一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

二、不足之处：

我曾是那么的幼稚，以为靠近你，就能感受到你的无限温暖，沾染到你的些许光芒——你是辉煌的太阳，而我只是一粒微不足道的水珠!可是，当我靠真正走进你的时候，却发现力不从心!你那灿烂的光芒太过耀眼，你那热情的火焰太过灼人，你那庞大的气势太过恢宏，我无法靠近你。

但是，你就像磁铁吸引着我，想逃开，却又无法抗拒。就这样，我离开爱我、包容我的家园——海洋，义无反顾地飞向你。虽然，随时会有坠落万丈深渊的危险，随时会有粉身碎骨的担忧，随时会有被风吹散的灾难;虽然，时时刻刻思念着家乡，时时刻刻惦记着亲人……，但我只要听见你的呼唤，看见你的笑脸，闻到你的气味，我就不顾一切地奔向你的身边，我要，和你在一起!

家人在呼喊着我的名字，思念的泪水使海洋更加宽广。而我却笑着摇了摇头，身体已经飘然上升;风儿阻止我飞向你，狂风把我吹得摇摇欲坠，可我笑着摇摇头，依然不断地上升、上升;云儿告诉我，前途危险，靠近你会万劫不复，可我仍旧摇摇头，毅然前行。

终于，我来到了你的身边，一阵眩晕，还没有来得及和你说上一句话，还没有来得及看上你一眼，还没有来得及和你笑一笑，就被一阵阵炙热的光芒灼的很痛很痛，我那水做的身体瞬间就像影子一般散去，永远离开了你!

佛说，前世五百次的回眸换来今生一次的擦肩而过，千年的修炼换来与你同船的缘分，我愿意用今生一万次的擦肩而过换与你在一起的一秒钟!

但是，我连一秒钟和你在一起的缘分都不可能，我的追求又有什么意义呢?我那火热的心逐渐冷却下来，身体虽然早已四分五裂，化作了云气、化作尘雾，但我不懈地寻找它们，在离开太阳，逐渐下降的路程中，把破碎的身体修补好，把受伤的心灵医治好，我开始恢复原来的模样，我找到了回家的方向!

涛声阵阵，那是妈妈的呼唤吧，啊，蔚蓝大海就在眼前，我一头扎进了家的怀抱!

甚至不知道是从什么时候开始，便有一片片雪白从天空落下。把手捧在胸前，一片雪花落入手心，它只有米粒那么大，亦或是更小。还没缓过神，手中的雪便消失在无影无踪之中，一切似乎是个错觉。

掰了掰手指，这是多少年没有见过雪了?

6年了吧。如今，雪本身就愈来愈少，大雪就更是如此了。记忆中唯一一次下大雪便是08年的呢一次。

那时，人们几乎不敢在路上行走，每个人的视线都被豆大的雪粒占据，也只有呢次真正地体验到了堆雪人、打雪仗的乐趣。雪停的时候，是中午。冬天，见不着火红的太阳，唯有那一束少的可怜的阳光，就连天空也是灰褐色的。大地一副银装素裹的模样，但依旧掩盖不住我们的玩意。雪地上错综交错的脚印，编织着欢笑的余韵。

一人走在漆黑的小路中，夜晚中犹如星光般的路灯则成了救命稻草。天空中的雪势依旧不减，来到一处灯光下，借着微弱的光芒，向天空中望去。

纷繁的雪花像个调皮的孩子，时上时下，有的在空中转了几个圈，最后消失在夜空中，还有的则是默默遵守着自己的职责，为雪夜增添了些许色彩。

好奇无比的我突发奇想尝尝雪的味道，于是把覆满了雪的手指放入口中，轻轻吮吸。一股夹杂着些许温热的清凉流入心头，被这突如其来的瞬间怔住，愣了许久。

雪的滋味，想不到竟是怪异，心头喃喃道。

不知何时，几片雪花，飘到了眼里，微微的疼痛触动了我的心弦。黑夜中，不知道雪竟已经大到了这种地步，但不知为何，却总想静静站着，就这么站着……

影子被拉得长长的，不是月光，没有星光，只有微弱的灯光。恍惚间的星空应该是一轮明月和漫天的繁星，天空中总有几个最亮的星星，指引我们的前行，称之为——引路星。

如今，我向天空抓去，却只是有如深渊般的无尽黑暗。
