3.睡眠. 据专家统计，全国三分之二的中小学生睡眠时间不达标。 23.5%的中小学生晚上难入睡。调查显示，小学生中每天睡足10小时及以上的为33.4%，初中生每天能睡足9个小时及以上的共有22.9%。教育部对中小生睡眠时间曾经有明确的规定：小学生的睡眠时间应该要超过9个小时，初中生应该达到9个小时，高中生的睡眠时间要达到8个小时，按照这样的规定，我国约有2/3的小学生和3/4的初中生睡眠时间严重不足。因此，我要晚上8：00入睡，早上6:00起床。

我要做到以上的事情，充分度过我的完美寒假!

日日盼，夜夜盼……寒假终于来到我们身边了，怎样才能在短暂的假日里愉快的学习，度过一个快乐而有意义的假期呢？有了这份计划，相信在它的陪伴下我们会拥有一个不一样的新年假期！让我们开始吧……

放假日期：20XX年1月24日至20XX年2月23日

假期作业：人、事、景、物、想象作文各一篇。读一本作文书，并写阅读笔记和阅读心得。写两首诗歌。

放假计划：

1月25日至29日：因为考的好，老师告诉我，我的两本《快乐寒假》的不用做了！所以这5天，我要把”人、事、景、物、想象“这5篇作文写好。

1月30日至2月5日：休息几天

2月6日至2月7日：写诗歌。

2月8日至15日：读作文书，写阅读笔记。

2月16日至20日：出去踏青。

2月21日至22日：玩电脑。

这就是我的寒假计划，怎样不赖吧？

It＇s very cold in winter. There is snow and ice everywhere and you are always in a white world. You must wear warm clothes. The most exciting thing is playing with snow. Skating is also very interesting there.

[寒假去哈尔滨旅游英语作文

初中的第1个学期已经过去，我们又迎来了期待已久的寒假生活。寒假只是学习生活中短暂的假期，我一定要好好打算，合理安排时间，制定一份切实可行的寒假计划，丰富自己的寒假生活。

1)时间安排：

1、每天保障做至少3时的寒假作业；

2、每天保障1时的户外活动；

3、每天保障3时的课外阅读，以及下学期的预习；

4、每天保障至少2时的练琴时间；

2)学习安排：

1、过年之前，尽量完成各科寒假作业，独立完成；

2、假期必须阅读完下学期的必读书目，至少2本；

3、预习下学期的知识，基本掌握其要领，可以问同学、老师；

4、每天背诵下学期的单词，家长抽背，反复练习；

5、把上学期的资料、课本都整理、保存好，分类汇总；

3)活动安排：

1、多做家务，帮父母减轻负担；

2、适当上网，用电脑，时间不能过长；

3、多做运动，适量即可；

计划与非计划;如因外出旅游、回乡度假，可临时不予执行或将作业带在身边；

偶尔睡懒觉，但不能影响学习计划；

认真完成作业，不能偷工减料，字要工整。

要有时间保障，灵活安排。

昨天已经考完试了，虽然没有拿通知书，其实也相当于放寒假了，所以我要自己对寒假有个计划。

上午，我就睡到自然醒，等爸爸妈妈上班走后，我迅速起床，自己下袋方便面吃。虽然爸爸妈妈不在家，但我也不能偷懒，吃完饭后，写几页我的《寒假乐园》，再看看课外书，然后就可以痛快地玩电脑游戏了，只不过时间不能太长了，接着再看看博友们写的博客或是看看动画片。

中午，我就写几行字帖或是一页半页都可以，然后再拿着英语课本，在点读机上读读，至少也要个十来分钟，干完后可以看电视或玩电脑，最好是下楼到健身器材那边找小朋友玩儿。

由于下午我不能呆在家里，必须跟妈妈一块儿去她办公室，计划先在办公室写几页作业，看看书，然后在院里的跳舞场和篮球场上和小朋友玩，玩玩后就可以玩一会电脑游戏了。

还有这段时间博客写得太少了，现在放假了，我得多写，计划两天一篇。

这些当然指妈妈单位没放假的时候，等到过年那几天就什么也不干，光玩了。

放寒假了，我就是这么想的，既然是放假吗，我就要痛快地玩好，但也不能不学习，我会严格要求自己的!
