在我的家乡里元宵节也是一个特别隆重的节日。村里的每一个角落都张灯结彩，每户都挂上写着(詹)字的红灯笼，村理事会还准备了节目如：英歌队唱英歌，放烟花，打鞭炮等等，为元宵节游老爷做好准备工作，等待元宵节的到来。

我简单介绍一下我们我们游老爷的队伍，游老爷的队伍是由两班英歌队各展才艺，许多小孩拿着彩旗，打着锣鼓，提着灯笼，八位大人老爷金身大轿，还有七八十岁的族老爷跟在后面。真像古代皇帝出巡的样子，还是游到哪里，那里就有鞭炮，烟花等等。

元宵节那一天，海内外的村民都会干回来，庆祝元宵。也是我们村里最热闹的一天，也是我最快乐的一天。

the lantern festival or yuanxiao jie is a traditional chinese festival, which is on the 15th of the first month of the chinese new year. the festival marks the end of the celebrations of the chinese new year.

chinese started to celebrate the lantern festival from the han dynasty (206 bc - 221 ad). like most other chinese festivals, there is also a story behind the festival. it is also believed that the festival has taoist origins.

this is a festival for people having fun. on the night of the festival, people go on streets with a variety of lanterns under the full moon, watching lions or dragon dancing, playing chinese riddles and games, and lighting up firecrackers. there is really a lot of fun for the young and the old.

yuanxiao (glutinous rice ball) or tangyuan is the special food for the lantern festival. it is believed that yuanxiao is named after a palace maid, yuanxiao, of emperor wu di of the han dynasty. yuanxiao is a kind of sweet dumpling, which is made with sticky rice flour filled with sweet stuffing.

yuanxiao is sticky, sweet and round in shape, symbolizing family unity, completeness and happiness.

灯节”或者叫做“元宵节”是中国的传统节日,它是在农历新年的第一个月的15日。这个节日标志着中国新年庆祝活动的结束。

中国人开始庆祝元宵节的汉代(公元前206年-公元221年)。像大多数其他的中国节日,也有一个节日背后的故事。也相信这个节日有道教的起源。

这是一个节日为人们的乐趣。在节日之夜,人们走在街头各式各样的灯笼在满月下,看狮子或龙跳舞,玩中国的谜语和游戏,并点燃爆竹。真的有很多的乐趣,年轻人和老年人。

元宵(糯米球)或汤圆是元宵节的特殊食品。据说元宵是一个宫女的名字命名,元宵,汉武帝时期的汉朝。元宵是一种甜的饺子,用粘糯米和甜的馅料制成。

元宵口感粘糯,口味香甜,圆形的,象征着一家人团圆、美满和幸福。

The Lantern Festival, which occurs on the 15-th day of the First Month of the Chinese Year, marks the end of the New Years Holidays.

Lanterns are everywhere. A most interesting tradition is the posting of riddles called Lantern Riddles. Riddles are written on pieces of paper and posted on lanterns or wall. Any one solving the riddle is awarded a prize. And the food for lantern festival is Tang Yuan, i have made some Tang Yuan in a ginger soup, my wife got a serious cold, so i cooked a pot of ginger soup for her. I look forward to the next spring festival.

今天就是我们大家一年一度的阴历一月十五日元宵节。元宵节这天晚上，妈妈要带我去淄博博物馆门前参观隆重的彩灯，彩车大展览。我一听到这好消息，就情不自禁地一蹦三尺高。

迫不及待的穿上衣服，裤子带上需要的东西，就出发了。

在路上，我看到路边的大树上都挂着彩灯，颜色不同，有红色，黄色，蓝色，绿色，橘色，银灰色，等等……每棵树上都有着漂亮的灯，都很漂亮。

不久，我和妈妈就到达了淄博博物馆门前旁边的一条马路上。我一抬头，一个高大美丽的大门应入眼帘，好看极了!

继续往前走，便是一个像长廊一样的地方。上面挂着许多不大也不小的彩灯，不光有很多，而且还样子各异，有菠萝的，南瓜的，梨的，等等……

再往前走，就是各种各样，颜色不一的彩车大展览。好几十辆金光闪闪，五颜六色，高大壮观的彩车停在我身体的四面八方，真是看的我眼花缭乱。

我和妈妈先去了右边这部分，因为右边这部分大多数都是关于牛的彩车，有牛气冲天，金牛报春，鼠年吉祥等等……其中我最喜欢牛气冲天，因为那只金色的牛嘴里吐着水蒸汽。还发出哞哞的声音，真逼真，栩栩如生呀!我们仔细看完了右边这部分，我和妈妈又来到了左边这部分，左边这部分的彩灯比右边这部分的彩灯想象力好，很丰富，也很漂亮。其中我最喜欢那只五颜六色的孔雀，它一会儿开屏一会儿关屏，好看的很。更棒的是做这只孔雀的人很仔细，很细致，那一条条曲线都做的那么好，真让人佩服呀!

最后，我和妈妈在这人山人海，热闹非凡的人群中恋恋不舍地离开了。

这真是难忘的一个元宵节啊!

Lantern Festival is one of four big festival in our country, after the Lantern Festival, the Spring Festival, and even had finished, so this day is very grand and lively. Ago, people mainly is to look at the lanterns and dragon dances, fireworks, now people can watch the fireworks also become one of the ways of celebration.

At 7 o clock in the evening, I will try so hard to call mom and dad took me to go to the workers stadium, heard that the whole to fireworks at 8 o clock. Walking in the street, see the road there are a lot of people like I want to see the fireworks, we just take a small family, very happy. Man is really much ah, packed.

At eight o clock arrived, only heard a few muffled voice, one by one the fireworks with red Mars on the sky, a few soup, night sky blossom a few beautiful flowers. They are of different shapes and colors, there are colorful all over the sky star, golden yellow dandelions, purple morning glory, red roses, pink rose, silver lily... And gorgeous.

As the frequent explosion, people exclaimed, in praise, in the dim light of night, people also slightly raise your face the change of color, also the happy smile, they dont like pieces of beautiful fireworks!

元宵节是我国的四大节日之一，元宵节一过，春节也就算过完了，所以这一天是非常隆重和热闹的。以前，人们主要是看花灯与舞龙，现在燃放烟花，人们观看烟花也就成为庆祝节日的方式之一了。

晚上七点多一点，我就着急地叫爸爸妈妈带我上工人体育馆去，听说那八点整要放烟花的。走在街上，看到路上有很多与我一样想看烟花的人，大家老老小小一家人，显得十分的高兴。人真是多呀，挤得水泄不通。

八点钟到了，只听见几声沉闷的声音，一个个烟花带着红红的火星窜上了天空，几声脆响，夜空绽放出几朵美丽的花朵。它们的形状和颜色各不相同，有五颜六色的满天星，金黄色的蒲公英，紫色的牵牛花，火红的玫瑰花，粉红的月季、银色的百合……，绚丽多彩。

随着一声声的炮响，人们在惊呼，在赞叹，夜色中，人们微微扬起的脸上也变幻着多姿的色彩，也露出了幸福的笑容，他们不也像一朵朵美丽的烟花吗!

生活是多么的美好呀!

Today is Mother’s Day.I know some of my classmates are going to help their mothers with the housework,others are going to buy some flowers for their mothers.I want to say to her that I love her very much. But as a boy, it is a bit difficult for me to show my heart.I think only girls can do that.My mother is very kind.She takes care of me day and night. She spends little money, but buys anything for me that I need.

This time I must show my love.I am going to give her a card and write like this, “I love you, mother!” I am going to put it under her pillow.
