Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:

First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens’ thoughts. What’s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters’ refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.

Next, I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. Whether students of Grade Nine should take after-school activity or not cause the attention of many teachers, students and parents attention. 走进我的家，最大的房间就是我的卧室了，我的卧室虽然算不上华丽，但也能给人一种清新，自然的感觉。

一进入卧室，首先印入眼帘的，是那两扇朝南的窗子。窗子外，十四那车水马龙的道路，和那热闹繁华的街道，时不时传来喇叭的“滴滴声”和人们的喧哗声。在西南方的角落里，摆着我的书桌。书桌上，有着一个小巧的蓝白相间的书架，上面摆满了一本本的书，一点也不留空隙，散发出扑鼻的书香味。靠东墙的地方，放着一张天蓝色的单人床，床上的被子整整齐齐地铺着，给人一种舒适整洁的感觉。床的斜上方挂着一张我的照片，图中，我披着又黑又长的头发，戴着头箍，穿上了雪白的裙子，我一手插着腰，一手扶在楼梯扶手上，面带笑容。床的对面有两张地图，一张是中国地图，一张是世界地图，每天回家后，我都会来看一看，认一认。

我的卧室主要以蓝色和白色为主色，走近房间，我就仿佛在一朵又一朵的云彩中漫步，在蓝天中飞翔。这就是我的卧室。

我有一个温暖的家，家里有一个最舒适的地方——我的卧室。

一进入我的卧室，你就会被卧室碧绿的窗帘和洁白的墙壁迷住，带给你中祥和宁静的感觉。我的卧室里最显眼的是我的小床。床上有一层厚厚的垫床棉被，睡上去十分柔软，十分舒适；我的小枕头放在小床右上角，它上面绣有美丽的花纹，里面装着满满的决明子，我每天一觉醒来，都觉得十分精神；床上的丝绵被子十分轻盈，盖在身上冬暖夏凉，别提有多好呀。

我的小床总是在我最困倦的时候陪伴着我，给我舒适的睡眠，缓解我一天的疲劳。虽然有时候做作业会做到很晚，但是到我的小床上休息后能让我精力充沛，精神抖擞的继续投入学习中去；有时候参加完体育锻炼回来，洗澡后仍觉得十分热，这时，小床那张凉爽的竹席就马上给我降温，那丝丝冰凉的感觉钻进我的身体，让我感到万分惬意……

卧室是我觉得最舒适的地方，它给了我温暖，给了我休息的空间，我非常喜欢它带给我的安宁。

Ofo is very popular nowadays, which brings great convenience to people. For

foreign media, they even treat Ofo as one of new four inventions in China. I

like to use Ofo so much. I can take exercise and enjoy the scenery. But the news

reported that a lot of Ofos had been destroyed. some were stolen and some were

broken. Ofo is the new industry, which needs to be supported. While some

peoples bad behavior hurts publics interest. I believe that most people will

protect the bikes and they return them on time. It is everybodys duty to

protect the public property. Dont be greedy for the small advantage.

国庆节假期里，我们搬到新家去住了。所有卧室和原来的完全不一样，我当然也有了个新卧室。

我的新卧室比原来的小许多，家具和物品也只能减少了一些，床紧靠着窗台放，一张床就占了半个卧室，放个五斗橱就紧挨着门了。床尾旁边放着电脑桌，再旁边是衣橱。衣橱靠着墙，边上只能放个小储物架，这样勉强可以开门。卧室的墙壁也毛毛糙糙的，我还把我的头发都粘在上面了。

还没搬来时，妈妈就告诉我，我的卧室里有个窗台。我以为就是一般的窗台，很小的，只比键盘大一点的那种。但是，我去看了新房子的时候，却看见一个比我的写字台还要大许多的窗台。窗台边上是落地窗，看上去好危险。于是，爸爸就把窗户钉了起来，这样，我就可以在窗台上做作业、玩游戏了。白天，我可以透过窗户看到蓝蓝的天和白白的云。晚上，楼下的马路车水马龙，还能看见金茂大厦、东方明珠、环球金融中心等很多建筑物。我还有一个天文望远镜，我一直没地方放，也没办法看星星。现在，我有窗台可以放天文望远镜了，晚上，我能看见天空上有许多星星。

虽然，我的新卧室很小，我也不喜欢毛毛糙糙的墙壁，但是我还是很喜欢我的卧室，因为那里有个大窗台，可以让我看得到一大片天空。

bother and he is a baby.

do is crying.

My little bother is very lovely. He likes frown very much. When he frowns,

To tell you the truth, Fathers Day has been in my heart for many years. In

the past, I only knew about Childrens Day, and I didnt even know when Fathers

Day was coming. But this year, I suddenly wanted to celebrate this festival for

my father, so I secretly decided to give it to my father. A happy Fathers

Day.

After eleven oclock, I quietly got up and stared at the alarm clock,

waiting for twelve oclock. At twelve oclock, I rushed into Dads room and

pushed Dad. Dad turned around with difficulty, and before he could ask, I said

to him, "Dad, its May 19—Fathers Day, Dad, Happy Fathers Day!" He just smiled

at me and said: Didnt say anything else.

At noon on Fathers Day, my dad and I went out for a walk. We walked from

the south of the city to the west of the city and saw a bicycle shop. Dad

in and see if we like it. Ill buy you one!" I naturally agreed. I suddenly

remembered that today is Fathers Day! I should do something for my dad, how can

my dad. We just bought a few packs of instant noodles and cooked them at home. I

volunteered and decided that I would cook instant noodles. I made it carefully

according to the method my father once taught me, and when I was done, my father

took a few bites and said with a smile, "Well, delicious! Inherited my craft!"

Seeing my father smile, I laughed too .

In the quiet evening, my father and I went for a walk, we chatted happily

and enjoyed the scenery by the roadside. It didnt take long for the sky to get

dark. In the dark night sky, I quietly asked him, "Is Dad having a good time

today?"

When I got home, I looked at my father, and there was always a faint smile

on his sallow face.

Every city has many theme parks, the local people like to go to the park for a walk or take some exercise. In China, most parks are free, people can go there without charge, but still some other parks need to charge. People urge that all the parks should be free, while I think it will do harm to the park.

One the one hand, opening the parks for free encourages people to go to the park for entertainment. Most people have the habit to take a walk after dinner, so it can help them to keep their bodies healthy. The children can have fun with their friends, too. The parks provide people so much fun, so it is good for people to go to there for free.

一方面，免费开放公园鼓励着人们去公园娱乐。很多人有饭后散步的习惯，这样有助于让他们保持身体的健康。孩子们也可以和他们的朋友找乐子。公园给人们提供了很多的乐趣，因此免费开放公园对人们是有好处的。

On the other hand, too many people go to the parks will do harm to the environment. Some people will throw away their trash away, the environment will be polluted. What’s more, the crowed people will make people have less space for them to have fun.

另一方面，过多的人去公园会对环境造成伤害。一些人会随处扔垃圾环境会被污染。而且，成群的人会让人们享有很少的空间来娱乐。

For me, I think it is not good to open the parks for free, it needs to control the number of people, so we can protect the environment.

对于我来说，我觉得免费开放公园是不好的，要控制人群的数量，这样我们才能保护环境。

每个人都有属于自己的乐园，有烦恼，就有快乐，烦恼时在自己的乐园发泄，快乐时就在自己的乐园静静思考，创造属于自己的世界。

我的乐园就是一间温馨的小卧室，里面有一个三层床，一、二层是睡觉，第三层放着许多可爱的小娃娃，我总喜欢爬到第三层给娃娃配音，生气时看着娃娃可爱的模样，气立刻抛到九霄云外。床边有一个衣柜，衣柜里有许许多多我喜爱的衣服，有红的、白的，黑的，绿的……

我的乐园里还有架古筝，烦躁时弹弹曲子，美妙的音符跑进了我的耳朵，安抚了我浮躁的心。

有一样东西，就像百科全书一样，但更胜一筹，它就是电脑，它也能够给我带来乐趣，我能够从上面搜索我喜欢的电视剧、音乐以及书籍，偶尔也会和远方的亲朋好友透过QQ来聊天。

有时候乐园也会无聊，书啃了个精光，电脑不想玩，古筝也没情绪弹，这时，我会将漫画书上的漂亮图案透过复印机复印，把图案贴的满屋子都是，使卧室显得更加小巧可爱。

每个星期天乐园会来次大扫除，整理好书和衣服，桌子、椅子和书柜擦干净，再扫地、拖地、擦地，最后只留下洗床单了，放洗衣机里，洗完后晾干，干了后铺回我的床。大扫除结束后我总会喷几滴花露水让卧室有属于我的香味，看着温馨的小卧室干干净净的，心里也会产生小小的快感。

我的乐园虽说不上独特，但对于我来说却是唯一的，我会珍惜好此刻所拥有的点点滴滴，一切的一切。

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day

for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act

a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they

are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The

younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or

fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones

even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that

night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the

side of the bed.

On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the

light at two oclock,and most of them are awake by six oclock although it is

not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children

look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At

about one oclock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey

or chicken is quickly eaten.Children search in their Christmas pudding for new

我们家的“书家”——书架就在那儿，里面摆放着中国名著《三国演义》、《西游记》等，一些外国名著《安徒生童话》、《格林童话》等，以及一些辅导书《奥数读本》、《新概念英语》等。旁边的一些格子里放着坦克、变形金刚、毛绒玩具等，以及一些赛车。书架的下面，是一些放东西小型储藏室，我们家辛辛苦苦从1989年订到2006年的宝贝——邮册就在这里。里面还陈放着一些奖状和四年来的书本。

接下来，该介绍我的小书桌了！开始，家里准备把电脑放在那里的，那里还有一个放键盘的抽屉和一个放主机的框架，但又怕我没地方写作业，结果就将它放到了爸爸的房间。现在，抽屉里还摆放着一些杂物：一个大盒子，里面是八辆奥迪赛车以及一些组装的零配件，《新概念英语》磁带以及一些有用的东西。

I watched television late last night so I woke up late. My mother asked me

to go to the market to buy some eggs for her. When I played with a little dog on

the street, I dropped the eggs on the ground. They were all broken. My mother

was very angry with me when I went home. I am very unhappy today.

When asked about work preference, different people will give different

answers. Some people like working with people. However, others prefer jobs which

mainly involve objects or machines.

Those people who have the first preference believe working with people

usually makes one feel interesting and efficient. In addition, they maintain

people can be inspired to bring forward new ideas by communicating or consulting

with those around them. However, still others have different preferences. In

their opinions, working with objects or machines can make one enjoy more peace

and quiet. Besides, they argue, under such peaceful conditions, one can do more

practical work, improve his skill and make technical renovations.

Weighing up these two kinds of work, I prefer working with people. For one

thing, I like to cooperate with others and work in a team. For another, although

there are competition and rivalry, we can learn something from other people.

Considering these, I think, working with people is beneficial to our career

development.
