比赛一天天的临近，训练更加紧张了，常常训练到深夜十一二点。大家都后悔当初不该来，原来的那股兴奋劲也都消失了，我也不例外。时间过得飞快，比赛开始了，许多选手都得到了高分，当我打算随便比比的时候，妈妈的话突然从我脑海里闪过，于是，我又重拾信心，果然，我取得了好成绩。我高兴极了，越来越对自己有信心了。在后面的几场比赛中，我发挥的也不错，终于，我不负众望，获得了省里的三等奖，为学校争得了荣誉。

赛，我收获到了快乐，也收获到了荣誉。我还交到了一个好朋友——自信。从这以后，我常用“自信不一定会赢，但自卑一定会输”来勉励自己要做个有自信的人。

今天把狼图腾的最后一章看完，本想开始看下一本书，可是拿起来，又放下，对于狼图腾还有太多的感悟需要时间一点点去思考，去消化。在这本书中，不仅仅看到的是草原狼身上的勇敢、智慧、顽强、忍耐、谨慎和冒险的精神，同时也让我看到人类的无知，无知的人入住草原后对草原生态平衡无所顾虑的破坏。

Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

别人的暑假是睡觉睡到自然醒，吃饭吃到肚抽筋，这样的暑假自然是我们学生党梦寐以求的。可是今年我的暑假，却是从每天早上一阵猛烈的敲门声开始了。

今年，爸爸总说我太胖了，需要减肥。暑假的每个早晨，我都是被一阵阵猛烈的敲门声惊醒。每次我的眼睛还在缓冲期，还没来得及开门，老爸就用提前准备好的钥匙打开了门，接着吹两声他那多年前当兵用过的哨子，然后吼道：“起床运动了。”再随着一阵风，一把拽起我的被子。就这样，我好不容易盼来的暑假，身体的各个器官每天在这个“魔鬼”的一阵虐中苏醒过来。

虽然我很不情愿，但是在“魔鬼老爸”的一声声催促下，我还是起床穿好妈妈给我买好的运动服和运动鞋，跟着“魔鬼老爸”下楼运动去了。睡眼惺忪的我一眼就看见爸爸给我制定的训练课程：每天早上5分钟训前拉伸，200跳绳、50个仰卧起坐、还有50个深蹲，每个动作分3组完成，每组中间只让我休息15秒。不止这些，每天晚上还有跑步运动，前1周是每天3公里跑步，然后追加到4公里，直到最后加到5公里。“这哪里是减肥啊?这个魔鬼爸爸是拿他当兵的训练方式来虐我吗?”更可气的是，做不完运动，就不让我吃饭，发现偷懒，就重新加运动量惩罚，我在心里哭晕过一万次：“我的理想暑假呢?这个魔鬼老爸呀!”

好不容易完成了爸爸的任务，终于等到吃饭时间，可是爸爸准备的早餐就像喂兔子一样，对于我这个“肉食动物”来说，除了几片水煮牛肉和几个水煮虾，其它就没有什么我喜欢吃的了。生菜叶子、凉拌黄瓜、水煮西兰花……这些恐怕猪都不会闻一下吧。我饥肠辘辘的坚持到晚饭，爸爸做了我喜欢吃的红烧肉，我美滋滋的想“这个魔鬼老爸还是深深爱着他的宝贝女儿的。”可是我刚吃了几口饭和几块肉，爸爸就把碗和盘子都收走了，还不忘回头对我说：“七分饱就可以了，不然早上运动就不起作用了，需要重新加量了。”“真是魔鬼老爸啊!”我心里嘀咕着：“上有政策，下有对策，我作为‘受害者’必须找个办法制止他的魔鬼训练计划。”

我躺在床上装病，捂着肚子，一边喊疼一边说不能训练了，爸爸半信半疑的让我休息了两天，第三天就把我拉出去继续锻炼了。

后来我发现，吃饭的高脂红烧肉，逐渐变成了各种好吃的水煮牛肉、鸡胸肉、白灼虾……果盘里的高糖分水果，变成了黄瓜和西红柿，健康最重要，我会慢慢习惯和改变。“魔鬼老爸”也有细心的一面嘛!

我们去了北京并在那里待了四天。我们住在酒店里。北京很美，我们参观了天安门广场，故宫，颐和园和圆明园。

We also went to the Great Wall. The weather was very hot, but we were exciting. I like Beijing very much. I hope I can go there again.

春天的夜晚，淡月胧纱，娉娉婷婷。有风拂过脸颊，掠起了额前几缕碎发。月光如水，平静柔和。一把古朴的木梳静静的躺在我的手中，有一种古色古香的味道，而思绪，早已在风中远扬。

那时，我大概五六岁，住在乡下外婆家。那是一间古老的小屋，窗子很小，光线不足，屋内显得很暗，就连那把木梳也染上了小屋灰暗的颜色。儿时的我觉得这把木梳一点也不好看。

那时的我还是一头长发，外婆会在每天清晨帮我梳头。外婆用来给我梳头的就是那把旧梳子，梳子上已有三四个缺口，就像外婆那一口七零八落的牙齿。

有一次，我在放学的路上碰到了一位卖梳子的老奶奶。她佝偻着身子，头发凌乱，很可怜。我摸出口袋里所剩无几的零花钱，买了一把梳子，一来是出于对老奶奶的同情，二来是因为我想起了外婆，也想起了那把该“退休”的破木梳。我想把这把木梳送给外婆。

那个星期天，我去了外婆家。小屋一点也没有变，依旧显得昏暗。那把木梳除了有多了两个缺口外也没有什么太大的变化，就像外婆只是比先前多了些白发却依然泛着慈祥的笑。我把梳子给外婆时，外婆笑了，口里却说：“我现在用不着，那把旧梳子还能用，挺好!”

暑假时，我又去了一趟外婆家。这时的外婆显得愈发的苍白了，头发也从花白变成了雪白。稀稀疏疏的，凌乱极了。

进入小屋，我竟然有看见了那把熟悉的旧梳子，就是六年前外婆用来给我梳头的那把。不知怎的，一种很亲切的感觉涌遍全身。我伸手拿起那把梳子，它如今已经面目全非了，只剩寥寥无几的几根梳齿突兀的立着。

“你送我的那把梳子我至今未用，还藏着呢。还是喜欢这把旧梳子，毕竟用了十多年了，丢了还真的舍不得。”不知何时，外婆早已含笑站在我的身旁。

“外婆，让我也替你梳一次头吧!”我转过头，巧笑嫣然的望着外婆。

外婆先是一愣，随后高兴的点了点头。就像七年前那样，只是被梳头者和执梳者的角色早已在时光的河流中悄然转换。外婆啊!外婆!儿时，给我梳头的总是你，如今，孙女终于可以给你梳头了。我含笑看着外婆从屋子里搬出了椅子，她坐了下来，椅子便跟随着“嘎吱”响了一下，她叹了口气。

金色的夕阳洒在她布满皱纹的脸上，我看见了阳光沿着她的皱纹在流淌。外婆看起来格外安详。我摘下外婆头顶上的帽子，用那把参差不齐的木梳给外婆梳头，一下一下，很有节奏。

忽然，一阵微风吹来，满头的银发便随风飘起来。透过发隙，我看见了七彩的阳光，完美的没有一丝瑕疵。

But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

Today I found time was a cruel thing. Whatever man is, time always goes on. It won’t stay to wait for somebody. You can’t use anything to exchange time. Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high reputation, time won’t leave them more. Today I found I hadn’t enough time. Although I have more than a-month holiday, but I found I had a lot of things to do. I had a lot of homework to do and I am essential to complete the homework as soon as I have time.

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the hot weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when I went out, the high temperature disagreed to me.At last, I was ill.

It was sunny today. I was excited. I got up at a quarter to seven. I made a appointment to meet at nine o’clock. After I had my breakfast, I went to the Wanjia Market . It was hot outside. When I arrived, my friends didn’t arrive. I waited for him in front of the KFC’s door. I haven’t seen them for a year. And in a year, we didn’t come into contact with others frequently. About ten minutes left, my friends arrived one by one. After we greeted,we went to play basketball in Liwan Gymnasium. The match last for tow hours.Oh!I fill very happy today!

Yesterday we played happily, but there were only ten people. I remembered last year there were twenty-two people at all. I heard some my friends had gone abroad. They went abroad to study. Maybe I couldn’t see them in the future. I think next year we won’t make a party. Next year is a very important year. We all will prepare the new term’s new subject.I know, it is the most important for us now.

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, but my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. I must thanks my mother, she is good for me. Practices makes perfect.

日盼夜盼，总算把这个期待已久的暑假给盼来了。而今暑假已经过去了一大半，回头想想，这时间还真如智者所说的如流水般飞逝，一去不复返呢。

还记得刚考完试的那一刹那，整个人完全都疯狂了，虽说已经快要初三的人了，这个暑假免不了补这补那的为下学期而做准备，一定没有以往的暑假那样整天浑浑噩噩的，记得以前过到后来连几月几号也给忘得精光。但是我还是很兴奋，毕竟开头的十几天是可以愉快的度过的，到后来嘛，不用说了。

暑假刚开始的那几天，没有作业，没有负担，必定是敞开了玩的，这不，时刻表安排的也与以往的学习生活有着天壤之别，早上起来第一件事，就是打开电脑，也不知玩多久，腻了，就找志同道合的同学们下去打乒乓。回到家，吃完饭依旧是坐在电脑前游戏。这样的生活一天一天过的可是很快的，好日子很快就到头了，先是大批的暑假作业降临，其次母亲大人也给我报了暑期补课班，这下，生活又回归到了从前的那样忙碌，每天老清老早就要起来，和那些上班族同挤一辆公交车。而回家呢，也是和那些下了班的白领们再一次“聚首”。这样的生活重复到现在也没有丝毫的改变，虽说现在还是能偶尔和同学们出去玩乐，可生活还是以学习为主导在继续着。

也许你会问我，是否对这样子一板一眼的“学习生活”感到厌烦了吗?不，其实这样子也挺好，每天踏着晨光漫步在大街小巷，回来时又望着夕阳，而补课的时候也并不是一味的老师说同学记这样的形式，我认为吧，我的几位补课老师也还是挺风趣幽默的，所以即使是学习生活还是过得多姿多彩的。

转眼间，暑假即将走到尽头，而我也要迈入人生的一个重要的过渡阶段——初三，而这个暑假的学习也是在为初三的学习打下好的基础，所以我觉得这个暑假虽然没有怎么好好的玩了，但也是值了，至少初三刚上来不用那么紧张了，总之暑假快过去了已成了往事，在初三的学习生活中，我一定会更加努力的学习的!
