青年时，当你再次看向祖国的国旗时，当你看到国旗“受伤”时，你就急切地想要挺身而出保护它，这就是你对祖国的热爱，是沉甸甸的。

老年时，当你唠叨站不起来，拿不动东西时，是你的儿女在你的身旁保护你，守护你，让你安享老年时光，让你快乐每一天，这都是你的儿女对你的关爱，这是沉甸甸的。

当你走在大街上时，看见一只受伤的小狗，你会毫不犹豫的抱起它，查看它的伤势，并带它回家治疗，这是什么？是你对小狗的怜爱，这是沉甸甸的。

当你无论做什么事的时候，你的父母都不阻挠，也不反对，只是轻轻地告诉你，看什么、做什么的时候，三思而后行，反而还支持你时，这就是父母对你的信任、对你的宠爱，这是沉甸甸的。

当你对某个物品着迷时，想要得到它时，并且对它爱不释手时，这就是你对物品的喜爱，这是发自内心的。

当你犯错时，你的父母不追究，反而你说什么就是什么，全家人都呵护你，顺着你，并且也不碍着你试图做出任何独立行动的努力，这都是父母对你的溺爱，这是沉甸甸的。但是父母溺爱孩子是不对的，反而还会对孩子有害，这种爱是过分的宠爱。我们不赞同的，父母父母要做出及时手段，开导孩子，这才是爱！

疼爱、友爱、热爱、关爱、宠爱、喜爱汇聚到一起时，你就会感到精神充沛，有使不完的力气，因为爱的力量，是你的精神粮食。曾有人问我，爱是什么？我说：“爱是用言语回答不了的，爱是无私的，是幸福的，是奉献的，时发自内心的，爱就是付出，不求回报的付出。”

只要人人有爱，世界就会因此变的更加美好，人间有太多的爱，值得我们用一生去品尝、去发现、去体会’这些沉甸甸的爱！

my daddy was not happy because he thought it was not good for my study.Sometimes I felt I was not a free boy when my daddy was so strict with me,so I tried to talk to my daddy,and he said he was happy because I talked to him,and now he let me play games if I study well.From this,I understand a friendly talk can help people get along well.

During these two years, we have seen many movies about the youth, the

directors try to remind people of their passed early days. Indeed, when people

see the movie, they feel the situation is so familiar that they could not help

thinking about their days in the school. As for me, when I see the movie, I will

think about my high school days, it was so unforgettable for me, my friends and

I studied so hard together, our strong friendship was built at that time, the

stupid things we did always makes me laugh. Everyone will have an unforgettable

memory in their early life, the memory fulfills their life.
