不过印象中最深刻的还是回南部时，看到满一百岁的阿祖，虽然她已是一百岁的高龄，不过她的身体还是很健康，可以跑步、走路，都没有生病，可见平日的身体保养是多么的重要啊!

今年我的寒假生活过的很充实、很快乐，也得到许多收获，希望明年的寒假、暑假，都能像这次一样，有个美好的回忆。

光阴似箭，又到寒假了。为了能过一个好假期，我给自己订了一个寒假计划。

早晨，不仅空气清新，还是记忆力最强的黄金时分。虽然放假了，但必须养成好的早读习惯。每天六点半整时起床，先背一首唐诗宋词，再读二十分钟的诵读书。这样，我读过的知识就可以加强一遍印在脑海里，有久记不忘的作用。其次，我要补漏补缺，把考完、做过的试卷都仔细分析一遍。特别是做错的题目，要把它们归集起来，重点加以消化，巩固以前的知识。每天还要认真完成一部分寒假作业。“好记心不如烂笔头”。把这个寒假里发生的开心的、有趣的、伤心的事;遇到的开朗的、善良的、和蔼的人;看见的可爱的、调皮的、漂亮的小动物以及预习下册的重要内容……统统记录下来。因为记录下来的人、事、物可方便以后的作文选材，而记录预习下册的重要内容有助于我以后的学习。所以必须坚持做笔记;还要坚持写日记，把寒假期间的一些所见所闻、所思所想一一都记录在日记本上。要多看一些妈妈给我买的书。这时就应休息一下，过度的学习有损身心健康，但也不能休息过度。比如：你写寒假作业写累了，可以先按摩按摩眼睛，或伸个懒腰，眺望远方之类的。帮爸爸妈妈拖拖地，抹抹灰之类。这样既有利于身心健康，又能帮大人做了家务事。有时可以玩玩电脑游戏，也要少玩，它虽然能缓解心情，但会对我们的学习造成影响，而且还对我们的眼睛有坏处。

紧张的学习生活过去了，又迎来了一个新的假期。上学时，我身体不是很好，所以我打算假期锻炼身体，并因此制定了寒假计划。

放假了，爸爸给我买了一对沙袋，一个四公斤，让我每天早上绑着沙袋跑步。刚开始跑时，还可以，可是跑了一会儿，就觉得特别沉。把沙袋解下来时，脚很痛，但有一种飘飘然的感觉。

为了科学合理充实地度过我的寒假生活，制定如下寒假计划：

一、每天在保证有四个小时学习时间的情况下，得到充分的休息和娱乐，以保证我的寒假生活过的丰富多彩。具体作息时间如下：早晨九点前绝不起床，九点半之后一个小时自由活动。十点半马上进入学习状态，十二点半准时下课。之后一小时自由活动(上上网，聊聊天，养养兔子偷偷菜，外加斗地主)。从下午一点半开始进入运动时期，下午三点开始学习到晚上五点。晚饭后，固定节目为看电视，以青春励志偶像剧为主(虽然爸妈不愿看!)。不到二十三点绝不合眼。

二、学习内容：学校留的各项作业，预习下学期的课本，背英语单词，学乒乓球。

三、学校方式：自学为主，运用电脑进行英语听力练习，通过英语软件进行口语训练;以完成寒假作业带动全面复习的方式将主要科目复习一次;乒乓球练习则以实践为主。

四、此计划从2015年1月8日开始到2015年2月28日结束，此间双休日及国家法定假日照常休息。

哦！放寒假了！我终于可以轻轻松松的玩了！可~是，我不能光这么玩啊。我决定了，我要为自己制定今年的寒假计划，我经过了几分钟就把今年的寒假计划做完了（我的计划是每天的，分上半月、下半月哦！），我的计划如下：

上半月：

1、每天7：00起床。

2、起床之后吃早餐，吃完早餐看一会儿电视。

3、每样作业做5页（语、数、英）

4、中午睡2个小时。

5、下午，看一会儿电视。

6、每样作业做3页。

7、出去跟小伙伴们玩一下。

8、晚上就玩电脑、看电视。

9、9：00上床睡觉。

过完上半月，差不多就就已经把寒假作业做完了。下半月就轻松了：

1、每天8：00起床。

2、上午，出去帮妈妈买一点东西，准备过年。

3、下午，自己玩。

4、去亲戚、朋友家拜年。

5、准备上学的东西。

6、高高兴兴的上学！
