孔，小孔能放大和缩小，从而调节进入眼睛的光线强弱。

5、视网膜：眼睛最里面一层，能呈现图像，信息，但是倒图像。

6、视神经：能把双眼获得的图像大小、形状、色彩、动与静等信息传递给大脑。

师：眼睛的构造很微妙，很神奇，也很脆弱，所以由外面的眼皮保护着。那么有谁知道眼睫毛的作用?

5、不用脏手或脏毛巾揉眼睛，以免细菌进入眼睛伤到眼睛。

八、饮食调节

通过学习和实践，大家知道了正确的做法，希望每天的二次眼保健操大家都能认真做。保护眼睛是多方面的，我们还可以从饮食上来调节。

第一类：维生素A和胡萝卜素

缺乏维生素A，人体从亮到暗的适应能力就会下降，还会导致眼睛干燥、转动不灵。

补充来源：肝脏、蛋黄和全脂奶。植物性食品当中的胡萝卜素可以在体内转变成维生素A，各种蔬菜颜色越深，胡萝卜素含量就越高。

第二类：维生素B族

补充来源：鸡蛋黄、牛奶、动物内脏、瘦肉、豆类、各种粗粮、全麦食品等。

第三类：钙和锌等矿物质

膳食中长期缺钙，会导致眼球转动不灵活，眼肌凋节能力和恢复能力差，使近视度数加深;缺锌会造成弱光下视物不清。

补充来源：牛奶、豆腐等补钙佳品;贝类和软体类海鲜、动物运动部位的瘦肉、鱼类、黑芝麻、西瓜子、核桃等则含锌丰富。

第四类：维生素C、维生素E和类胡萝卜素等抗氧化物质 它们可以延缓眼球功能的衰老，

shark-skin like swimsuit

A new high-performance swimsuit,developed by mimicking the skin of sharks,will be worn by top athletes in Athens from this week.

The revolutionary new fabric,developed by Speedo,is the result of four years of research and development that began with the study of shark skin at the Natural History Museum .

The new swimsuit,called Fastskin FSII,increases a swimmers speed by reducing passive drag through water by up to 4% more than the next best swimsuit.

Research into shark skin texture and movement through water was carried out under the guidance of Natural History Museum fish expert Ollie Crimmen.

Tiny teeth cover the surface of a sharks skin and the shape and positioning of these teeth vary across the body to manage the flow of water.
