今天我想与各位家长交流两方面的问题：

一、向各位家长汇报一下本学期来学校对高三年级做的一些工作。

1、加强统一领导，实行科学决策，管理上重点落实。

高三年级学生面对的是高考，高考是选拔性考试，是竞争性考试。高考对一个学生来说，关系到人生的转折，关系未来的前途发展。高考对家长来说，那是全家人的希望，所有的家长都望子成龙，望女成凤。同样，高考对于学校来讲，也是学校发展的生命线和生存线。因此，学校对高三年级工作倍加重视。学校成立了高三工作领导小组，校长亲自任组长，统领高三教育教学工作。开学以来先后召开高三年级工作会议、高三年级班主任会议、高三年级教学工作会议、高三年级期中考试总结分析会。全校上下人人关心高三工作，支持高三工作。

2.强化辅导。

对不同的学生而言，学生接受知识、信息转化为能力是有差异的，而且“转化率”的差别也是比较大的。因此，我们觉得老师加强对学生个体辅导尤为重要，我们要求全体高三老师做好学生个体细致的思想工作、心理指导、学法辅导，为此，年级组宏观地调控好各学科的时间总量，增加老师在教室内答疑的时间。除安排晨读和第九节课外，还安排老师中午进教室为学生解惑。所以我们高三的任课教师相当辛苦，每天工作量很大，可以说把所有的精力都扑在了学生身上，他们有经验也特别能吃若，在教学上都取得过非常好的业绩，他们完全有能力指导好我们的高考。

3.严格教学管理，重视过程操作。

教学是学校的中心工作，强化管理的重心在于教学管理，因此我们提出集中精力把教学各项环节落到实处。本届高三我们主要致力于从教学工作五个环节入手、抓落实、抓实效：

(一)抓计划，突出条理。学期开始时，高三就在教学调研的基础上，制订了整个高三的工作计划和复习计划安排。在此基础上各个教师根据各班的情况制订相应的计划，克服了教学上的盲目性、随意性。

(二)抓备课，突出规范。学校进一步加强集体备课，以此来提高课堂效率与复习课效率。

(三)抓课堂，突出效率。我们要求全体教师必须钻研教材教法，重视调动学生的非智力因素并充分利用现代化教学手段提高教学效率。

(四)抓训练，突出落实。训练是检测和提高学生能力的重要环节，我们强调教师在高三复习的各个阶段都要狠抓基础知识的落实和解题能力的训练，对试卷作比较分析，精选精练，培养学生的应试能力。

(五)抓分析，突出改进。每次测验考试我们都重视质量分析，召开专题任课教师会并通报各科均分、还要进行纵向、横向对比，通过测验考试，发现问题，及时提出整改措施，调整复习策略。

(六)研究高考。在教学研究和高考研究中，学校不惜人力、物力和财力。马校长曾多次表示，凡是对教学和高考有作用的，一律亮绿灯。由此我们加强高考信息交流、研讨高考信息，拓展信息渠道，本学期请来了语文、数学、英语、物理四科的区教研员来我校担任专家指导团，推动我校教学水平向更高台阶迈进。

从以上我所讲的，各位家长可以看出，学校的确对高三相当重视，也做了大量的工作。离开明年6月的高考我们算一下时间的话，大概也只有180天左右了，目前我们大部分的高三同学可以说已经进入了状态，学习相当得努力和自觉，中午围着老师问问题，学习的氛围很浓，但也有一部分同学，目前还是处于糊里糊涂的状态，学习很不努力，上课不专心听讲，作业也不能认真完成，我们的老师相当得着急。我们知道：学校教育对学生的成长起着关键的作用。同样，家庭教育、对孩子的成长也起着重要作用。接下来，我想与各位家长交流一下家庭教育问题。

二、家长如何与学校共同承担起对子女的教育责任。

那么家长能为子女做些什么?首先要做子女的支持者。家庭要创造一种有利于孩子生活、学习的环境，保持家庭整洁、有序、安静，家长们努力去改变自身的生活习惯，少看几次电视，少打几次牌，少喝几次酒。多看书、多学习，给孩子树立榜样，为孩子学习多提供帮助，要确保子女有充足的学习时间。另外，要做子女的知心朋友。要学会与子女沟通，多听听子女的想法，引导子女正确看待问题、分析问题，正确对待人生、对待学习。再者，要做子女的监管人。很多家长认为，孩子送到学校后，所有教育、教学管理就是学校的事，家长无事了。其实学校只能起到教育的责任，实际孩子的监管人仍然是家长。平时家长要注意孩子的言行、思想变化，往往学生成绩下滑都是与上网、交朋友、讲究吃喝、穿着打扮、追求时髦、迟到早退等因素有关。对于存在以上问题的学生，家长要坚决制止。

在这里我还要指出：有部分学生科目发展不平衡。高考中，学生有任何一科“瘸腿”都将影响高考成绩。学生受年龄所限，大多数情况下学习还是非理智的，即：考得好的科目兴趣就浓，自然愿意多投入，反过来又促进该科成绩的提高，形成良性互动。另一方面，考得不好的科目兴趣不浓，做题畏难情绪重，觉得花时间多，收效低。这样反过来又导致成绩的进一步下滑，形成一种恶性循环。其实最后算下来，优势科目提高的分数还抵不上“瘸腿”科目损失的分数，导致整体成绩下滑，这是得不偿失的。这也需要我们家长协助学校共同做好学生的思想工作，引导学生注意科目平衡发展，以利提高高考的总分。

我们希望各位家长能保持与班主任与任科教师的联系，把孩子在家表现、思想状况及时与老师反馈，以便有针对性的教育。另外，学校、家庭要共同承担对学生教育的责任，现在已是高三了，家长更要多过问孩子的学习，了解孩子的学习情况，督促好子女，在高三最后的180天中，家长还应特别对孩子加强时间观念的教育。因为对于高三学生来说，时间就是分数，在保证孩子有足够的休息时间和必要的体育锻炼时间的情况下，督促孩子抓紧每一天、每一时，甚至每一分、每一秒，并注重时间的有效性，力争时时有收获，天天有进步。

It is a celebrating day. I got in touch with Michael whom I have been losing contact for one year.

It is really magic. I was searching online aimlessly yesterday when an idea struck me suddenly: since Ben can find out my secret by keying in my name in the search engines, why can’t I do so, either?

I intended to find out something about Ben in revenge in the first place, but soon extend my name list to a wider category. It was then that I recalled Michael suddenly.

We have lost contact since our last correspondence in my senior 3. He mentioned to me in his last letter that he was preparing for going to UK to further his education. I, shamefully, was too busy to reply his mail then. When I was recommended to ZJU and won the final freedom, I thought he had already been in UK so I had no idea where to write him.

I used to think that we would never meet again. However, when I browsed the entries about him, I found out excitedly that he is still in P.R.C.!!

Without a moment hesitation, I ran upstairs to my dorm and found out my old address book. Thank goodness, his home no was still there.

After 3 times calling with no answer replies, I eventually got him on the phone. He was more surprised than I could imagine that when I asked for his hp no he was too nervous to remember it. :P Hehe.

Life is enjoyable in moments such like this. Old friends meet again surprisingly, on a road of their own ways to their dreams. they look at the face of each other, and recognize the old pal. It is such moment that makes me feel grateful to life: whenever I set off for a new destination, I see I have friends in the same direction, with whom I won’t feel alone any more.

今天是6月22日，到明年高考，只有350来天了。想必大家和我们的心思都是一样的：怎样才能让你们的子弟顺利完成学业，升入理想的大学。我当26班班主任以来，也努力朝着这个目标在工作。在我们班的科任老师大力配合下，26班各方面有了长足进步。下面我简单向大家汇报一下：

一、班级情况：

我们26班有94名同学，寄宿生72人。人数多，过去纪律不大好，学生自觉性不强。勿须讳言，我们班有些学生根本不知道到学校里是干什么的。所以我当班主任以来，一直以最严格的标准要求学生，以最大的耐心对待学生。一期来和每个学生至少谈过两次心。家长们可能也听孩子说过。同时我坚持平等对待每位学生，从不对任何人另眼相待。现在学生还是接受我了。这一点我很高兴。现在纪律好了，学习也有所进步。涌现了像彭论、王磊等全年级进步标兵，杨泽灵、朱阳、康舒良等优秀班团干部，班长王雪婷还光荣地成了预备党员。

二、具体工作：

1、加强思想教育：

刚接手26班时最大的包袱是班上学生思想落后，不怎么读书。于是我花大力气进行思想教育，每个星期都专门上思想课，从各方面教育引导他们。尽管是高中生了，但他们还比较幼稚，只想玩，上网、打游戏、玩牌，还有个别谈恋爱的。这不仅仅要讲道理，还要分析他们行为形成的思想根源。除了课堂上讲，几乎每天我都还要找学生谈心。现在94个人，应该没有上课不听课的了。我再及时总结，指出不足，肯定成绩，这样学生劲头也有了，思想问题解决了，其他就好说了。

2、狠抓出勤纪律：

在这一点上，也许有些通学生家长不满意，因为我的要求特别严，不允许有任何迟到、旷课的现象出现。我最担心的是学生家里骗家长，学校里骗老师。所以这一点可以说很苛刻。也只有这样学生才不会出问题，才能读好书。晚上10：00查寝，不放过一个，早上6：00点名不漏过一人。一抓住就和家长联系，严肃处理

3、严格督促学习：

由于原来纪律差，本班学习基础也很差，学生开始厌学情绪严重。开学的考试，和同一层次的c29班比，前十名我们只有一个，而且还是第十名。我和他们多次分析，经常打气。我们搞了个“距高考四百天宣誓”，提出“辛苦四百天，幸福一辈子”、“让青春无悔”等口号，到期中考试时，前十名有了三个，整体进步也很快。我们班的科任老师也很负责，开学不久，我就和他们一起商讨了学生成绩提高的办法，很多老师经常加班加点辅导同学们的功课，第八节课经常是抢起来上，早自习我和英语老师也经常碰到一起。在全体老师的努力下，现在班风正学风浓，相信随着高三的到来，我们班的成绩会越来越好。我们一个班级94人，就每一个学生而言，在班中占94分之1，是微不足道的。但对每个家庭来说，是百分之百的希望，所以我的原则是不放弃每一个学生，关心鼓励每一个人的健康成长。既重视优秀学生的培养，又尽量不让一个学生落队。平时老师们的空余时间、精力都放在帮助后进生上，做到课上多提问他们，多耐心辅导，课后常做他们的思想工作，找他们谈心，常常鼓励他们，他们在学习上一有进步就表扬他们。很多学生基本明确了学习的目标，学习上有了动力，学习成绩有了进步。

4、注重养成教育：

关于班主任工作，我的工作思想是：一切以提高学生素质出发，不求荣誉，只求提高。能够让学生锻炼的，尽量让其锻炼，哪怕是影响到参与一些学校的评比。在学习方面，不以成绩论英雄，着眼于学生的自身比较。每次考试，我会给学生提供详细的分析资料。培养班级的集体生活和荣誉。同时加大力度管理学生的行为习惯，注重养成教育。为此，我重点强化了纪律观念，强化时间观念。同时我注重学生良好生活习惯、卫生习惯的培养。我告诉学生习惯决定你的性格，性格决定你的命运，要想成就大的事业就得从身边小事做起，经过一段时间努力，同学们逐渐养成了良好的生活习惯。.吸烟是高中男生的通病，我多次进行跟踪，连他们上厕所也跟在后面。这样一来，吸烟的越来越少了。就寝纪律我也经常抓，晚上11：00、12：00还去查寝，一段时间来，各方面起色不少，受到了学校和年级组的充分肯定。

三、目标和希望：

我们班以“知识改变命运，让青春无悔”为班训，我们的目的很明确，不能让学生以后来后悔高中三年没读书。不管是老师还是同学，我们都在朝这个目标努力，我希望我们班全部都能升入大学，这就是我和全体老师的共同心愿。我们所有老师都会围绕一点尽自己最大的能力的。

四、意见和建议

高二的日子结束了，许多家长开始心急上火了，有的学生考试成绩差，孩子急，家长比孩子更着急。其实有个很生动的小故事我想在此和大家分享一下：有个孩子问爸爸，我要是考上大学了你会怎样?爸爸说：“我就满大街敲锣打鼓庆贺你考上大学了。”孩子问，要是没考上呢?爸爸说：“我就满大街敲锣打鼓庆贺你高中毕业了。”这就告诉我们，家长心态要平和。所以现在我也真诚的向在座的每一位家长提出一些希望：

1、认真回顾课本知识

这个阶段过程主要是用于高中三年全部课程的回顾。这时候希望大家在回顾的过程中能够找到自己知识遗漏的部分。

这个阶段相当的冗长，最主要的是要会学回归课本。无论如何，高考绝大部分内容都贴近课本的。高考试题的80%是基础知识，20%是稍难点的综合题，掌握好基础，几乎能上一个比较不错的大学。因此高三前期，希望同学们老老实实把课本弄懂。弄懂课本不是光记住结论，而是要通读。即理科全部的原理要弄清、语文课文内标注的字词句摘抄、英语课文至少要达到念的通顺、文史类知识主线及同类型知识要素要学会整理等。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

很多学生因为在复习过程中跟不上老师的节奏，导致前面部分没弄懂，后面部分更是拉下，学校在教学节奏控制上又不能根据学生本身制定。

因此建议学生一定要提高自学能力，如果实在跟不上节奏，就先关注最基础最简单的题目，将遗漏的课本部分做好画线标记，或将页面折起做标记，以利于及时的回顾。

在学的过程中不要因为面子问题不敢发问，建议学生在弄不懂的问题上多问同学，多问老师。最好能够找到水平相当的同学，互相约定好给对方做考察，给对方讲解双方对知识点的认识，互相研究题目。

同学之间相互沟通时所掌握的内容比问老师的效果更好，因为在互相沟通的时候可以带者任何疑问，可以很容易的将思维的漏洞补齐。

3、正确处理作业练习

在处理作业上，千万不要死磕题目，记住两个原则：

一、不要和自己过不去。第一遍做不出来或做错就直接先放弃，但是要保留这道题，每天抽1——2分钟看下这类不会做的题，无论是看课本也好，听老师讲解也好，做到一眼看出这题怎么做时，再动手做，并将这类题型留好。

二、要加强互动性。不仅是和同学之间的互动，还要和课本进行互动。做完作业不要看对答案，留到第二天把有困难的和同学交流，或第二天看别人怎么做，然后问他怎么想的。

当基本弄懂一个章节后，一定要定期回顾，如一周的时间后，翻一下课本，这周学了什么，然后给自己限制时间做几道题，用以验证自己哪些内容真正是明白了。通过这么练习，远远比大量做题效果好的多。

4、如何利用每一次考试
