Happiness is dependent upon work. Sometimes we complain that we have too much work, but we fail to realize that it’s our work that keep us moving on and helps us to become a better man. Last summer I visited my friends in a small village. It was obvious that working has become an indispensable part of their daily lives. They all went to the field to plant the crops. The sun was shinning above them and they looked quite happiness about their work. On their face there were such smiles as I had never seen before.

Work provide us with happiness. Work is more than a necessity for human beings. If we have no work to do, we will waste our precious time. That’s pity. We will lose everything in the end. today is an exciting day. in the morning we had the singing contest. everyone did well in it. somebody sans lyrics and somebody didn’t. when the result came out, only audrey and ellison could be in the second run. vanessa was very sad. but finally she was in the second run. it was really great news for her.

今天请家长们到学校来有这么几个目的：1、通报历次考试情况;2、通报学生学习现状以及存在的问题;3、向家长们传达后面复习备考阶段我们的一些想法和做法。

考试情况说明

本班人数47人，每次月考学校排前180名。本班九次月考都上榜的人数20人(这20人要力争全上重点线)，上过榜的有18人，这些人应该确保本科上线，不过这18人中，有12人在3次以下。从市两次调考来看，第一次上榜24人，第二次上榜25人。以上列举的是两次考试的几个重要指标。就数据而言，不论是月考还是调考，都在平均水平。两次考试情况大致相当，基本上反映了我班的实际情况，是正常的。从这里我们可以看出学生的基本实力和潜力，因而我们应该充满信心并制定更高的目标，

但是，我们不能乐观，不能满足。因为还远没有到值得我们满足乐观的时候。何况我们还有很明显的差距。1、离我们预期的目标差得很远。离我们奋斗的目标应该差很远。2、重点率还没有达到理想的高度。3、形势逼人，不容我们喘息。今年我省高考施行的是新课程卷，试题的难度虽然不会高于去年，但试题会有不少新的东西，不少新的变化，很有可能是我们无法预料到的东西。这就要求我们必须全力以赴，不能掉以轻心。4、两次考试毕竟是阶段性的考试，考试范围有限且有侧重。试题的科学性、新颖度以及阅卷的规范性还远不如高考，所以这两次考试还不能真实全面地反映学生的本来面目。(当然，我们学生也没有完成复习，还有潜力。)所以说目前状况还不能让我们放心、安心。

1、自负型。进了一中，就有了那么一点“老子天下第一”的味道。自信心可谓充足了。大大咧咧，什么都不在话下。不注意学习的细节，不愿意在具体环节上下点滴功夫。什么东西一看，不要紧，没问题，搞懂了。眼高手低，有目标，但真不知这目标有多高。比如说有人把目标定在本科上线，这不错。但学生中有一种错觉，好像上了一中，不怎么难似的，不需要下多大功夫似的。不下大功夫能够上得了?2、自卑型。这一类学生对自己要求较高，学习中总感到不够自如、不很如意，加上一两次考试的挫败，自信心受到冲击。于是给自己定位较低。不同层次的学生都有。能上北大清华的，却给自己定位在其他名校，其实这种心理很危险。根据以往的经验，本来有更高的水平，因定位低最后连低目标都没有实现的情况屡见不鲜。

鉴于这一点。我以为，目前确定好适当的目标是当务之急。没有目标或目标不适当都可能对后期学习有重大影响，不能小视。目标的确定要略高于目前状态。以这两次考试为据，理科550分以上的完全可以冲击600分，600分以上的学生可以冲击北大、清华。450分以上冲击一类重点。文科560分以上冲击600分，600分就可以冲击北大、考上复旦了。(当然这不能一概而论，有的只是在这一次出现了失误。这另当别论。)但有一点可以肯定的说，只要成绩到过某一高度的，通过努力你就可以回复到那一个高度。当然达到这一目的的前提条件必须是拼搏努力。

二、情绪不稳定，心境不沉着。

上一次家长会我谈到这一点，就是凭兴趣学习(现在好像不存在了)，情绪化学习(现在不再是有意闹情绪了)。其实到了目前全面进入高考复习备考异常紧张阶段，这种情绪化的东西更强烈。躁动不安、情绪振荡，是其主要特征。有这么几种情况：1、不愿意放弃学习，但基础薄弱，落下的东西太多，无从着手。心急。2、贪多，急功近利，恨不得一口吃成胖子，什么都抓，什么都抓不好，但精力时间有限，事与愿违。3、受环境影响，缺乏自控。环境好，自己的学习意识觉醒，环境不好，思想不集中，效率不高，心里烦躁。4、总考虑着时间和学习量，没有整体规划和全局概念，心里没有把握，胸中无数。5、期望值太高，又总考虑着这一问题，心里不安定。

所以，这个时候心态调节非常重要，我们家长要做一个心理调节师。海尔集团有一句告诫员工的话：“日事日毕，日清日高”。我认为这对我们有启发作用。重视每一天，重视每一个具体的学习内容，重视每一个单位时间内的学习效果。如果每一天或每一个具体时间里有新收获，有新感觉，后面取得成绩是一定的了。另外，学会化整为零。事情太多，不去太多考虑，一件一件地去做好了。过多的考虑事情的繁琐也难免心烦意躁。越是这个时候越是要保持心境的沉着，越要冷静，越要理清条理，越要有计划安排。这不仅可以做到心中有数，还可以大大提高学习效率。往届很多学生就是因为在这个时候沉得住气，才取得很好成绩的。

三、作息无规律。

到了高三，尤其现在复习备考的时候，学生们学习的热情和积极性极大的发挥出来了。

大家可以看到，不管白天还是晚上，教室里总是静悄悄的，洋溢着浓烈的学习气氛。但是，有一种现象是不是热情过头了?晚上学习很晚，白天硬撑着学习。这样的情况各班都有。精神可嘉，但方法不科学。1、丢西瓜拣芝麻。2、低效率，无效果。3、透支身体，影响长远。会休息的人一定会学习。这种剜肉补疮、舍本逐末、杀鸡取卵的做法是有害无益的。

四、意识不对，方法不当。

1、以自我为中心，不重视老师的意见，不听从老师的指导。按照自己的方式来，我行我素。其实这种做法是很危险的。1、没经验，盲目的;2、学生面对的学科较多，系统性、条理化、全局观有限;3、对教材的把握和对考点的研究以及将两者结合的能力不够。而这些方面，老师是绝对的权威。我们老师大多富有经验。有这样的资源为什么不用呢?

2、重视了课外，忽视了课堂，重视了资料，忽视了课本。这是一种主次颠倒，本末倒置的做法。课本是基础，课堂是主战场，两者都不能忽视。有些学生的基础比较差，还必须抓课本重课堂。

3、沉溺于题海战中，缺乏必要的疏理整合，缺乏思考的时间和空间。资料一大堆，埋头于做题，做题，做了不少题却没有印象没有收获;花了时间和精力，却没有效果。可以这样说，现在大部分同学不是题做少了，而是思考少了，知识条理化、系统化的功夫不够。举一反三的功夫不够。(当然题目还是要做，做的同时一定要思考整理)现在我们的学生最重要的应该是一个字“悟”。“悟”需要一定的实践基础，空想是“悟”不出来的;“悟”需要开动脑筋想办法。不想办法也是悟不出来。如果做到了“悟”，一切都水到渠成。(悟是举一反三，悟是从已知推见未知)

4、赶速度，拼数量，不重视规范。很多学生深感时间不够，事情太多，有紧迫感。于是加大学习量，加快书写速度。这种有时间紧迫感和提高效率的做法是值得肯定的。但很多忽视的作业的规范，答题的规范，表达的规范，书写的规范，填写的规范。在规范的问题上很多学生吃过苦头。往届学生有很多这样的教训。有的不规范已形成习惯了，改不了。改不了也得改。

以上所说的是目前学生当中存在的比较突出的共性问题。是隐性的，是学生在学习状态下出现的问题。只要大家仔细观察是可以发现这些问题。一旦学生身上存在这些问题应引起家长们的重视。有隐性问题就有显性问题，有学习状态下的问题，也有不是学习状态下的问题：如悠闲的神态(听随声听;看卡通);走神，小动作;聊天，谈朋友，玩游戏，起身走动频繁，酣睡，上网等。这些都是陋习，在目前学习紧张的情况下，这些问题比之以前少多了，但仍然存在。如果到现在仍是这样，家长应及时的经常性的与老师沟通，以正确的态度和恰当的方式尽快的解决这些问题。否则，后患无穷。

说了这么一些问题，意在引起大家关注，同时也是传达这么一个意思：后一阶段我们必须抓紧，丝毫不能松懈。

在高三复习备考的最后阶段，全年级老师上下同心，团结一致，力争再创辉煌。尽管我们这一届情况复杂，困难比较多，但老师们信心很足，为了高考出成绩，大家不断的出点子，想办法。各班针对本班实际，给老师们下达了指标任务，明确了工作重心。年级也给全体老师制定了目标，提出了规范和要求。我相信，在我们的共同努力下，我们的学生在2015年的高考中，一定会旗开得胜，马到成功!

我是高三理科三（1）班学生王静，很荣幸今天能在这里发言。

期中考试已经结束，我们也不知不觉度过了高三的段一时光。对于高三属于每个人自己的高三，也许信心满满，胸怀壮志；也许默默努力，一直追求自己的梦想。其实，身边林林总总的人，每个人心中都有一份炽热的追求，把心烧得滚烫。因为是高三，因为有追求，所以我们要努力，要拚搏。

高三学习充斥了我们的生活。我们每天埋头苦干着，为那些自己难以解决的问题发愁着，都希望自己做得更好，多点进步。而关于如何学习，我不提过多的谈论，但有自己的一些想法：首先要扎实基础知识，这是最重要的，没有基础知识，学习就象加催化剂的化学反应，只能缓慢而艰难地进行着。当然只有基础知识是不够的，要多做练习去发现问题，通过同学和老师来解决。这就是一个自我提升的过程。在这期间，我们决不能轻易放过任何一个问题，小知识点，因为细节决定成败。当然，每个人都有自己的弱科，对于弱科，我们决不能妥协，要付出更多的努力去战胜它，当然，这是一个很艰难的过程，但只要努力用心去做，没有什么不可能，相信自己一定可以。

高三，心态指引着我们前行。高三是我们迷茫过，沉思过，不解过，无法再言放弃的信仰，是无论被否定多少次，被打败多少次，仍有星星之火可以燎原的信念。或许你的基础真的不太好，和别人相差甚远，或许你真的一直很努力，却得不到回报，总觉得即使自己很努力，也做得不够好，也赶不上他人，不能让那些期待的人满意。那又怎样？只要自己肯努力，肯追求，肯给自己一个改变的机会，这种精神足以让自己感动，也让他人感动。或许有时我们会被学习上的困难扰得心烦意乱，不能安心，我们不妨找自己的好朋友倾诉一下，或写在本子上感慨一番，总之决不能让那消极的情绪蔓延，乐观地对待学习，乐观地对待我们的高三生活。

一、基础写作训练的方法

1.利用课文的词、句复习，训练学生的组句能力。从词和句入手，将每个单元课文的词和句与基础写作结合起来，是培养和提高学生的英语能力的有效途径。这不仅能帮助提高学生记忆和灵活应用词汇的能力，而且还有助于训练学生语句表达的正确性。

(1)归纳词汇和句型，帮助学生建立对词、句使用的感性认识。写作是一种语言的输出形式，只有大量的语言输入，语言输出才有可能;只有积累了一定的感受和大量的语言素材，写作才有可能进行。为了帮助学生记忆课文中的单词和短语，达到积累语言素材，掌握基本语法知识与语句结构的目的，教师可以从训练学生归纳每个单元课文中出现的重要词汇、短语和常用句型入手，使学生对句型结构的认识更加清楚，并对词、句的使用语境形成感性的认识。

(2)操练词汇和句型，训练学生的记忆和使用词、句的能力。为了使学生掌握和应用课文中所学词汇和句型，教师应为学生创设多层次的练习活动，拓宽写作的训练途径。教师可采用将学生从课文中归纳的词汇、句型进行词类转换、习惯用法、句型转换、完型填空、写短文等形式的训练，帮助提高学生的记忆和使用词、句的能力。

二、借鉴课文词、句进行仿写。

通过提供情景让学生模仿造句，不仅可以降低写作难度，而且可以增加学生写作的兴趣、自信和成就感，使学生的遣词造句的能力在实践中得到提升。

三、借鉴课文句型，训练写作多种表达与技巧，拓展学生思维。

教师在教学实践中会发现，学生在基础写作中往往出现句式雷同、语句呆板、行文单一等现象，缺乏用5个句子有效表达和传输信息的能力。因此，教师就有必要继续进一步加强句子多样化表达、句子转换替代、句子合并等训练，教会学生使用不同的短语、句型结构表达同一的意义;同时，还让学生明白写作的逻辑原则:一个句子表达的信息量越多，而且使用的句子越精练、清楚，那么句意表达和传输信息就越有效。

四、利用课文体裁，训练学生谋篇布局的能力。

教师会发现高三学生在写作中存在的另一个问题是层次不清、结构散乱以及逻辑性不强，这是因为学生缺乏谋篇布局的能力。针对这方面问题，教师可以在教学中利用课文的体裁进行文章结构方面的训练以及进行句子、段落间的连接训练。

It is universally acknowledged that Senior Three is undoubtedly a critical phase of life. The school life is extremely busy, so our monitor suggests that we have an outing to relax ourselves this weekend.

It is terrific! After a month s study, I feel we really need a break for one day, and so do some of my friends. Senior Three should not be filled with study only and relaxation is also an important part. Sometimes relaxation is more useful than an hour s hard work. While having an outing, we can relax ourselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery of autumn --- yellow leaves, attractive sunset against the blue sky and so on. Isn t it enjoyable? After the outing, I think all the students will have a better physical and mental state to meet the further challenges we may come across and cope with difficulties for ourselves.

as much because the time of my scripting this newsletter, Aero has been helping me with my selecting the courses with wonderfuleffort. hes a chumly and zealous guy. i feel he has been liked by others since way back as a result of his characteristics. hes almethodsbrisk,enthusiastic, energetic and hes smiling regardless of when or where you spot him. However, i love him for any other reason.it kind of feels that between us theres a diffehiremethod to speak and that it is not the U.S.ual way in which we communicate this type ofs words and gestures. He has almethodsbeen a chum of mine be cause I just like the best way he acts and lives and the best way we communicate.

One morning every week ago, he came to me and asked if he may well be of help. Actually I were worrying about my processthis semester for days since I hadnt got any English courses yet! Still i used to be totally caught off guard by Aeros offer althoughhe had almethodsbeen kind. i assumed it was my very own business and that it had never occurred to me ny other personwould offerto assist with my selecting the courses. So I declined his kindness. The very next day, im goingt a cough and that it later turned out to be a four-day topfever. In those days, i used to be extremely weak and lay in bed all day hard and longly had any strength even to eat. I lost the facility to manage the prospective vacancies of the English courses ever since im goingt a topfever. i began to regret declining Aeros offer. only at that moment, Aero called,asking about my fitnessand told me to have an even rest, saying that he would shoulder the responsibility of choosing my English courses for me. Now im scripting this newsletter because the housework of this writing course and that id love to re emphasize that this is all as a result of my friends attemptthat ive finally made it.

During my high school years, I have found chemistry, physics, and mathematics interesting.Actually, I am interested in many subjects such as biology, history, geography, Chinese, and English.But somehow I cannot remember the historical events or the facts about geography in detail. Recently the rise in phenomenon of the graduates signing up for the army has aroused public concern. According to a research, about 31% of graduates sign up for the army this year, which sets a new record during these ten years.

最近在高校毕业生现象的增加引起了公众的关注。根据研究表明，今年大约31%的毕业生报名参军，创下近十年来的记录。

The reasons why so many graduates sign up for the army can be complicated. First of all, most of them are attracted by the outstanding treatment. Besides, joining the army can release the pressure of looking for the job. Finally, a number of graduates treat the army as a group which can strengthen their bodies and train their mental strength.

As far as I concerned, I agree on the opinion that the army can train graduates well, but I doubt it can solve the problem of obtaining employment. So I call on treating signing up for the army properly.
