正文有缩进式和齐头式两种。每段书信第一行的第一个字母稍微向右缩进些，通常以五个字母为宜，每段第二行从左面顶格写起，这就是缩进式。

但美国人写信各段落往往不用缩进式，用齐头式，即每一行都从左面顶格写起。商务信件大都采用齐头式的写法。

5、结束语(complimentary close)

在正文下面的一、二行处，从信纸的中间偏右处开始，第一个词开头要大写，句末用逗号。不同的对象，结束语的写法也不同。

(1)写给家人、亲戚，用your loving grandfather，lovingly yours，lovingly等;

(2)写给熟人、朋友，用yours cordially，yours affectionately等;

6、签名(signature)

低于结束语一至二行，从信纸中间偏右的地方开始，在结束语的正下方，在签完名字的下面还要有用打字机打出的名字，以便识别。职务、职称可打在名字的下面。当然，写给亲朋好友的信，就不必再打了。

7、附言(postscript)

如果一封信写完了，突然又想起遗漏的事情，这时用p.s.表示，再写上遗漏的话即可，要长话短说。通常在信末签名下面几行的左方，应于正文齐头。

注意：在正式的信函中，应避免使用附言。

8、附件(enclosure)

如果信件里面有附件，可在信纸的左下角，注上encl：或enc：，例如：encl：2 photos(内附两张照片)。如果福建附件不止一项，应写成encl：或encs。

First of all, study is still the core of my life. I major in Japanese which is both interesting and challenging. 当我到西大报名时妈妈总是最忙碌的，报到，领床上用品，铺床……她都一手包办了，我想帮点什么，却被拒绝。我一直在看着她，心里面无形之中感到很惭愧，很内疚。一直来，她都希望我能考上交大，甚至重点本科，但我却只考上了西大，一所只是省重点的大学。自从知道分数以来，我的内心就一直没有平静过，我知道，那一份失落不仅属于我，更属于妈妈，更属于那个对我寄予厚望的老师和家人。我真的想哭。

陌生的环境总是需要时间去适应的，而我却像无头苍蝇一样，在这里迷惘的乱碰乱撞。头脑比较清晰的人，他们先忙开了，进学生会呀，进各种社团呀，竞选班干部呀等等之类的。我也不知道自己是羡慕，是妒忌，还是想表现自己，总之心里面就是有一种怪怪的感觉，或许是不平衡多一点吧。我也开始尝试了，进学宣部，被退下来了，我气暴如雷，心里面把学宣部人都骂的狗血喷头；进足球俱乐部，我胆怯了，是因为我的技术很差……我感到很无奈，也感到很无助。没想到在高中风光无限的自己，在这所名气不是很怎么样的大学里，却这样受冷落，我感到了从所未有的失落。无奈之中我想到自己在象棋方面还不错于是加入了棋社。也算是安慰安慰自己吧，毕竟自己还是找到了一个适合自己的课外兴趣。然而到现在棋社也只是举办了一次比赛，而且参加的人友很少，渐渐的感觉棋社时形同虚设。没有改变自己的课外生活。

我说服自己慢慢的去适应大学生活。课一天一天的上，新同学，新老师都一个一个认识了，我也从一个不愿说话的人变成了乐于和大家交往的人了。因此自己心里面的那份失意也慢慢的被淡化了。但大学生活真的没有给我很多，很多的新鲜感。我也没有很大的改观，只是一味的让我觉得很无聊，很乏味。我四处的找我同学说，对我的朋友说。说出自己的感受，心里面才会真正的舒畅。人真的很奇怪！

但我始终没有放弃学习，或许我花这么多力气去学习时为了改变自己的将来的命运，大部分意念是想让别人注意自己吧，特别是女孩子。很多人都说“没有谈恋爱的大学时失败的大学。”或许说的夸张了些吧，但事实上谈恋爱好像是大部分大学生的必修课一样。校园里经常都是出双出对的，夜幕下的校愿道路旁，草地上经常都是俪影双双的。单身的就是让去忍耐寂寞了。这样的环境造就这样的心态，是一种动力，更像是一种压力，强迫你非那样做不可似的。也有很多人说“难得寂寞”，像是自辩，更像是自嘲多一点，他们何尝不想大声呼喊“好想谈恋爱，谁来爱我？”，但谈恋爱也是一种艺术，和能力，并不是谁都可以成功的。我就是属于那种人，或许是上帝永远不会青眯那些自以为是的人吧。人人都说不能太相信自己的直觉，不然就会变成傻瓜，我却是那样的傻瓜。在自己的感觉出错的日子，自己却仍然那样执着，从而错失了很多的东西。相同的东西，相同的方式，相同的感觉，但结果却不一定相同。如果你一直相信你的直觉，那么你一直会输，谈恋爱就是这样的。

情场的失意使我只能忍耐寂寞了，就算心里面有多么的想，有多么羡慕，你也力不从心了。我开始尝试用其他的一些东西来充实自己。我开始学习电脑，一有空就看电脑方面的书籍，也不管自己理解不，要是不理解就先记住有时间就问我的同学。只怕是自己不会的就去看看来满足自己。但这并不是办法，因为电脑这东西是要灵感，感触的，如果你没有电脑，那么你学出来的就是一堆垃圾，况且一味的看书，而不操作，一两个星期就会忘记。毕竟我的记忆能力时有限的，时间是很有限的，况且我的电脑基础有限，认识是不够深刻。我终于意识到了这点，于是恳求妈妈买了一台电脑，自己开始学习电脑了。有人说女人和电脑都是难以捉摸的，对于我这情场失意之人能玩到电脑也算是一些安慰吧。

我开始用我的电脑来充实自己的生活，我想学编程，可事实上我却没有那种编程的天赋，况且我又缺乏基础，繁杂的程序，相对我来说真的好像是难以突破的网。于是我觉的买电脑似乎没有多大的用处，开始打游戏整天的打，眼睛都打红了。打完游戏之后又有些失落感，觉得没有耐性，什么东西总是想一下子就掌握，我又失败了。我开始怀疑自己了，假如我做什么事情都这样没有耐性，都那么没有进取心，那我以后还能在这社会上生存下去吗？那我又能做些什么呢？我开始感到害怕了，对前途的恐惧，更包含了对现状的失望。我真的希望这不会是一种对我的惩罚。

我还是那样执迷不悟，我开始迷上了上网聊天，经常都是在网吧的。我很喜欢别人听我说我的感觉，我更喜欢别人能理解我的不快和失意，我也希望听到别人的安慰，我自己都不知道自己在做做什么了，或许是在虚度时间。

一次偶然的机会时我开始反省自己，那是一节心理咨询选修课上，老师要播放一盘关于心理的VCD,可是老师不会操纵多媒体播放器，他让我帮他，自认为自己能行的我上讲台操作了很长的时间还是不会搞定，无奈之下尴尬的走出教室。回宿舍后便是为自己的无能而内疚，更为自己当初学习电脑半途而废感到后悔。于是我放弃了聊天，打游戏，重新开始学习电脑了。

放弃有时也是一种幸运。生活中有的人面对空虚无聊的生活不懂得放弃，宁愿在生活的废墟上哭泣而委曲求全地过日子，表面上固守那一份虚无的宁静。其实，这用得着么？如果我们可以长生不老，在无限的时光中自由消费，自由挥洒。那么，我们可以什么都拥有，什么也不言放弃，尝遍生活中的种种甜酸苦辣而不言悔。只可惜，上帝给我们每个人的光阴只有一份，我们的生命只有一次来此世上不易啊！人生短促，如一昙花，我们有什么理由让自己生活得颓废。一味地内疚、摧残自己，大事小事都要顾虑别人的看法，责怪自己的过失，不啻是取绳自缚。如此无聊的生活有何幸福可言？只有放弃，才是一种明智的解脱。

说到放弃，当然并不是草率从事。放弃是智者的抉择，是经过深沉的思考、冷静的审视与分析，然后去其糟粕，对事物做出适当的取舍。只有彻底放弃了，才有机会获得一个崭新的开始。树木放弃了黄叶才有嫩叶冒出，生命放弃了痛苦，幸福才会登陆。而对于我放弃打游戏，上网聊天这无聊的生活才能感受到生活的美好。

一星陨落，黯淡不了星空灿烂；一花凋零，荒芜不了整个春天，明天是崭新的。明媚的。相信自己，懂得放弃，珍惜自我，是对自己人格的一种善待。

我终于改变了，或许是想真正的过好余下的大学生活吧。我的大学仍然在继续，只是和以前不同了，少了些张扬，多了些沉稳和成熟，少了些迷惘，多了些执着和勇气。我相信我的明天肯定是个艳阳天，晴空万里。这不是奢望，是感觉，我的感觉我仍然相信，如果一个人连自己都不能相信了，那他还能相信谁？大学终究是美好的，努力的付出，加上自己的执着，就将会有美好的未来和美好的回忆，这就是大学生活一半时的感悟，我生命中重要的一站。

这确实是我大学生活一半时候的感悟，然而当我在大三第二学期，面对自己的将要考研的决定和在其中所要付出的艰辛，我确实是有些踌躇的，真的我这个人是不怕吃苦的，我的弱点就是我在心情方面不能很好的调节自己，我曾经执着的认为大学是学习的地方，其实大一第一学期我是一直在学习方面下功夫的，但是也许使我这个人的目标太大，或者是没有具体的计划，我在努力一段时间后往往觉的自己不知道在干些什么，也许是自己的努力没有体现出来吧，或许是我的急功近利吧。总之我是有些迷茫的。

在这个关键的时刻我应该做的是能为我的考研目标多做些行动，至少是做好目前的事情，也就当时为考研扫清道路吧。可是我的心情总是那么漂浮不定，回想我在初中高中的学习状态我真有些不敢相信，我当时怎么有那种学习的动力，但是在我现在总结我觉的我是在为我心目中的女生学习，我觉的学习是我的特长我也以此来证明自己的能力，在我现在想来我觉得我得我得想法很单纯很幼稚，但是这实在是在那么不太令人满意得学习环境下能有为此目的学习的想法而感到高兴，毕竟我是走出来了。但是走出来未必走得就很轻松或者是走的很自在的。我现在很想再有初中的学习动力，但是很难了，我觉得再我心中再也没有什么能让我倾其所能的魄力了，但是我觉得在此环境下我应该唤醒自己的潜力，不能再有那些小农积极的意识了，你曾经说过是为女生学习的，但是那个女生是你心目中的女生，现在她已不存在，至少是现在不存在的。失败啊！为什么我在大一时候为争夺那个女生没有付出很多呢？为什么我却主动的退却了呢？哎遗患啊，加入我在付出后而失败那么我无话可说，或许我的失败还能给我以警世，因为失败能告诉我的缺点的。可是现在我在迷茫，虽然我一进入学习的状态就忘记一切，但是当我清醒后呢？当我不学习的时候呢？

我一直在问自己就算你能找到一个所谓的女朋友，你想干什么呢？难道是找个倾诉的对象？还是为她而投入考研的苦战中呢？或许我会因此而分心，假如是那样的话，我觉得还是一个人很，但是我实在有时候觉得两个人的力量是大于一个人的。无奈啊，没有体会，没有经历，当然会有太多的想法和顾虑啊，真不知该怎么办，就这样思考一段时间吧，或许偶然的机会会让我明白我的所想和所作的。

曾经无数遍的听别人说，走进大学就和轻松相约，可是现在我却深深的体会到步入大学就意味着自己不能再那么自以为是了，每个人都有自己的想法都有自己的见解，但是都有一个一致的目标那就是我们是为以后能有属于自己的一份事业而奋斗。我们肩上的担子最后还得我们自己来担。

没有步入大学时我是那么的向往大学的生活，幻想大学生活的美好，幻想大学生活的自由，可是真正踏进大学这所校门时我却没有了往日那种内心的坦然，在这里虽然生活自由，但是那种即将为人生奔波的思想便随着年龄的增长一步步的滋生出来，有时真地想逃避，可是自从踏入这所大学校门我就选择了另一种人生道路的走法，生活让我逼着自己改变，我迷茫过也失落过，可我从未对自己认为有责任的事情放弃过。这或许就是本性所在吧。

有时真的觉得自己很无奈，不知为何无奈，有好多事情深埋在内心深处，因为我知道我为什么不愿说出来，可能是因为这是属于自己的事情吧。当一个人真正知道自己该做什么时就不会那么逍遥自在了，生活对我开了一个个的玩笑，让我面临了那么多的挫折，但我不会怪客观的制约，我要怪就怪自己不会面对不会解决不会承受。有人说我想得太长远想得太多，换作过去我也会认为这很遥不可及，与自己的年龄毫不相关的问题，但是现在我明白过去我身边的那些走向社会的人的感慨了。真的好想走出一条属于自己的道路来，不愿再愁这愁那，过一种忙忙碌碌，碌碌有为的生活。

虽然现在刚刚大二，但是我已经觉得工作的压力越来越大，我不知道真正踏入社会后我会是什么样子？也不知道会有什么样的工作等待着我去寻求？不知道自己走到现在这一步是不是对自己满意了？我在一步步的寻找着自己要走的路，不管顺利也好坎坷也罢我都要一一面对，哪怕挥洒热泪，哪怕四处奔波，只要我能承受我就不准退缩。

好长时间想把自己的思想写出来可都因为自己的懒惰一次次的打消了念头，以后的路还得等着我去面对，以后的挫折还得等着我去克服，以后的成功也一定会等着我去笑对。当我真正踏入社会时我希望我能不断进步。

Life in the university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

First of all, we are tightly hound by continual classes, excessive homework and exams; some students complain that we are becoming "exam machines". Secondly, the teaching method is boring; instead of lecturing, some teachers just "read" lessons. Finally, living conditions need to be improved; and food in the dining-hall is far from being attractive and tasteful.

In spite of all these adversities we still enjoy our life in the university. During the four-year university study, we can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and dancing parties provide opportunities to make friends; many of these friendships may last a long time.

In short,we should value our life in the university. Four years is only a short period when compared with our whole lifetime. In the university we mature, and in the university we prepare ourselves for the real world. Although there are many

things lacking, the four years in the university is a worthwhile period in our whole lifetime.

I am so looking forward to my college life. I have pictured it thousands of

times in my mind. The free lifestyle and lively parties are always appearing my

mind. The great expectation of campus life endows me a lot of passion to keep

study. After two years’ study, I would find my lifestyle.

The first thing for me is to learn more knowledge. Most students find a way

to release themselves and skip or sleep in the class. They think study is just

the task, so they give up improving themselves and take part in all kinds of

activities, which bring them great joy. The wrong conception about college stage

makes most students miss the best time to equip themselves with skills. I

realize my job and dare not to loose study.

The second thing for me to learn is to make friends by joining activities.

I am a shy girl, but inside my heart, I am so eager to make more friends, so I

choose to join many activities in the spared time. I learn dancing and playing

tennis. The lucky thing is that I know many nice people and we become good

friends, who make my college colorful.

I am from shenzhen. In spring ,the weather is warm and wet.I can play kite. In summer, the weather is hot and wet. I can swim in the swimming pool. In the autumn, the weather is cool and dry. I can play kite, too. In the winter, the weather is cold and dry. It never snows.

进入这个学校后，我的心里就一直赞叹这个学校。我情不自禁的喊出来：“太大了。”和高中无法比拟。随着日子的前进，我也在这里生活了一段时间，我很想说说我的大学生活的感受。

在军训生活中，我在烈日下饱受刺痛，在雨中经历洗淋。这是非常痛苦的。在军训中，每天都在宿舍楼与田径场重复着，由于我的宿舍楼在四楼，爬上爬下极其累。在怕楼梯时总会气喘吁吁的说：“要是有电梯就好了。”每爬一层，眼里都飞常希望那个红色的4字能够出现。那种累与期待现在用语言来表述显得有点苍白。我在这里不但是说军训苦，我更想说的是：那种我们在场地上，双手紧贴大腿，眼睛直视前方，身体往前倾背后的含义；那种在走正步前，双手前抱，一条腿使劲往上抬，在半空中长时间停留的含义；那种大家动作一致眼里满是信心，坚定不移的朝前走的含义。那不是坚持，恒心，毅力这几个形容词等概括的了的。

军训带给我们的是一笔宝贵财富。只有亲生体验过的人才能明白个中滋味。只有真正军训过的人，身上才会多一种味道。这是我想说的军训大学生活。

经历过这段时间，我也感受到了大学的不同凡响。大学不仅是学习的地方更是锻炼人能力的地方。在刚刚进入大学时，学校有招新，我和朋友也去参加了，当我们了解到要面试，我们就有点怯场。我深刻的记得，当时我们在走廊里徘徊了很久，很紧张。进过几次的深呼吸，我们才鼓足勇气进去。站在讲台上介绍自己时，我的手在后面一直捏着自己的衣服，我也不知道我是怎样完成自己的介绍的。经过几次的面试，我的心态也放松多了，眼睛也能看着他们了。以前，从没碰到过面试，也不知道怎么样。现在能够坦然面对。对于一些事情，我们要学会勇于尝试，不怯场，大大方方的面对，才能锻炼自己的勇气。

我还想说大学能够培养我们的独立意识。远离了父母，现在需要靠自己。这就要求我们好好锻炼自己，合理分配事情。我们要离开父母的保护伞，我们要阳光，要雨露。这样才能成长。对一些力所能及的事情我们要当仁不让。不要成为那种人已经过30了还是博士，但对于自己的生活琐事，需要父母千里迢迢的干果来帮做孩子。还有自己上网，宿舍请钟点工。这些事情也太可怕了。

我相信在大学生活中我们会非常的愉快，我们会收获颇丰。
