四、设置专门回收部让垃圾及时回收并合理利用。

五、引导市民购买有环境标志和绿色标志的物品，不吸烟，不随地吐痰，不使用会破坏臭氧层的物品。

六、保护野生动物，不采摘花朵，不砍伐树木。
