The sun was shining really brightly. We could hear the birds singing outside the window. It was a fine day！

I went to the City Wildlife Park with my classmates by bus. We arrived there at 8:00. When I got out of the bus, some of us had rushed into the gate of the park. First, we visited the golden monkeys. They were lovely and cute. They jumped from this tree to another tree which was about two meters away. That was amazing, wasn’t it? And then we watched an animal show. They danced like humans. 虽然我很不情愿，但是在“魔鬼老爸”的一声声催促下，我还是起床穿好妈妈给我买好的运动服和运动鞋，跟着“魔鬼老爸”下楼运动去了。睡眼惺忪的我一眼就看见爸爸给我制定的训练课程：每天早上5分钟训前拉伸，200跳绳、50个仰卧起坐、还有50个深蹲，每个动作分3组完成，每组中间只让我休息15秒。不止这些，每天晚上还有跑步运动，前1周是每天3公里跑步，然后追加到4公里，直到最后加到5公里。“这哪里是减肥啊?这个魔鬼爸爸是拿他当兵的训练方式来虐我吗?”更可气的是，做不完运动，就不让我吃饭，发现偷懒，就重新加运动量惩罚，我在心里哭晕过一万次：“我的理想暑假呢?这个魔鬼老爸呀!”

好不容易完成了爸爸的任务，终于等到吃饭时间，可是爸爸准备的早餐就像喂兔子一样，对于我这个“肉食动物”来说，除了几片水煮牛肉和几个水煮虾，其它就没有什么我喜欢吃的了。生菜叶子、凉拌黄瓜、水煮西兰花……这些恐怕猪都不会闻一下吧。我饥肠辘辘的坚持到晚饭，爸爸做了我喜欢吃的红烧肉，我美滋滋的想“这个魔鬼老爸还是深深爱着他的宝贝女儿的。”可是我刚吃了几口饭和几块肉，爸爸就把碗和盘子都收走了，还不忘回头对我说：“七分饱就可以了，不然早上运动就不起作用了，需要重新加量了。”“真是魔鬼老爸啊!”我心里嘀咕着：“上有政策，下有对策，我作为‘受害者’必须找个办法制止他的魔鬼训练计划。”

我躺在床上装病，捂着肚子，一边喊疼一边说不能训练了，爸爸半信半疑的让我休息了两天，第三天就把我拉出去继续锻炼了。

后来我发现，吃饭的高脂红烧肉，逐渐变成了各种好吃的水煮牛肉、鸡胸肉、白灼虾……果盘里的高糖分水果，变成了黄瓜和西红柿，健康最重要，我会慢慢习惯和改变。“魔鬼老爸”也有细心的一面嘛!

Im happy to have such a good summer holiday!Of course,I have many things to prepare.

我很高兴有这样一个愉快的暑假!当然，我有很多事情要做。

First,I need to make a plan about my holiday.I will do my homework 5 hours a day,and I want to read some famous English books to improve my English study.Then, I will see some funny comedies.Mr.Bean or Tom Hankss movies all cool! They can relax myself!If I have enough time,I will go dancing and swimming! I wanna keep fit,you know!And,I will spend some time on my math.I always be careless on the math exam.I want to be careful!

首先，我需要做一个关于我的假期计划。我将尽我的功课，每天5个小时，我想阅读一些英语书来提高我的英语学习。然后，我会看到一些有趣的comedies.mr.bean或汤姆·汉克斯的电影都很酷!他们可以放松自己!如果我有足够的时间，我会去跳舞和游泳!我想保持健康，你知道的!而且，我会花一些时间在我的数学。我数学考试总是很粗心。我要小心!

I really have a large number of things to do,maybe Its a bit busy and nervous.but I like this sort of life.I will try my best to do these tings!I believe myself,I can do all of them!Its nice to have this kind of courage!

今天是星期六，一个温暖的下午，写完作业的我，趴在窗前，任凭阳光照在我的身上，仿佛就要睡着，好不舒服。

偶然间，我看见窗前上围着密密麻麻的“纹路”，在阳光的照耀下若隐若现。我想起来了，窗前曾有一只蜘蛛，在前天的时候，在这窗前织网，它那纤细的前爪和后爪团结一致，努力协调的勾出了充满艺术性的创作。它勾完便不知去向，也许是放弃了它的创作，也许是暂且离开罢了。我也不太在意，埋头便投进书海里了。

谁知，在那天之后，老天爷似乎不开心，下了一场倾盆大雨，把窗外的事物洗的干干净净，雨后便是一番清新空气，把前几天燥热的空气全部赶走了。同样，窗前那唯一能证明那只不知去向的蜘蛛存在的网也被雨水冲刷的支离破碎。可是为什么今天我还能看见这张完整的网?答案不得而知：蜘蛛又回来了。

蜘蛛的名声不好：在很多人眼里，它是个讨厌的坏家伙，人人见了都会立刻将它踩死。对于这种草率的看法，我作为观察者是反对的，因为蜘蛛手艺高超、善于织网，巧于捕猎，并且有着悲惨的爱情和极为有趣的生活习性。

在这里，我窗前的蜘蛛是值得赞颂的，虽然网被冲毁了，但是它毅然回来耐心的织网。我一开始是以为蜘蛛跑了，后来我才知道，蜘蛛其实是躲在暗处，等待猎物而已。

蜘蛛的聪明、技艺高超、巧于捕猎难道不是值得赞颂的吗?至少我是这么认为的。
