Today I found time was a cruel thing。 Whatever man is， time always goes on。

It won’t stay to wait for somebody。 You can’t use anything to exchange time。

Time is also a fair thing。 Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high

reputation， time won’t leave them more。 Today I found I hadn’t enough time。

Although I have more than a-month holiday， but I found I had a lot of things to

do。 I had a lot of homework to do and I am essential to plete the homework as

soon as I have time。

星期天，我去了乡下看望爷爷奶奶，无事可干的我竟然心血来潮教爷爷说起英文了。

下午，我闲着的没事就问爷爷：“爷爷，你小时候上过学吗？”

“没有，我小时候家里穷，没钱上学，只好种地。”

没上过学！这一下让我想到了一个妙不可言的好主意——教爷爷说英文。反正闲着也是闲着，干脆让爷爷也增长点外国知识。

我便对爷爷说了这件事，爷爷笑着说：“好啊、好啊，孙女教我学英文。”于是，我从最基本的教起，我大声念了一句：“Hellow”。爷爷笑哈哈地跟着说：“哗啰”。我纠正道：“是Hellow，不是哗啰。再跟我念一遍，Hellow”。爷爷还是笑嘻嘻说成了“哗啰”。我有点生气了，转过身去不理睬爷爷。爷爷似乎知道我不高兴了，不知从哪来变出来一个红彤彤的大苹果，伸到我的面前对我说：“哗啰，吃‘冰果’喽！”。估计爷爷想说苹果的英文，可是又不会说，所以自己瞎编了一个，读成了“冰果”。这下我忍不住“扑哧”一声笑了出来，我从爷爷手里拿了苹果，我看了看苹果，大口大口地吃了起来。

“甜！不过爷爷，苹果的英文叫Apple”我说。

“安破。”爷爷乐呵呵跟着学了一句。我也不知道为什么，这次我没生爷爷的气。倒觉得爷爷真有意思。

这次教英文虽然效果不佳，但能换回来我和爷爷的欢笑，我觉得挺值得！

我的卧室在客厅西侧，面向东。门上面有一个半透明的玻璃窗户，窗户上雕刻着几枝绽放的梅花，还有两只喜鹊停在枝头，瞧那样子，好像在嘀咕什么。

走进门口，床就在右手边上，位于卧室的东北角。床头紧靠东墙，床上铺着彩色条纹床单，上面放着豆腐块状的被子。被子旁边是枕头。我的毛绒玩具趴在上面。那是一只蓝色的小狗，和枕头一样长。一对长长的耳朵耷拉着，又黑又亮的眼睛瞅着我。床头由两块木板拼接而成，用白漆刷得干干净净，一尘不染，还点缀着几朵黄色的花。床头上方的墙上有一个粉红色花苞状的壁灯，灯罩里有两个红色小灯泡。最下面垂着一根金色链子，轻轻一拉，灯光透过灯罩发出柔和的色彩，美丽极了。空闲的时间，我靠在床头看看课外书，度过快乐悠闲的时光。

卧室西北角放着一个一米半高的白色柜子，柜子有四层抽屉，每一层都鳞次栉比地放着我的东西。有衣服，有旅游或过节时买的玩具等。

卧室西南角有一个黄色的书桌，桌上东西不多。靠墙的一边整整齐齐地放着我的课本和课外阅读书籍，左边是一个黑色网状笔筒，旁边还有一个小巧的台灯，不用时还可以折叠起来，很方便。

虽然屋子不大，但被我收拾得干干净净、整整齐齐。这个地方是我的港湾，它会一直伴我成长。

我爱我的小天地。

每天晚上学习后，我发现自己的房间特别乱，尤其是书桌和书柜。于是在今天，我向妈妈请教怎么收拾房间的方法，妈妈听了非常高兴，对我说：“我们家的小宝贝长大了！收拾物品要先按类别区分，然后再把常用的和不常用的再分别放。”妈妈见我不是非常明白的样子，继续说：这样吧，今天我们一起来收拾，好吗？“我开心地一边拍手一边说：好啊，好啊！”

只见妈妈把我的课本和练习本放在一起，运动 用的跳绳、毽子，以及球拍又放到另一边，妈妈边做边给我解释：“这些属于学习用的东西为一类，运动用的又属于另一类，所以要分开放，明白吗？”我点点头，接着，在妈妈的指导下，我又把课外读物和画画用的资料分别放在两个箱子里，这两样不是经常用，所以应该它们放在书桌的最下面，我问妈妈：“是这样做吗？”妈妈笑咪咪地说：“做的真好！”

经过我们的努力，房间又变得整整齐齐的，我看着这么干净的房间，心里美滋滋的。

I met a sister older than me in the cram school. She had a round face, a pair of Crystal Grape eyes. With long hair, my sister put on black clothes, especially beautiful.
