“姗”爷爷的说话声打断了我的思绪，我连忙走到爷爷身边，“油菜花不仅好看，菜籽可以做成菜籽油，有润燥杀虫、软化血管、延缓衰老的功效，营养很丰富。但由于产量低，所以价格高”我不由地赞道：“哇，油菜花真是全身是宝啊!”

很快，我们又要回福州了。这里虽然没有城市的热闹繁华，但有着安静美丽的家乡美景，更有让人舒畅的清新空气。

人一简单就快乐，一复杂就痛苦。

别把悲伤当借口。

从古至今，有多少人因悲伤而逝。人心太脆弱，受不起生活的起生活的打击，便选择一走了之。别把悲伤当成是你生活的借口。你生活的好坏是由你对生活的态度决定的。生活就是一面镜子，你对它笑它就对你笑，你对它哭它就对你哭。为何不选择微笑面对生活?乐观使人开朗，使人豁达，使人从容。多对自己笑一笑，多鼓励鼓励自己，多相信相信自己，人生就会变得美好，至少你的人生是这样。

我们一步一步走过，有悲伤，有快乐。在悲伤时，我们是怎样做的呢?大哭一场还是胡乱地发一通气呢?有没有人平静下来想过，为什么自己会悲伤?是别人的问题还是自己的?如果是自己的，就应该反省一下，然后找一个较好的方法宣泄，乐观地看待悲伤。如果是别人的问题，那就不值得了，你这是在用别人的缺点来气自己。不要动不动就落泪，你不是林黛玉，要让自己快乐一些。

简单生活，拒绝烦恼。

比较一下两类人：一类是整天忙忙碌碌皱着眉头，一类是每天轻轻松松笑容常伴。你是愿意做哪类人呢?肯定都想做后者。可是偏偏就有很多人把自己困在那些简单的事里，忙忙碌碌，这是勤奋吗?不是，那是蠢。简单的事情会思考的人一遍就做好了，而不会思考的人就每天围着那件事情转啊转，忘了自己该干什么，从而滋生出许多复杂的问题。

一个人要懂得欣赏别人，发现别人的优点、长处，而不是找别人的缺点来慢慢“享受”。把自己的思想包袱放下，你再往前走，你会觉得轻松许多，因为你的心灵已经简单。

大家好，我是来自贾庄小学六(2)班的胡永民。我非常喜欢打篮球。弹吉他。学英语。六年的校园生涯和社会实践生活使我不断的挑战自我、充实自己，为实现人生的价值打下坚实的基础。经过良师的精心指导、自己的奋力拚搏以及对知识一丝不苟，在成绩上一直都得到所有人的肯定。

人总是要不断学习的，俗话说“学海无涯”。课余时我还学习了一些PHOTOSHOP、OFFICE2000、FRONTPAGE、EXCEL、网页制作等学习、设计的软件，灵活掌握基础的制作代码，为将来在工作运用先进的多媒体、电脑打下坚实的基础。我自己还制作个人网页，外界人士评价颇好。本着学以致用，曾在劳动局帮忙打资料，在校设计排版文章等等。

在学习间我也曾担任过校文艺部部长，班上的学习委员、文艺委员、安全委员等职，对每项工作认真负责，兢兢业业。在20-20年度本人多次被评为校“希望之星”、校“三好学生”。20-20年度再次被评为校“希望之星”、校“三好学生”。在担任班干部期间，我经常与任课老师沟通，能及时地与老师和同学通气，在任课老师的反应下，及时地做好补助工作，起带头作用，主动积极，所以总给老师带来不错的印象，从而也提高了自己的学习能力和分析处理问题的能力。在任部长期间，本人多次组织大型文艺活动，在组织过程中，体验到了自己的组织能力和想法上的欠缺，从而，会补缺补差，提高自己的能力。我一直都很注重配合学校、学生会以及其它部门出色的完成各项工作。在促使学校的`各种作息活动运行顺利的同时，荣获20年度校“优秀学生干部”。入校不久我便成为了一名共青团员，当然，我也要靠自己努力，要拿出最好的一面展现在每个人的面前。

在学习过程中本人诚实守信，热心待人，勇于挑战。我的人际关系相当不错，能很好地组织大家开展更有意义和有特色的活动，从不轻易半途而废，善于总结经验。有时学习工作不顺利，爱发小脾气，这点是需要纠正的。我所拥有的是年轻和知识，使我不畏困难，善于思考，但年轻也意味着阅历浅，更需要虚心向学。我也深知，毕业只是求学的一小步，社会才是一所真正的大学。我还要继续努力。

“全身弯弯黄又黄，又甜又酸又很忙，果子只在树上长，榨成果汁人人尝。”这个谜语说的是一种什么水果呢？你猜出来了吗？对，它就是芒果。

芒果是典型的热带水果，为漆树科植物。品种有桂七芒、青皮芒、台家一号、贵妃芒等多种。芒果的形状千姿百态，有的像鹅卵石，有的像弯弯的小船，有的像象牙，有的像牛角……

它有一层软软的外皮，轻轻地剥开，就见金黄色的果肉，果肉里有一个又大又扁的核。咬一口果肉，那酸甜的味道就直泌肺腑，令人回味无穷。人们一边吃一边会忍不住竖起大拇指说“真好吃！”

芒果不仅好吃，还有很多的营养呢！它含有维生素B6，对神经系统和大脑的正常运作十分重要；芒果还可以改善人们的记忆；芒果含有大量的强氧化剂，有助清洁脏中的毒物，芒果中的膳食纤维和果胶有助于降低血清中的胆固醇水平。

芒果虽然营养价值高，但过敏体质的人吃了芒果会引起皮炎，芒果与香蕉、桔子相比吃起来就不太方便了，因为芒果的果肉很软，含的纤维和水分特别的多，所以吃起来，十分容易滑走，就像一条顽皮的泥鳅，捉也捉不住。大家吃完后还要记得洗手哦。

仙人掌以它顽强的精神在百花中立以不败之地，它有着肥大的茎，大约有一厘米厚。它的叶片为了储存水分，全部变成了细细的尖刺。

仙人掌品种繁多，有40多个品种，它的颜色以绿色为主。它有各种各样的形状：手掌状、球状……手掌状的仙人掌像人的手掌，球状的仙人掌向一个个刚充过气的小刺球，柱状的仙人掌像一根根棒子。

仙人掌还会开花和结果呢!仙人掌的花十分小巧，姿态各异，颜色也各种各样，有暗粉的、大红的、洁白的…仙人掌的果实上面有些刺，成熟的果实是深红色的，有的还能食用，吃起来又酸又甜。

仙人掌味淡，性寒具有行气活血、清热解毒、消肿止痛、健脾止泻、安神利尿的功效，内服外用治疗多种疾病。仙人掌主要治疗疔疮肿毒，外还可以治疗胃痛、痞块腹痛、急性痢疾、肠痔泻血、哮喘等症。

仙人掌可以净化空气，也可以防辐射，装璜房子后，会有许多甲醛的残留，这时，仙人掌就可以吸收甲醛等其它毒素，达到净化空气的效果。在电脑桌上放上仙人掌，可以减少辐射。

仙人掌虽然长得不是很美观，但作用是很大的。

I am an English graduate of 2007 in Hunan University of Science and Engineering. Throughout my campus life, I have devoted myself with sincerity and motivation to the learning of English language. I have got strict training and grasped the five basic skills of foreign language quite well. 大家好，我是1号，林桂妮。我先来跟大家介绍一下我的姓氏，林姓是一个有着悠久历史的姓氏。相传殷商王朝的太师比干因谏商纣而死，其夫人携子坚，逃与长林，周武王克商后，赐姓林，食采博陵，散居于周，鲁，齐，卫国等地。那么我的名字又有什么含义呢?大家不妨来猜一猜其实呢，我的名字并没有什么含义，只是因为在我出生的时候算命先生说我五行缺土，于是，我就有了这个名字。

在我成长的过程中，除了父母以外，对我的教育和培养最多的便是我的老师，在我的每个老师中，他们都培养我的独立自主的能力。使我很受启发，所以，我最大的梦想就是成为一名人民教师。然而，在我的初中三年生活里，我想希望保持我的自主能力，并且提高我的成绩，使自己成为一个遵规守纪，勤奋学习，全面发展的学生。在学习上，我想我能够上课仔细听讲，弄懂每一个问题，认真完成作业，回家做好预、复习工作。在空余期间多看书，扩展知识面，提高阅读以及写作能力，积累好句好段。早晚多听读外语，多积累一些单词，提高英语各方面的水平，从良好的基础上向着更高的目标出发。而在接下来短短的半个学期中，我希望能在期中考试中取得优秀的成绩，使我离三年内的目标更近。

蔬菜的种类很多，仿佛像一个庞大的蔬菜王国：蔬菜皇后白菜;身姿美丽的空心菜;身材胖胖的，像一个小灯笼的西红柿;面容清秀的土豆。

我就是黄瓜，虽然没有空心菜漂亮;没有西红柿可爱，但我非常有营养。我最喜欢穿着深绿色的大衣，这是大自然的颜色。
