暑假，回到了老家，一个宁静安详的小村庄。午后的夏日，褪去城市的繁华热闹，似乎也文静了不少，温热的空气夹着淡淡的芬香，是清爽的味道。

跟长辈亲戚打过招呼，我便赤脚踩在了田埂上。，细小的沙土石子被阳光晒得暖暖的，硌得脚痒痒的，像顽皮的孩子，逗弄着我的脚丫。田埂偏角处，有几株向日葵，不多，但落在一片路中，那抹浓艳的黄自然成了一道风景。土生土长的向日葵自是不及朱自清笔下的月下的荷花娇嫩婀娜，但明黄的花盘与明黄的阳光有着和谐的旋律，也如“梵婀玲上奏着的名曲。”只不过少了几分柔美，倒添了几丝坚强。

夕阳西下，影子落在田埂上，被拉的长长的。将尽的日光似是不甘地，如火般烧着，染红了天，晕红了云，浸红了一片碧绿。天渐暗，远处几家炊烟已升，灯火已明。

吃过晚饭，搬着板凳跟随长辈来到一家小店门口，老人们总有这样的习惯，每晚都聚一聚，聊聊柴米油盐，谈谈儿子媳妇，唱唱古老歌谣，说说神话传说。他们用最古老最朴实的方式沟通的彼此，范围不算宽泛，但那浓浓的人情就似刚用开水来的茶，溢出清香，缭绕人心。

明月别枝惊鹊，清风半夜鸣蝉。一轮皎玉，不知何时挂上了槐桂枝头，似是那位心灵手巧的女子为她披上了丝锦，朦胧之中还隐隐望见嫦娥翩然起舞。那隐于草间的“歌唱家”，让它们尽情歌唱。有些嘈杂，但细细听着，又似乎能觅得一点安宁。

乡村独有的淳朴，有着抚慰疲惫心灵的奇效，或许陶渊明隐居田园的初衷便是觅一处安宁，寻一方净土，以抚慰在污浊官场中被劳累心灵。

轻一点，褪去疲惫，感受繁忙外的宁静；静一点，屏息凝神，聆听喧哗后的天籁；慢一点，停下脚步，欣赏匆忙间的风景。

[中学生作文：暑假去哪儿

早晨，我们早早来到学校门口集合。老师先把标有1-15这几个数字的数字贴分给开车来的家庭，并告诉开车来的家庭把它贴在自己的车上。离开辅导班之后，我们就按顺序出发了。老师的车在最前面，我和妈妈还有哥哥坐在一位阿姨的车。

上车之后，我兴奋地不得了。真想快速的地到刘双老师家去看看葡萄园是什么样子的?车开在路上，我看到许多美景。过了好久，终于到了刘双老师家，我看到了一大片的葡萄园，美丽极了。

下了车，我们没有立刻涌入果园。老师按照报名顺序，把我们分成A、B两组。老师先给我们讲解了葡萄知识，又让我们抢答问题，答对题多的先进园。

分完组，老师就给我们两组提出问题让我们抢答。抢答很快就结束了，最后我们A组赢了，所以我们A组就先进去摘葡萄。我们先拿了工具—一把剪刀和一个桶，然后我们就进去摘葡萄了。我们到了中间一列摘的葡萄，葡萄的叶子好像人的手掌。我们摘的葡萄很大，摘完后，我才品尝了一下自己摘的大葡萄，之后又品尝了别人摘的小葡萄。呀!我们摘的好酸，刚才听别人说大葡萄很酸，我还不信。现在，我非常后悔自己没有摘小葡萄。

我非常喜欢这次的摘葡萄活动，真令人难忘啊!

总有那么一些人，没有目标，没有向往，没有生活节奏。停在了十字路口，不想思索，不想动，很懒，就连一日三餐都乱了，在他们世界里活着。

有时候会去人家串串门，所谓的家庭流浪者，时不时只打打游戏，过得很空虚。也会成群结队的去外面流浪，把时间当成煎熬的饼，干燥难以咽下。总在街头逗留，东张西望，没太多人注意。对于他们来说很孤独，对于我们来说他们就是无所事事之人。世界这么大，他们找不到方向感，做不了辛苦的事，就算是为了自己的生活。整天就是东串西逛，没钱了，就伸手向爸妈要，多么没有出息。

他们不想未来，只想着有口饭吃，爸妈还年轻呢，怕啥?哎!可怜可怜!现在有多少中学生就这样废了自己。没有能力，更没有知识，整天无所事事在家呆着，像祖宗一样无忧无虑。爸妈不知如何是好，只能眼睁睁地看他的造化了。在我说来，知识不一定改变命运，在这个社会，只要你家庭有权，有钱，有关系，一切都为你准备好了，你无忧无虑。每一个人的家庭环境不一样，所以起点就不一样。那对于家庭环境困难的人来说，知识就是命运，在这社会你没有实力，不懂知识，你整天无所事事，你能改变什么?没谁会帮你，靠天靠地，不如靠自己。在这社会，他不会用一个无所事事，没有价值的人。

现在是“寒门难出贵子”。社会竞争如此激烈，那些辍学不读书的人能做什么?女孩子能做什么?自己的一个选择就毁了自己一生。男孩还能做些苦活，那又有几个男孩能坚持到最好后?

有一则这样的故事，两个大学生同一所大学毕业，也去同一家公司应聘。结果真让人心疼。有一个大学生家庭没有钱，但，成绩很优秀，也很苦干，有能力和知识，也受到考官的欣赏。另一个孩子成绩不是很好，但，家里有钱，有关系。考官在面试的时候就把他排在后面，应聘的人太多，就这样待定。后来，那优秀而没有钱的大学生被刷掉了，另一个大学生却被录用了，这是残酷的现实，可想而知。

但是，只要你有一技之长和知识，到那里都不会落伍，至少让父母觉得骄傲自豪，自己也有向往的人生。对于你的家庭和社会，你一无所有，有什么资格无所事事?

对不起谁都无所谓，别对不起自己!你才能成就自己的未来。

推开窗，风来到我家做客。他诚心邀请我，与他作伴一同去郊游。

我们来到公园里。公园里的花开得正艳，风吹过，花儿们微笑着舞动起来。看到此景，我也情不自禁地跳起舞来，风为我们打节拍。正当我跳得停不下来的时候，风轻轻地推了我一下，说：“孩子，我们该继续走啦。”这时，我才依依不舍地向花儿们招手再见，与风一起走了。

我们来到湖边。湖里的鱼儿、虾儿正在做游戏呢!它们游来游去，风儿往湖上吹拂，湖面上泛起一层又一层的鳞波，再加上阳光的照射，湖面就像是一个金黄的田野。风往树上一吹，树上的小花粒吹风飘到湖面上，给鱼儿、虾儿们当玩具了。风儿吹，鱼儿游，虾儿跳，花儿落，简直就是一道美景。“嘿!孩子，我们走吧!”风对我喊道。

我们又来到草原上。草原上的骏马在赛跑时，风为马儿们加油。牛儿们吃完草回来时，风为牛儿们解热。草儿们见到风来了，一个个都开心得点头摇摆，这时风就成了草儿们摇摆的音乐了。我和风在草原上奔跑、欢笑。过了好一阵子，风又叫我了：“孩子，我们要回家了。”

我对风儿说：“风儿，我们下次再去郊游好么?”“好!下次我要带你去更多地方，看更多漂亮的东西。”风儿兴奋地回答了我。“铃……铃……铃……”急促的闹钟把我吓醒了。啊!原来这只是一场梦啊!

最近在看的这本书，让我觉得心灵像一棵重新生长的大树，吸取到了更多的养料。

作为积极心理学的实用书，本-沙哈尔《幸福的方法》里所说的道理，十分浅显易懂。

书中用四种汉堡比喻四种人的幸福观。第一种汉堡是口味诱人但危害健康的“垃圾食物”，吃它等于享受眼前的快乐，但同时埋下未来的痛苦。拥有这种幸福观的人被称为“享乐主义型”，他们只顾及时行乐，不管任何负面后果;

第二种汉堡是口味很差，但可以确保日后健康，吃它等于眼前很痛苦。拥有这种幸福观的人和前者正好相反，他们牺牲眼前的幸福，为的是未来的目标，他们被称为“奔波劳碌型”;

第三种汉堡最糟糕，既不好吃也不利健康，如果吃了它，不但现在没有享受到美味，而且日后也会影响健康。这类幸福观的人，对生命已经丧失了希望和欲望，既不享受眼前的事物，也对未来没有任何期望，我们称其为“虚无主义型”;

最后一种汉堡就叫做“幸福型汉堡”。生活幸福的人，享受当下所从事的事情，而且通过目前的行为他们可以获得更加满意的未来。

本-沙哈尔给幸福的定义是：快乐加意义。

相信所有追寻幸福的人读罢这一段文字，都会掩卷叹息。我们不禁感慨，我们都曾千万次地追问的生命中最重要的东西是什么呢?究竟什么才是我想要的幸福?那些工作着的，为什么整日劳顿而没有快乐;那些学习着的，为什么耗费时间却收效甚微?那些拥有万贯家财的人，为什么精神空虚百无聊赖;那些手握着幸福的，为什么身处其中浑然不觉?

信念决定命运。幸福才是人生的至高财富，它不在攀登的顶峰，也不在徘徊的山脚，而在努力向前的一路之上。注重目标，更要注重过程，享受创造着的现在，才会有更美好的未来。

书还没有读完，我的这种被点化而顿悟的激动，还在继续中。
