I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. 夕阳西下，影子落在田埂上，被拉的长长的。将尽的日光似是不甘地，如火般烧着，染红了天，晕红了云，浸红了一片碧绿。天渐暗，远处几家炊烟已升，灯火已明。

吃过晚饭，搬着板凳跟随长辈来到一家小店门口，老人们总有这样的习惯，每晚都聚一聚，聊聊柴米油盐，谈谈儿子媳妇，唱唱古老歌谣，说说神话传说。他们用最古老最朴实的方式沟通的彼此，范围不算宽泛，但那浓浓的人情就似刚用开水来的茶，溢出清香，缭绕人心。

明月别枝惊鹊，清风半夜鸣蝉。一轮皎玉，不知何时挂上了槐桂枝头，似是那位心灵手巧的女子为她披上了丝锦，朦胧之中还隐隐望见嫦娥翩然起舞。那隐于草间的“歌唱家”，让它们尽情歌唱。有些嘈杂，但细细听着，又似乎能觅得一点安宁。

乡村独有的淳朴，有着抚慰疲惫心灵的奇效，或许陶渊明隐居田园的初衷便是觅一处安宁，寻一方净土，以抚慰在污浊官场中被劳累心灵。

轻一点，褪去疲惫，感受繁忙外的宁静；静一点，屏息凝神，聆听喧哗后的天籁；慢一点，停下脚步，欣赏匆忙间的风景。

I like reading very much during summer vacation. Let me tell you something

about my reading.

One day, I just finished my meal and went to the front of the bookshelf to

look for the books I wanted to read. My eyes are on the famous little woman. I

暑假我终于下定了决心开始恢复训练了，突破了重重阻挠，终于在19:20分赶到浩沙健身房。好久不去健身房的结果就是，尽管我临行前考虑了很长时间应该带什么东西，还是忘了带水，只好花4元在浩沙里面买了瓶鲜橙多，然后还得使劲盯着以免和其他人的鲜橙多搞混。

浩沙晚上的人特别多，摩肩接踵，但是大部分都在晾着或者看电视聊天。我挤着走进器械区，却发现平板卧推和上斜卧推的架子居然都是空着的。我以迅雷不及掩耳盗铃儿响叮当当当Only You之势蹿上了平板卧推架，看看重量50kg，刚好够热身的，就呼哧呼哧做了起来。

说到这里，我应该列一下我的健身计划，基本上是4天一循环：

第一天：胸肌，肱三头肌(小强度)，腹肌;

第二天：背部，肱二头肌(小强度)，小腿;

第三天：肩部，肱三头肌(中强度)，腹肌;

第四天：腿部，肱二头肌(中强度)，前臂。

另外，我还希望能够在其中添加一些有氧运动，主要以中慢速长跑为主，辅以游泳和篮球。虽然发达的肌肉看起来很牛，但是身体健康毕竟还是靠心肺功能，不能忽视啊。

话说我热了身就改做上斜卧推了，因为我觉得上斜卧推比平板卧推更能全面地刺激到整个胸肌，尤其是胸肌的上部。4组上斜卧推后，我又做了3组平板哑铃飞鸟，3组双杠屈臂伸，胸肌的锻炼就结束了。接着，我用V字型的把手做拉力器重锤下拉锻炼肱三头肌，做了4组以后，肱三头肌的充血感觉就很明显了。然后我一边做仰卧起坐，一边看跳操房是否有下课的趋势，因为我要赶在众多MM们下课前占一台跑步机做一些辅助性的有氧运动。两组仰卧起坐以后，我在跑步机上跑了1千米，就去洗澡了。由于是恢复性训练，今天的强度并不大，一共只有17组动作。尽管如此，我还是已经开始想象明天我的肌肉将有多么酸痛了。

还是早点睡觉吧，让肌肉快快生长，让丢失的肌肉快快回来，让多余的脂肪快快跑掉。

又放假了，同学们的心情是可想而知的，要不是先玩为快、要不是准备出行、或者是赶紧为假期做个安排，所以暑假的第一天各有各的过法。

我是怎么过的呢?让我为大家一一道来。

其实无论暑假寒假都好，假期的第一天我做的都是同几件事，已经成为习惯了。

上午：我会在家清理掉压在我肩上沉重的包袱——书包，把一些没用的书籍收拾好，再帮我的书包和红领巾洗洗澡、美美容，下个学期又可以和我共同努力了。下午：因为我是高度近视，放假第一天理所当然的就是为我的心灵的窗户负责，上医院去把窗户擦亮，每次到眼科医院都是那三部曲，散瞳、验光、然后第二天还要复光，每次弄完，老爸都是无可奈何的对我说;儿子，你又赚了100了，是啊，我确实又赚回来100度的近视了。晚上：这是最重要的一个步骤了，关系到我一个暑假的生活，那就是自己编排一份暑假的作息表，然后照着作息表按部就班。当然，这不是我说了算，写好还得等领导们通过才行的，所以每到这个环节，紧张度不亚于当年中国入世贸时的谈判了，我会为了我的福利争取到底的，而领导们也相当的老谋深算，为了这张作息表，我们家就像开了一个辩论会似的。
