The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. 一、每天在保证有四个小时学习时间的情况下，得到充分的休息和娱乐，以保证我的寒假生活过的丰富多彩。具体作息时间如下：早晨九点前绝不起床，九点半之后一个小时自由活动。十点半马上进入学习状态，十二点半准时下课。之后一小时自由活动(上上网，聊聊天，养养兔子偷偷菜，外加斗地主)。从下午一点半开始进入运动时期，下午三点开始学习到晚上五点。晚饭后，固定节目为看电视，以青春励志偶像剧为主(虽然爸妈不愿看!)。不到二十三点绝不合眼。

二、学习内容：学校留的各项作业，预习下学期的课本，背英语单词，学乒乓球。

三、学校方式：自学为主，运用电脑进行英语听力练习，通过英语软件进行口语训练;以完成寒假作业带动全面复习的方式将主要科目复习一次;乒乓球练习则以实践为主。

四、此计划从2015年1月8日开始到2015年2月28日结束，此间双休日及国家法定假日照常休息。

又一个愉快的暑假来到了。这段宝贵的时间，我不能白白浪费。我不但要玩好，还要更加努力的学习。为了使自己这个暑假过得既充实又有意义，特制定以下生活及学习计划：

1、每天半天玩耍，半天学习。玩耍时要十分注意安全。要把老师布置的暑假作业认真完成。

2、要把妈妈给我在外面报的作文班、小记者班、奥数班、书法班(行书)的课上完，按时完成老师布置的作业。

3、至少看一本有意义的书籍，做好读书笔记，写出读后感。

4、按照学校的要求，练好口琴。

5、注意锻炼身体，参加游泳锻炼。最好能让爸爸、妈妈带我去合阳县那神奇的“处女泉”游一次泳，在那里钓几条鱼，回来后完成学校布置的《快乐的游泳池》和《夏》两幅绘画作品的制作。

6、和爸爸、妈妈去趟延安，看看黄帝陵、宝塔山、枣园、杨家岭和延安革命纪念馆，接受延安精神教育。顺路再看一看黄河壶口瀑布、瓦子街烈士陵园。回来后写一篇《我心中的延安》的作文;办一期题为《延安精神永留传》的小报。

7、和爸爸、妈妈一起看两场电影;去大雁塔广场欣赏一下我们西安最大的音乐喷泉。

8、如果还有时间，上网查查资料，看看作文;再争取多读一些课外书籍，尽量扩大自己的知识面。
