在大学校园里，贫困生是一个特殊的群体。为了完成学业，肩负着家乡父老的热切期望，他们比其他大学生面临更大的压力。贫困生的思想状况大体上可分为两种类型。一种是积极进取型。穷则益坚，不坠青云之志。这类同学的素质较高，性格开朗，自尊自强，在大学生中有较高的威信。无论思想品质，还是学业成绩，都是大学生中的佼佼者。

另一种是消极封闭型。这类大学生不多，多数来自偏远地区。在高中阶段他们无疑是优秀的，进入大学之后，他们很快发现自己在高中时期的学业优势已荡然无存，而面临的是一种学习成绩一般甚至降为差等生的严峻局面，心中充满失落感。由于家庭的贫困，自我保护心理比较严重，导致他们自我封闭，性格沉默孤傲，不愿与人交谈，不愿参加集体活动，对周围的评价、对与己有关的事情比较敏感和偏激，总感觉自己处于被屈辱的地位。耻于承认贫困的心态，甚至不愿接受困难资助。他们的自尊与自卑共存，既理智又偏激。个别学生的心理长期处于亚健康状态，情绪波动较大，对挫折的忍耐性较差，容易走极端。

对这类大学生应该给予更多的关爱。帮助他们走出心灵的误区。以诚挚的关怀和热忱的感情去感染他们，使其思想认识得到升华。以往的互相关心互相爱护的好传统应发扬光大，应与贫困生交知心朋友，学生之间应有和谐友好的气氛。开展丰富多彩的校园文化生活，启迪他们善良美好的心灵。学校应创造条件让贫困生参加各种形式的收入相对稳定的勤工助学活动，使他们能筹足学费、生活费，解除后顾之忧，完成大学学业。这要比直接给予助学资金的效果好得多。在勤工助学的过程中，他们有一种自食其力的自豪感，压抑的心灵会得到舒展，同时也增强了克服困难的决心和勇气。学校在给予助学资金时，也不宜张扬，使他们保持应有的自尊。

天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能1 。贫困生应调整心态，敞开心扉，加强人际交往，融于校园集体之中，以积极的态度面对人生。

三、就业与创业

大学生刚一踏进大学校门，可能就在考虑毕业以后的就业问题。同学之间也时常谈论起这个问题。大学毕业后能否顺利就业，这是个人问题，更是民生问题，关系着千家万户，关系着国家的和谐与稳定。

现在的就业难主要是结构性就业难。不是没有就业岗位，也不是没有人才，而是人才与就业岗位不能匹配。高校在发展定位、专业设置、课程确定等方面上还不能完全适应社会发展对高素质人才的需求，缺乏针对性。在教学大纲的制定上，既应该为学生的继续深造打下坚实的理论基础，又应该学以致用，加强实践环节，锻炼实践能力，使毕业生尽快适应未来的工作岗位。

大学生也应该主动改变就业观念。树立正确的择业观。大学毕业后希望得到社会的承认，展示自己的才华，实现自身价值，这无可厚非，这也是成就事业的心理基础。可国家每年的应届大学毕业生有几百万，自己只不过是沧海一粟。应该摆正自己的位置，期望值不应过高。越是艰苦的地方，越能锻炼造就人。现在很多人仍然认为上了大学就有应该进大型国企。期望值过高，理想与现实有距离，这也是导致就业困难的一个原因。

大学生创业意识还需培养和引导。这种意识应该在学校受教育的过程中，潜移默化而逐渐形成。大学生创业是一个渐进的过程，不能好高骛远。对于有志于创业的学子们来讲，首次创业即使失败了也不要紧，因为在创业过程中得到的历练与磨难是参加任何其他工作无法获得的，也是书本上无论如何也是学不到的，这种历练将会受益终生。

毋庸讳言，女大学生的就业不容乐观。她们受到一定程度的性别歧视：一是受传统观念的影响；二是女性生育哺乳期的存在使得劳动时间出现间断，这是部分用人单位出于本单位利益最大化考虑少招或者不招女性的主要原因2 。作为用人单位，也应该充分理解国家目前面临的就业压力，为国家排忧解难，勇敢地承担起自己应尽的社会责任。

当代大学生是国家的未来和希望，愿他们不负众望，健康成长，成为将来建设国家的有生力量。

大学，梦想中一个天堂般的地方。多少次的废寝忘食，多少次的咬牙坚持，在一次次想要放弃的冲动下又因为那份不甘心而硬着头皮向前冲，这一切都只是因为所有芊芊学子共同的一个目标----大学。最终，在一次响亮的青春宣言下让这一场没有硝烟的战争落下了帷幕，结束了那”一入学门深似海，堪得何时饶我身”的哀怨。在炎阳高照的六月天经历了500分钟后犹如万里长征的红军在经历了爬雪山，过草地的千辛万苦后看到了近在眼前的胜利。之后又是漫长的等待，再之后就是有的人笑了，有的人哭了，而我没笑也没哭，一个让我没资格笑又没理由哭的分数在等待它的主人做出最后的抉择。

不论中间经历了什么，最后的结果是选择了这里----邢台学院，她成了我学生时代最后的归宿。在来到她的怀抱之前我是个一无所知的黄毛小丫头，但在她一年时光的庇护下我长大了，是真真正正的长大了。不会再像以前一样一遇到困难就找父母想办法，受一点委屈就找朋友哭诉。一个人的日子让我懂得了女生要更坚强才不会让父母太过担心，也知道了有父母陪在身边的日子是多么温暖。几乎百分之八十的大一新生都有一个想法就是不想浪费时间，让自己的大学生活充实起来，所以他们选择参加社团，竞选学生会，竞选班长好不忙碌，常常忙到来不及吃饭，但这样的忙碌有些人适应了而有些人厌烦了。回想起一年前的我也是意气奋发的来回奔波，学习，想要参加一个自己喜欢的社团来锻炼身体，和另一个社团为社会献出一点微薄的力量，再参加一个组织可以锻炼自己的能力。理想总是美好的，当嘴角的微笑还没完全咧开的时候现实就让我妥协了。我裹着冬日的寒风疾步走过了金黄色的银杏叶铺满的那个转角，我并没有成为理想中的那个自己，我只是一名普普通通的大一学生，闲暇时分会描写我的大学生活作文窝在宿舍看看视频或是和室友谈天说地，也会去图书馆找几本自己喜欢的书细细品味，还会积极参加各种活动，结识了好多新的朋友，遇到个小长假相约几个好友去看看祖国的大好山河。就这样一年的时光悠悠度过了。仔细回想，这一年里我并没有做出什么轰轰烈烈的事，更没有成为一名响当当的学姐，但是这平凡的一年时光里却带给了我不平凡的收获:有计划的做事，有责任有担当的做人，学会了更好的待人处事，学会了对自己负责。这些都会是我一生最宝贵的财富。

世界上不可能有两片完全相同的叶子，同样世界上也不可能会有人过着相同的日子。也许你现在的生活并不是你理想中的样子，但是请你记住这世界上总有人过着你想要的生活，所以，要为自己努力，就像歌词里说的“我很平凡，也很简单，骨子里的我却很勇敢……重新来，我还有胜算。”

I really had a busy and happy winter holiday. I did my homework and helped my parents with the housework every day. I like drawing so much that I spent lots of time drawing pictures and read books about drawing every day. I sometimes went to the library to read books and surfed the internet.During the Spring Festival, i visited my grandparents, friends and relatives. We really had a great time together. I prepared for the new lessons and read English,too. I really enjoyed my winter holiday.

What is a successful and happy life Different people have different opinions. But no one cannot deny the fact that more and more people attach great importance to money for a successful and happy life.Nowadays,most people think a successful and happy life means someone’s life who is rich,maybe also have a stable marriage,good name and so on.

Doesn’t the poor achieve itI don’t think so. One man’s meat is another man’s poison.Perhaps I am in poverty somebody can’t standwith but I fell satisfied with my life. Because I don’t have to worry about thief.That is to say, We should evaluate our own life by our fellings but not others perpectives.It is too bad that we need to show our life to get others approbatory. If we do so,we will be controlled by others. A real successful and happy life is doing what you want to do. Maybe only going on a trip,having a good meal or meeting a beautiful girl who can understand you. Only be yourself,can you lead a truly wonderful life.First of all,thinking twice again what’s life you really dream about.Then,trying to rub the lamp that ignore others views.It doesn’t matter whether you realize it or not.What’s more significant than reaching you goal is you had a try and will never be regret for you life.You life are meaningful,that’s all.In than way, you can say loudly that my life is successful and happy.

五月的夏天，只有记忆是潮湿的。我们不是植物，不能在这块土地上生生不息。青春在窗外的风中飘逝了。玻璃做的风筝摔下来，发出最后短暂的呼救声。谁来救我们呢?水瓶躺在墙角，布满灰尘。快要走了，没人那样勤奋，跑到水房去打水，宁可渴着。床头那个明星帅哥的笑容已经苍白，像一朵枯萎的忘忧草。房间里还是那首令人心烦意乱的老歌，劣质的声音，快要唱不动的样子。

毕业论文上的字，像蚂蚁，各自爬回自己的家。我们或留下或离开，这座城市，我们呆了四年，尚未熟悉。

某某人上班了，某某人签合同了，某某人找到了一个肥得冒油的工作，某某人被“遣返”到偏远的家乡。一切以平静的语气诉说。一切都不能引发一点激动。大四的最后几个月是一潭死水。

一位费了九牛二虎之力才考上研究生的朋友诚恳地对我说：“没意思。”她拿到那张梦寐以求的通知书后，静静地端着一盆衣服，洗去了。洗手间哗哗的流水，总有好心的舍友去关上。而时间是关不上的，虽然我们谁也不说。

蝉还没有鸣，我们的心已经开始鸣了，毕竟我们还年轻。

深夜，哗啦啦地响，打扫楼道的阿姨开始拖地了。楼上传来几声遥远的咒骂声，却像是上帝在说话。翻个身，又迷迷糊糊地睡去。把愤怒留给新生们，把倦怠留给自己。

大家都慵懒地窝在床上，不再去教室了，不再去听课，即使讲课的是妙语连珠的教授。也不去图书馆，尽管图书馆里有30万册藏书。躺在床上是自由的，看不下去的时候，便随手把武侠和爱情扔到床下。

这是一座宽敞而狭小的校园。

校园是不能缩到鞋底带走的。被单已经洗得发白。老师的批评和表扬都忘记了。因为我们将生活放在彼处。

昆德拉说，聚会是为了告别。

毕业前夕的小饭馆里挤满了毕业生，大声嚷嚷着劝酒的，默默地一杯杯喝光的。其实，也只有在这毕业前的醉酒中，大家才会显露一回真实的自己。

第一次喝醉酒。原来醉酒的滋味这么难受，睡又睡不着，站又站不稳，大脑是停止转动的风车。

老板娘说，每年五六月，都会出现这样的场景，她已习以为常。而对毕业生来说，这是最后的狂欢。

有人提议焚烧教科书，主要是考研的人，可没有多少人响应。更多的人把书搬到宿舍楼前，廉价卖出，一元一本，两元一本。其实他们不指望这些或者像新书一样的旧书或者翻得稀烂的书籍能卖得多少收入，他们更想体验学弟学妹那羡慕的、崇拜的目光，似乎毕业很幸福很伟大似的。

毕业生不再给家里写信。每次在电话里，懒洋洋地应付几句。这并不能说明他们不爱父亲和母亲了，他们只是找不到更好的表达方式。毕业生比新生更爱母亲。新生最爱的是女朋友或男朋友，而经历过酸甜苦辣的毕业生们明白，最可爱的还是母亲。

故乡的小屋和校园的宿舍，两张照片重叠在一起。

那么多的哲学著作，还是没有解答这个问题。两点一线间匆忙的日子里，也没有时间思考这个问题。考试分数、名次、奖学金，这是一部分人的生活。及格、无所谓、糊弄过关，这是另外一部分人的生活。

两种生活都是一样的。嘲弄对方不如嘲讽自己。试卷就像枯草，绿了又黄，黄了又绿。回想起绞尽脑汁向老师套题时的情景来，每个毕业生都想笑。

怎么就到大四了?能够标识大四的，是蚊帐上的眼眼，是饭盒上坑坑洼洼的摔掉瓷的地方。而我们自己，失去了什么呢?可惜我们不是蚊帐，也不是饭盒，镜子里还是那张并不漂亮的脸，只是眼神暗淡了些。

再看一眼校园，才发现校园陌生得像大观园。原来认为熟悉的地方其实好多没去过，这最后一次走过才发现有好多风景好多秘密。

照不照一张穿学士袍、戴学士帽的照片?表情和动作是庄重多一点还是滑稽多一些?

翻开那些读过的书，密密麻麻的批语是自己写的吗?怎么自己也读不懂了?

Childhood is often regarded as a memorable and beautiful period of one’s life and I passed it happily as a grade-school student. My grade school days were really carefree ones. I got along well with my classmates and On holidays we strolled along the street visited the park and shared one another s candies The teacher of our class was a patient woman who took pains to teach us how to behave and often accompanied us to play games after class-games which were enlivened by songs prattle and laughters. My grade school days were surely the happiest time in my life. Though in retrospect what I did long ago is some-what childish it is nevertheless unforgettable.

今天是十月一日国庆节。我睡到太阳公公晒屁股时才醒来，我揉了揉双眼，忽然想到妈妈昨天“拜托”我的事：明天我和你爸爸要回爷爷家一趟，你要早点起来帮我们开店哟！

我赶紧坐起来，抓起闹钟一看，“10点啦！怎么办啊！店还没开咧！”我大叫道。妹妹被我的叫声惊醒，回了我一句：“吵什么呀，别人还要睡觉呢。知道10点了，在那乱嚷嚷还不如赶快下去开店！”

我急匆匆地跑下楼，洗漱完毕后，又跑回楼上把妹妹拉起来。

打开店门，就看见对面一家便利店，我立刻雄心万丈，对妹妹说：“看见那家店没？明知道这边已经有在做生意了，还跑过来跟我们抢生意，真讨厌。所以，今天我们要做好生意，别让他们抢光了。”妹妹点点头说：“是，‘长官’。”

“嘀嗒，嘀嗒，嘀嗒”转眼间，已经十二点了，我们姐妹俩招揽了半天，还是没有一个人来光顾我们家的生意。

就在我们灰心丧气时，终于有一位好心人来“救助”我家的生意啦！他一进门，我就热心的说：“请问需要些什么？”“额。。.。我先随便看看。”这位先生似乎被我的热心惊到，语气有些迟疑。不久，他挑好了东西，准备付钱。这时候，妹妹挤了过来，面带微笑着说：“一共20块钱”，说着，还递给那位先生一张贴纸，“这是我们送您的礼物，只要筹够10张这种贴纸，可以换精美礼品。欢迎下次再来！”先生走后，我竖起大拇指，说：“真棒，干得好！”“哪有啦？姐，这个方法你跟妈说过，自己也想过，就是没有实施，今天我帮你实施啦，你得感谢我。”妹妹说。

一会儿，来了很多人，尤其是小孩子，领着妈妈来买东西。我猜应该是那位先生把我们的服务告诉他们的吧。

晚上，终于忙完了，我和妹妹开心的大笑起来，随后又急忙捂住嘴巴偷笑，以免我们的笑声在半夜里影响到别人。

我走到窗户旁，望着天上的星星，想：又过了一个繁忙而快乐的假期！
