三、规律睡眠

说行动就行动，我先拿报纸将玻璃仔细地擦了一遍，然后找来了“好帮手”“一擦净”。我把里面的两块海棉弄湿，将“一擦净”的一半放在里面，另一半放在外面，紧贴着玻璃，“啪”吸胶吸住了，我用线牵住外面的一半，然后有顺序地一上一下移动。我一口气擦了

五扇窗，擦过的窗户干净极了，甚至让爸爸看外面时，撞起了一个包。

为了奖励我，爸爸答应去钓鱼的时候也带上我，但前提是我不能发出声音。我连连答应。几天后，爸爸带我来到野外的一个大池塘，拿出钓鱼竿，帮我放上蚯蚓，我选了一个地方，把它甩下去，然后静静地等着鱼上钩。等了半天，一点动静也没有，我几乎想扔下钓鱼竿去玩了，可一看爸爸的桶里已经有好几条鱼了，又不甘心输给他，就只好拿着鱼竿干等，眼睛直勾勾的盯着浮标，忽然浮标微微颤动了一下，我揉揉眼睛，它又动了一下，我确信鱼上钩，就一把将鱼竿提起，哈哈，一条大鱼，我朝爸爸昂了昂头，爸爸也用惊讶的目光看着我，我真是太开心了!

有了一个好的开头，我自信了，不再轻易想放弃了。于是，幸运女神降临到了我头上，大鱼小鱼都来吃鱼饵，我来了一次大丰收。回到家，爸爸妈妈都不得不向我竖起大拇指，我也好佩服自己。

First of all,I need to greatly improve my English in this semaster,for I’m already in Junior 2 now,and there’s no time to waste.

I’m really not good at English,and I think there’s a long road ahead of me.I am thinking about taking a TOEFL course on weekends to prepare for entering college.Besides,I need to learn something from my life,for example,I can read some kind of English books,watch some Enghlish movies etc.

On another hand,I wanna improve my spoken English,cuz its a kind of language which is used to communicate with others,but not just a subject that can prove I am a good student.My plan for the future is to study abroad,so the skill of spoken Enlish is really important to me.

学习必须讲究方法，而改进学习方法的本质目的，就是为了提高学习效率。

学习效率的高低，是一个学生综合学习能力的体现。在学生时代，学习效率的高低主要对学习成绩产生影响。当一个人进入社会之后，还要在工作中不断学习新的知识和技能，这时候，一个人学习效率的高低则会影响他(或她)的工作成绩，继而影响他的事业和前途。可见，在中学阶段就养成好的学习习惯，拥有较高的学习效率，对人一生的发展都大有益处。

可以这样认为，学习效率很高的人，必定是学习成绩好的学生(言外之意，学习成绩好未必学习效率高)。因此，对大部分学生而言，提高学习效率就是提高学习成绩的直接途径。

提高学习效率并非一朝一夕之事，需要长期的探索和积累。前人的经验是可以借鉴的，但必须充分结合自己的特点。影响学习效率的因素，有学习之内的，但更多的因素在学习之外。首先要养成良好的学习习惯，合理利用时间，另外还要注意"专心、用心、恒心"等基本素质的培养，对于自身的优势、缺陷等更要有深刻的认识。总之，"世上无难事，只怕有心人。"

忙完了一个学期，刚开始停下来还有点不太适应。在平时工作时，每天都和学生相处在一起，虽然他们也会调皮，也会惹我生气，但离开他们太久，心里还是惦念着他们还在想着他们在来期来时是不是会更听话了，是不是比以前有进步了等等。

回家已经有好几天了，在这几天里，我也在想这个寒假我将如何度过了，是向往年那样呆在家里看电视，或是到同学家里串串门子还是做点其他的。但一想起这些，就想起了刚放假时校长给我们布置的寒假作业，可能在别人看来很奇怪吧，校长怎么还会布置寒假作业，老师怎么还会像学生那样有寒假作业了，其实校长是让我们在寒假里多看书，多学习，为来期做好准备。其实这样也挺好的，让我们以后的工作制定目标，为了将明年的工作做得更好。现在每天在家里看看书，练练字，也感觉自己的寒假生活挺充实的。

Since I go to primary school, I walk to school with my friends every day. It is not far from my home, so I keep walking. Early in the morning, the road is clean and there are less people and cars in the street, I can see the scenery all the way. The tall buildings, the green trees and the beautiful flowers are in front of me.

The summer vacation has come quietly to us, as the saying goes, "the plan of the year is in the spring, the day is in the morning". It is the beginning of success that tells us to book early. So I made the following summer plans.

First, I will continue my studies during the summer vacation. Are you listening to the word "learning"? Do you want to ask me if I have to study for a vacation? No, your thoughts are wrong. I will not only learn to help my mother do some of the housework as I can, because my mother often does housework when I am going to school. So I want to help my mother do housework. For example: sweeping, sweeping every three days. The ground is delayed every four days. Get a table and chair every day. Let mom rest.

Not only do I have to study, I do housework, but I also go outside to experience the present society. So I spent the rest of my life doing social practice, work-study programs. Money can be used to buy school supplies

暑假已经悄悄地向我们走来了，俗话说得好“一年之计在于春，一天之计在于晨”。就是告诉我们及早订好计划是成功的开始。所以我制定了下面的暑假计划。

首先我在暑假里要继续学习。你们是不是听了“学习”这两个字觉得很奇怪呢?是不是想问我放假了还要学习，不是让我们玩的吗?不，你们的想法是错误的。随然是放假，但是我们也要学习呀，因为可以利用暑假来补回我们以前学得不够扎实的知识，这不是很好吗?

我不单要学习还要帮妈妈干一些力所能及的家务活，因为妈妈在我要上学的时候，经常做家务。所以我要帮妈妈做家务。例如：扫地，每隔三天扫一次。拖地，每隔四天拖一次。每天抹一次桌椅。让妈妈休息。

我不仅要学习，做家务，还要去外面体验一下现在的社会。所以我利用剩余时间去做社会实践，勤工俭学。赚来的钱可以用来买学习用品
