However, in my view, I think the former one is more important than the latter one.

感谢你们能在百忙之中来参加今天的家长会!你们的到来，就是对孩子最大的帮助和鼓励，就是对我们班级工作的最大支持!首先，请允许我代表我们高三(1)班所有的任课教师，对你们的到来表示衷心的感谢!
在今天的会上，我想和家长们交流这样几个问题;
一、我们班的基本情况
我们是高三文科重点班，班上共有50人(其中一名是艺术生，两名学的是幼教，一名学的是编导，其余46名是文史类考生)，女生36人，男生14人，其中，嘴头街27人，鹦鸽7人，桃川5人，高龙乡3人，黄柏塬乡4人，白云2人，靖口2人。我班有34名同学住校，这34名同学分别住在10个宿舍，其中男生11名，女生23人，男生的住宿情况：401有郭永良、贾小飞、刘艺星、秦智锁、廉永，404有赵佳、叶东、梁潇，303有王凯强，317有张琦，402有陈钊。女生住宿情况：211张娟、苟亚梅、范懿娜、龚娇、李召敏、沈丹、周佩瑶，209陈丽洁、谭蓉、韩媛、李玉芳、闫晓洁、何宁，203有李银占、李惠茹、朱兰、付小惠、朱清、韩萍、贾瑞丽，216有王娇、吴欣，207 李娜
我们的科任老师，他们都积累了许多宝贵的教学和管理经验，工作态度和作风也比较过硬。我们的班团委会是由一批有管理能力的优秀学生组成的。
二、本学期两次摸底考试和期中考试成绩分析
1，本学期第一次摸底考试即9月17---18日的考试
本班前十名为：李召敏、李慧茹、董阳、龚丽丽、朱兰、郭永良、仲彤、王凯强、姜超、付小慧。这十名同学各学科发展也不平衡，其中董阳数学相对比较弱;龚丽丽地理相对比较弱;郭永良数学相对比较弱;姜超英语相对比较弱;付小慧数学和地理相对比较弱。
2，本学期第二次摸底考试即10月4---5日的考试
这次考试文科前30名中，高三(1)班占11人次，他们是：李召敏、龚丽丽、董阳、沈丹、王凯强、梁潇、王雯、陈丽洁、秦智锁、叶东、张莲。这11名同学各学科发展也不平衡，分别有弱势科目存在。
3,期中考试 即11月12—13日进的考试
这次期中考试是对学生半学期以来学习情况的检测，结果还是令人比较满意的。大部分同学成绩较进班时都有进步，其中一部分同学的进步还是很大的。这次考试文科前35名中，高三(1)班占12人次，他们分别是：李召敏、王凯强、龚丽丽、陈丽洁、董阳、贺怡、姜超、朱清、付小慧、朱兰、李慧茹、沈丹。
通过三次考试可以看出我们班的许多同学都有进步，其中成绩一直保持在年级前列且稳中有升的同学有：李召敏、王凯强、龚丽丽、董阳、沈丹、姜超。
其中进步比较快的学生有：陈丽洁、朱兰、朱清、李惠茹、贺怡、付小慧、郭永良。通过两次考试英语学科有明显进步的同学有：王凯强、陈丽洁。
然而从这三次考试中也反映了一些问题：
1)、部分学生学习方法不科学、从而导致学习效率不高
2)、我班部分学生自觉主动学习的积极性不高，不踏实，有懒惰心理
3)、少数同学自信心不足或者考试时压力太大，影响考试状态
4)、部分同学各科发展不平衡，导致学科总分不高，主要表现在：一方面，我们班学生数学基础普遍薄弱，导致学习积极性不高，数学成绩不理想，另一方面，部分男生英语这一重要学科本来基础就不理想，目前学习积极性不高,导致考试成绩不理想。要引起我们重视，希望家长配合教育。
三、我对学生英语成绩的几点说明
文科重点班的英语成绩一直处于高三应届班的首列，通过这三次考试也说明了这一点。但是若把高三(1)班的英语成绩和高三(5)(文复)和(6)班(理复)比较起来那就差了一大截了，况且部分男生学习英语的积极性很差，他们的成绩也很差。
这里我想剖析一下其中的原因，1)高三的英语的复习是直接针对高考的，我们平时考练的题型是和高考的体型完全一致的，部分学生很难对付这样的考题。2)家长对孩子的英语学习督促不到位，从而导致孩子对英语学习不重视。这里有的家长会说，我对英语是一窍不通呀，你让我怎么督促呀?其实正因为这一点而导致了你的孩子不动嘴、不动脑、不动手。你可以问他汉语让他说英语呀，你可以问问他最近背没背英语单词，你可以问他英语课爱不爱回答问题呀，你可以问问他最近英语有没有测验呀，等等有关英语学习的问题。3)部分学生不懂英语学习的窍门，他们入不了“门”呀，说到这一点，我深有体会。我经常给他们将：英语有8大词类，这8大词类构成了简单句，而简单句有5种句型，由这5种句型构成了英语的并列句和复合句，而复合句便是高中英语学习的重点。我讲的这一点便是我们常说的句法。学会了句法，下来便是文法。英语的考试便就是对句法和文法的考查。然而在具体的英语学习中，对句法和文法的巩固便体现在朗读上，然而我们学生对英语的朗读令人感到悲哀，于是我们英语老师便将每个单元的单词，两篇阅读篇目一遍又一遍地给他们领读，每一单元安排了一定的背诵段落，学习好的学生很快就背过了，而有的同学一两个月也背不下来。鉴于以上原因，我觉得我的英语教学任重而道远。
这里我给家长几点希望：我希望你们对孩子的英语学习多督促，让他们勤动嘴，勤动手，勤动脑。我更希望家长有检查你孩子英语学习的习惯。
四、我在此明确一下我们的几点管理要求
1)在校时间
周一到周五每天早晨住校生6:00准时到教室签到，走读生6：15到教室签到，6:20到操场上早操。这一点我们的住校生做得都很好，但我们有些走读生做得便不尽人意，迟到、旷操时有发生。
上完早操后，我们6:40吃早饭，7:10上早读，我们的住校生在校吃饭，因而早读迟到的现象较少。可是我们的走读生早读迟到很频繁，希望这能引起我们16名走读生家长的关注。
下午我们2:00上课，晚自习是6:40----10：00我们下午和晚自习到校情况还可以的，迟到人数很少。
周六上午和周日下午我们进行补课，周六上午的上课时间为7：10---12：00，周日下午的上课时间为14：00---16:30，周六早晨我们的早操正常。周六上午上完课后，我们就放假了，基层的学生可以回家了，可是周日总有些学生在14:00赶不到教室，从而使得这天下午迟到、缺课的学生很多，希望引起我们这34名住校生家长的注意。
2)、手机问题
我们学校严禁携带手机，因为手机就是炸弹，有了手机，学生的心就不会在学习上，而且会形成网络，有的学生一有手机就会发短信，下载小说，甚至一些不健康的东西，晚上的睡眠得不到保障，上课的效率就会下降，无法学习，到后来就会失去学习的信心，即使想学习来没有办法了!所以，希望各位家长配合我们，如果您的孩子有手机、小灵通等通讯工具，还有Mp3、mp4等物品请及时保管起来，孩子在校期间如需联系，可以通过和我联系，我的手机号码是13209291570。
3)、上网问题
现在有不少学生会利用周末的自主时间上网，上QQ聊天，玩游戏，可能他只玩1-2个小时，其实他没有玩之前的那几个小时就没有认真学习了，玩过之后的几个小时也无法静心学习了，目前学习时间非常的宝贵，所以这也是很多同学成绩难以提高的原因!
4)、交友问题
对您的孩子与外人的交往情况也请加以关注，因为现在社会上的闲杂人等非常多，容易发生一些难预料的现象;还有，参加一些同学聚会，有的时候说的同学喊的出去玩都应该加以控制等等。
五、我也真诚的向在座的各位家长提一些参考性建议
1.多给孩子一点关爱，多给孩子精神上的支持，多和孩子进行交流
为了帮助家长和学生交流，沟通，每个家长都非常疼爱自己的孩子，但疼爱的方式方法是有区别的。有的对孩子有求必应，总是坦言，“我砸锅卖铁也要供你上学，学不好可是你自己的事。”我们认为，满足孩子正当要求，并不是“爱”的全部，培养孩子能力、提高孩子素质，使孩子练就一技之长，具备在未来社会中养活自己的一种技能比留给孩子百万财产重要的多。
要多一些时间和耐心去和孩子交流。请你们用自身丰富的社会经验引导孩子尽快适应目前的新环境,稳定他们的情绪,既来之则安之,要努力配合任课老师的教学和管理,争取有所进步.在社会上我们每个人只能自己主动去适应客观环境,环境不可能来适应我们.学生学习进步了，他们愿意和家长共享成功;失利了，自然也希望别人分忧解难。面对孩子的进步与失利，家长要多关心，要帮助孩子认真分析总结教训，肯定孩子的长处，找出不足。有的家长平时工作忙，很少过问学生的情况，只有考试过后问问成绩，学生成绩一旦不理想就会遭受指责和训斥。这不但对学生的学习没有任何好处，反而可能给学生造成过大的心理压力和精神负担，久而久之，使得本来对学习就感到困难的同学失去了学习的信心，家长和学生心理之间的隔阂越来越大，最终导致学生感到升学无望，破罐子破摔，开始混起了日子。只有孩子感受到家长对其学习的关注，在学习上就会非常用功，努力把学习搞好。
要改变简单粗暴的教育方法，如打骂、体罚、唠叨等等，不管不问不行，打骂更不行，年轻的一代独立意识逐渐增强，打骂不仅很难取得真正的教育效果，而且容易产生逆反心理。
学生思想从单纯走向复杂，也就是说懂的事情多了，自己有自己的独立想法了，也就是有些家长在说的：“我们孩子很倔强，不听我们家长的话了。”但是他们的辨别力弱。不能把社会上的是是非非搞清楚，也不完全理解到底哪些事可以做，哪些事不能做，这也就家长经常给孩子一些指示和告诫，经常提醒他什么该做，什么不该做，以给他明确的方向。
2.正确认识学生的成绩
我们每考一次试，成绩都会发生的变化。现在应该关心的是孩子的学习态度，关心孩子的成绩变化，急功近利、过分望子成龙的思想要不得。每个学生都上大学固然不错，当今社会人人考上大学是不可能的，考大学并不是成材的惟一途径。学生是有差别的，要给自己的孩子一个正确的定位，仅用考分的高低来评价孩子是不公平的，尤其是一次考试成绩并不能体现学生的真实水平，一张试题所含盖的知识面非常有限，所以家长不要过分关注考分的高低，而应该和学生进行交流，制定符合学生实际的措施和计划，并提出合理的目标要求，给学生鼓劲加油。
学生大多需要鼓励，在这里我想说，我们要学会欣赏学生，要善于发现他们的闪光点。要让他们认识到自己能行。当一个学生认识到自己也同样很优秀，当他内心成材成功的欲望被激起时，学生能学不好吗?要理解他们，尊重信任他们，不要对他们施加太多压力，要对他们说你能行。事实上学生的要求，也不在于家长给他们买多少好吃的，多少好穿的，有时候一句鼓励的话语，一个慈爱的眼神就可以使他们很满足，充满动力了。学生学不学、能不能学好的关键在于他们对待学习的态度，思想能不能投入到学习中去。而这个学习的观念同时也需要家长来给学生灌输。学生学习的动力来源与家长的期望有着直接关系，
3.多和老师沟通
家长和教师进行交流的方法很多，平常你可以到学校找找班主任，也可以和教师通过电话进行联系。每次考试完后，都可以了解一下学生的学习情况，乃至学生在学校的表现情况。家长和教师进行的交流会直接激发孩子的学习积极性。一旦学校有事需要家长配合，请及时和我们联系，如果需要面谈的话，还希望您能从百忙之中抽出时间，让我们联合起来，共同对孩子的成长负责。9个学科任课老师的联系电话已经写在班级信息栏上了。
4.不要过分娇惯孩子
