One morning every week ago, he came to me and asked if he may well be of help. Actually I were worrying about my processthis semester for days since I hadnt got any English courses yet! 高三(8)班是理科平行班，现有人数65人，男生42人，女身生23人，是一个大家庭。我们的班级是一个充满新鲜血液的班级，我们的班级是一个团结积极向上的班级。

各位家长我们的学生学习是很苦、很累的，早上一睁眼就开始学习一直学到晚上，学习非常紧张。尽管放学后时间非常短暂，早晨又多想再睡一睡，但是依然有很多学生早上总是很早就来到教室，比方说男生201宿舍的同学，像这样的学生我们班还大有人的，作为他们的老师我看在眼里记在心里。

二、班级目前存在的问题。

1、作风散漫拖拉，时间观念差。个别同学上课打盹，坐姿不端正，书写潦草，自习课效率低，小毛病多，缺乏刻苦精神等等，这些都是制约我们实现目标的因素。就拿时间观念来说，有不少同学缺乏珍惜时间的意识，每次都是踏着铃声进入教室，不善于抓点滴时间。有一部分同学总是每节课都要出去转一下，而不能有效利用起来。

2、缺乏学习的主动性。有些同学不知道为何而学，怎么学，如何学。自习课无所事事，总是需要老师去督促，他们又不喜欢别人去管，自己又管不住自己。他们不愿意老师和家长指导，认为自己长大了，但是好多方面比较幼稚，所以怎样让我们的好心被他们接受，对他们的发展产生积极影响，是值得我和各位家长认真考虑的问题。

3、意志品质需提高。其实造成成绩不佳是多方面的，智力水平差异不是最主要的，以前的知识基础也不是决定性的，我认为最关键是意志品质的问题。我也向同学们提出这样的观点，学习差只是各种意志品质差距的集中反映。缺乏毅力，定的目标和计划不能坚持到底，三天打鱼两天晒网;另外不能坚持下去这是造成成绩差的最重要的原因，谁都会订计划有的人能坚持三天，有的人一个月，有的人一年，有的人始终如一的奋斗了三年。执行力差，也是造成成绩差的原因，不能按老师的要求不打折扣，百分之百的完成，总是少做一点。所以我们老师们在总结那些成绩好的学生的共同特征时会有同样的结论：这些学生听老师的话。这里听话不代表缺少自己的思想，惟命是从。而是他们信任老师，相信这样做是正确的，并能持之以恒，成绩自然会非常优异。

4、不注重细节。集中体现在做题时粗心大意，卷面书写潦草，不认证。导致考试中由于粗心大意丢掉很多的分数。

三、其他方面

1、学生偏科现象严重，主要表现在三门课中，数学、外语和物理。

2、部分学生心理压力大，学习上过于急躁，总想一下把很多知识都学完。

3、很多学生只停留在苦学上，不能做到实干加巧学。

3、不能正确地估价自己，有时把目标定得太高，有时把目标定的太低。

4、不能正确地对待每一次考试成绩，特别是一次，两次考得不理想就感到无所适从，丧失信心。

归纳起来主要的问题是：压力比较大、学习效率不高、心理承受力弱、学习不得法，自信心不足。针对以上这些问题，我想我们从老师和家长的角度应该为他们做些什么呢?

四、给家长的一些建议

“九不要”

1、不要期望过高。要了解子女的实际水平，要做子女高考目标的指导者，而不是盲目与其他孩子做攀比。

2、不要盲目否定。要多夸奖孩子，多找优点，给他们以肯定，树立孩子的信心。要学会欣赏学生，要善于发现他们的闪光点。要让他们认识到自己能行，是好样的。试想，当一个学生认识到自己也同样很优秀，当他内心成材成功的欲望被激起时，学生能学不好吗?要理解他们，尊重信任他们，不要对他们施加太多压力，要对他们说你能行。事实上学生的要求，也不在于家长给他们买多少好吃的，多少好穿的，有时候一句鼓励的话语，一个慈爱的眼神就可以使他们很满足，充满动力了。

3、不要以成绩论英雄，要正确对待学生的成绩。

4、不要过分体贴，照顾要适当。

5、不要过分干涉，要给他们以自由的空间。

6、不要制造不良情绪，要制造良好的家庭气氛。要情绪稳定，精神愉快。

7、不要把自己的意愿强加给孩子。

8、不要盲目给孩子买辅导材料。

9、不要规定孩子必须考上什么大学。

“五要”

1、要重视孩子的心理健康：多做积极的暗示，使孩子以一颗平常心去对待高考。

2、要注意孩子的饮食，做好后勤保障。

3、要经常和老师交流：家长要和老师多交流，多发现问题，配合学校做好工作。

4、要整理搜集填报志愿的信息，为下一步填报志愿做好准备。

5、要重新认识孩子。

尊敬的各位家长还有一百天就要高考了。面对高考我们和学生一样紧张，所以请广大家长和我们一起尽最大的努力，把您的孩子培养成优良的人才!

作为高三的教师代表，我更想对高三的全体同学多说几句心里话。

可是，我的勇士们，你们真的为这样一个艰苦的高三历程做好准备了吗!今天，在你们又踏上高三的征程时，我再叮嘱大家几点，希望大家可以从中受益。

高三你们即将面临的三个强敌。

一：辛苦，如果用一个词来定义高三生活，那就应该是“辛苦”。老师们其实都知道你们的辛苦。晨曦出现第一缕阳光之前，你们已经在教室里朗朗读书;晚霞收起最后一抹嫣红之后，你们依然在教室里专注地做题;夜空中，几个小星星眨着困倦的眼睛时，你们晚晚自习的身影仍然映在教室的窗上。走过了高一高二，暑假还不能彻底放松，此时已经身心俱乏;而高考又让你们不能停止，要继续前行。说实话，作为老师的我们，对于你们所正在经历着的, 感同身受。可是，我们更清楚的是，这就是常说的高三生活：不苦不累，高三无味，不拼不博，高三白活。

二：寂寞，“自古英雄多寂寞”，选择了高三，就选择了感受寂寞的味道。高三生活，意味着没有游戏，没有娱乐，远离手机，远离朋友，你们大多数的时间都是在与练习，讲义，试题战斗着，很多原本轻松的时刻也都被学习占据，你们会觉得很孤单，感觉自己很可怜。可是，当你经过一年的努力拼搏，拿到你理想中大学的录取通知书时，你会觉得那点孤独和寂寞很值得。

三：困惑， 困惑可能来自某个钻研许久仍解不出的题目，可能来自经过努力仍然不理想的成绩，更可能来自于不知道自己脚下的路通向何方。高考是人生第一个最重要的转折点，在高三的征程上，你会时常觉得自己处在一种左右为难，放弃与坚持的岔路口上。其实，这种困惑就是一个成长的过程，在这样的困惑或近乎迷茫中，只要你朝着梦想的方向，坚持不懈，有一天，当你不再困惑时，你发现自己就真的长大了。

面对上述这三个强敌，同学们，你们的手中要有三样战胜它的法宝。

第一个法宝就是坚持不懈，坚持就是胜利。我特别欣赏一句话：人类最盲目自大的地方，就是高估了一天的改变;最可悲的地方，就是低估了五十天的改变。很少有人掌握这个原理，坚持了三天，没什么变化，不干了，放弃了。三天怎么可能看得出变化呢?坚持三十天，五十天，你的感决肯定不同，不信?你试试!只要坚持走下去，远山终会变成近景。

第二个法宝就是与人交流。与身边的同学交流学习的方法，某种题目的解题窍门，与老师家长倾诉你内心的苦闷和迷惑。在学校里，我们每位高三教师都可以成为您倾诉的对象，所以当你觉得遇到困难时，请毫不犹豫的找你身边的老师寻求帮助。

第三个法宝是坚定信念。坚定的信念是前行的动力，只要你心怀坚定的信念，你将无畏任何的困难，任何的挫折。一个人的信念就是一把利剑，可以助你披荆斩棘，所向披靡。这把利剑是需要烈火的淬炼与锻造，而高三艰苦的学习生活，就是那一炉熊熊烈火。同学们!拔出你们的意志之剑，接受着熊熊烈火的淬炼吧，你们都是持剑的坚强勇士，相信自己!

Long long ago, many families had three or four children. They couldnt look after everyone well, so the children must do everything by themselves. They were too poor to go to school. Some of them liked learning, but they had to go to find jobs to make money. Since they were children, they could do lots of difficult things like their parents. Sometimes they even did better than them!

But now, many families have only one child and they regard their child as a pearl. They did everything for the children. Every day, when the child gets up, their parents help him to make the room clean. They also get breakfast ready for their child. When the child is free, they can sleep or do other things, but they neednt do any housework. So many children cant cook; wash their clothes, some dont even know how to clean the floor. That’s too bad.

In the future, many families will have computers. We can work on the computer instead of going out to do everything. The children also can learn on the computers, so they dont need to move! After a long time, well become fatter and fatter. We wont be able to do anything by ourselves!

So, which way is good for us? We must think more.

在将来，许多家庭拥有电脑。我们可以在电脑上工作，而不是去做每一件事。孩子们也可以在电脑上学习，所以他们不需要走动!长时间以后，我们会变得越来越胖。我们做不了任何事情!
