I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way.

I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations,this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so.

我游累了，又来到金灿灿的沙滩上玩起了沙子。我先做了一个储水库，引水的时候竞然引进了一个小沙蟹和许多贝壳。它们都试图往沙里钻，让我找不着它们，但我还是用锐利的眼睛找着了它们，真是太好玩了。接着我又让伙伴把我用沙子埋起来，只露着头在外面，那感觉真是棒极了。

夕阳西下，大海也累了，平静了下来，我也该回家了，该和大海说再见了。这次大海游泳、嬉戏，使我真正感到了大海的亲昵和热情，它将会成为我成长记忆中最美好的回忆。

幸福是什么?可能在每一个人的心里都有着不同的理解,为什么人们都可望得到幸福,而幸福是什么,这没有个严格的定义。在没有阅读过《幸福的方法》前，我本人对幸福也没有明确的定义，原来幸福并非拥有丰盛的金钱和物质，那么幸福是什么呢，怎么才能拥有幸福呢?

幸福是什么?我们都希望拥有幸福，都能感觉到幸福但却少一个完美的定义帮助我们更加深刻地理解它，书中说道：所有的人都可以分成四种，第一种是忙碌型，第二种是享乐型，第三种是虚无型，第四种是幸福型。我们需要确立了怎样的生活态度才能离幸福更近或者拥有幸福。书中举例说到，一个作恶多端的人死后到了一个不用工作，整天吃、喝、玩、乐的地方，他以为自己到了天堂，在他庆幸着自己到了天堂不久，他感觉到前所未有的空虚和寂寞，此时，上帝出现了，上帝告诉他，其实你现在是在地狱。另外一个故事说到，有一个年轻人和一群老人一起去登山，年轻人非常迫切的希望登到山顶，去欣赏美丽的风景，并没有时间和心情去拉欣赏沿途的风景，结果他并没有在老人们前面登上山顶，这两个故事告诉了我们，幸福并非是每天要做有意义的事情和结果并非是最重要的，过程才应该是接近和体会幸福的捷径。

如何实现幸福?泰勒·本 - 沙哈尔博士的《幸福的方法》中，他自己以为能拿到世界冠军就是他最大的幸福，当他自己拿到世界冠军的那一刻，他却并不感觉自己幸福，返而是迷茫，为什么会这样?这引起泰勒·本 - 沙哈尔博士的深思，作者到处寻求答案，他发现幸福并非是短暂的、单一的，而是长远的，多样的。幸福是相对的，不同的人、不同的时代、不同的国籍、不同的性别、不同的年龄、不同的学历、不同的阅历，幸福感是不一样的，能给他们带来幸福的事情也是千差万别的，所以幸福没有固定的公式和统一的标准。因为幸福是相对，所以就引出了一个惯性，习惯和他人比较。随着让一部分人先富起来的政策的号角吹响，一部分人真的比其他人跑的快了，真的奔小康去了。所以没有发达起来的人，有些失落是很正常的事情。为什么以前的人容易感到幸福，那是因为在改革开放前，普遍的贫穷，大家没有比较就没有失落。

不可否认的是，相比较以前，现在的贫富差距是有所拉大，但是我想幸不幸福的参照系不应该是任何外在的东西，参照系应该是过去的自己。我常常对自己说当渐行渐远的时候，不要忘记自己刚刚出发的样子，这样我才能始终记得出发的原因，才能始终怀有感恩之心。

今天是双休日,我在家里写作业,咳!今天的风好舒服,我犹如回到了春天,虽然春天还没到!温暖的风,让我的心情很舒畅,我写着作业,心里很愉快!明天就要考试了,我得好好复习,一定要拿个高分来回报父母和老师!

how i spent my summer vacation

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them. then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.
