运动这是人体质保障的一种保护法，所以人体不能缺乏运动，所以我给自己制定了运动计划。

计划

在1月份有限的最后7天里，我打算在每天早晨7点时起床出去跑步吃早点，回家后就做作业，吃完晚饭后休息十分钟就走着出去打篮球。

作业：语文《寒假作业》丶数学《寒假作业》丶语文字粘丶读2本课外书和一本作文书丶写两篇习作丶把《小学生阅读》剩余的做完丶做语文试卷丶做数学试卷。

安排：第一天，把语文《寒假作业》做完一半，把数学《寒假作业》做完一半，写一篇作文;第二天，把语文《寒假作业》做完，把数学《寒假作业》做完，写一篇作文;第三天，把数学和语文的试卷做完;第四天，把字粘做完;第五天;读完一本课外书;第六天，读完一本课外书;第七天，读完一本作文书。

后记

寒假眨眼间也飞快地“跑”过去了，还没来得及等我细细地去品味它，它便已经随风飘去，永远地成为一个“没看过”的历史新一业了，而这也随之迎来了至关重要的六年级下册，而我也要用“9倍重力加速度"的结果来努力的应对丶付出，全力以赴……
