Recently I found out that some bad things happened in our school.

社会整体的和谐离不开和谐发展的人，而和谐发展的人就像一颗种子，只有在和谐的校园里才能孕育出来.那么，如何建设和谐的校园呢如果把和谐的校园比作一棵参天大树，那么我认为，优美和谐的环境就是这棵大树的根本，良好的校园人际关系就是它的枝叶，而丰富的校园文化就是它的精髓所在，灵魂所在.

优美的校园环境是和谐的根本.首先，校园的自然环境应是和谐优美的.如果学子们跨进校园所看到的一切，所接触的一切，处处是俯拾不完的美丽，身心自会有言说不尽的愉悦，思想也会无止境地翱翔.回首我国古代书院大多依山傍水，就是为了"借山光以悦人性，假湖水以静心情".在绿草如茵，鸟语花香的校园环境里，学生会潜移默化地受到美的熏陶，放飞美的心灵.

当然，校园环境不仅包括自然环境，还应包括师生共同创造的人文环境.尤其当校园环境浸透着每位师生的汗水，凝聚了每位师生的智慧，就更能激发每颗心灵的自豪感和对学校的热爱之情."景美则心旷，心旷则神怡，神怡则智清，智清则学佳".一个净化了的环境，会使人的心灵也随之净化，并激起一种奋发向上的`自尊自爱的意识，所以，一个和谐的校园首先应该拥有优美和谐的环境.

其次，只有拥有良好校园人际关系的校园，才能称得上是和谐校园.试问一个充斥着勾心斗角，尔虞我诈的校园怎么能称得上是和谐校园其实想要拥有良好的校园人际关系并不难，只要我们从身边的小事做起，从一点一滴做起，想问题办事情不是以自我为中心，并自觉地以"八荣八耻"的标准来要求规范我们自己，树立社会主义荣辱观，我们就能成为文明大学生，也自然能拥有良好的校园人际关系.

一个和谐的校园，还应有千姿百态的校园文化.没有丰富的校园文化，学生的精神世界就是空虚的，毫无生气的.学生不是流水线上的产品，而是活生生的有血有肉的人;学生不是学习的机器，考试成绩不应成为衡量学生的唯一标准.新时期社会提倡多元化评价，我们就应该看到每个同学的长处`，让每个同学的个性如春天里的枝叶一样无拘无束地伸展.在以人为本的教育理念下，我们应处处为同学们创造展现个性和特长的舞台.热爱运动的同学能在运动会上一展矫健身姿，喜欢书画的同学能在书画展上尽情挥毫泼墨，擅长表演的同学能在科技文化艺术节里赢得阵阵掌声.和谐的校园文化是一种巨大的无声的力量，是最优秀的隐性课程.它如"润物细无声"的春雨，能以最深刻最微妙的方式进入学生的心灵深处并产生深远影响.

As a college student,I can be responsible to say that all my classmates dream about getting a satisfying job,and devote themselves to this career in an perfect environment.Certainly I am not an exception too,though nowadays there is a growing employment pressure . For many students, a satisfying work environment may be the aim of four-year college life,I also hope I can work in a colorful and competitive climate in the future .At first,I can get a handsome salary so that I live a comfortable life .Although salary is not the main factor , most of people they cannot neglect salary,because job with low salary cannot hold water for the young men . Whats more, I can learn more working experience and get a wide view to increase my knowledge，because I think there is no limit to knowledge and if one person wants to take a great progress in his career learning is the only way .In finally ,I hope I can meet a competitive opponent.There was a saying by Charles darwin:” It is not the strongest of the species that survive,but the one most responsive to change”.So I think competition is conducive to progress. There is no doubt that everybody want to get a perfect job,but employment pressure has been a problem that we cannot overlook.So we have to spare no effects to improve ourselves ,I believe that we can get a satisfying job as long as we constantly strive to study.
