今天下午，我读完了《水浒传》这部古典名著，心里久久不能平静。

《昆虫记》是法国著名昆虫学家法布尔用一生的时间与精力，通过仔细观察昆虫的生活，并且详细的记录编写的。介绍了昆虫的本能、习性、劳动、繁衍和死亡。全书包括10大册，暑假里我读了一小部分。

通过读书使我们真真实实地感觉到了法布尔观察得仔细，就连小小的萤火虫怎样捕食他都看得清清楚楚。他还不辞辛苦，追踪观察了迷宫蛛是怎样产卵和养育宝宝的。为了观察石蚕的生活习性，他亲自养了一些，讲述了石蚕室如何利用简易房子金蝉脱壳。法布尔这种坚持不懈、探索大自然的精神多么值得我们学习呀!

读了《昆虫记》使我增长了很多知识，例如：蚂蚁和蝉之间的斗争，知道了蚂蚁是顽强的乞丐，蝉才是勤劳的生产者;螳螂善于运用心理战术，是一个真正的心理专家，但它却自食同类，凶残的很;还有在各种昆虫当中，蟋蟀是地道的哲学家，有高超的建筑技术……

从《昆虫记》这本书的描写，可以看出作者的独具匠心。,他语言生动、活泼，而且充满了情趣。他把感情融入到观察当中，使我们了解到昆虫与环境息息相关。以后我也要像法布尔那样仔细观察身边的事物。

我一直认为，就像生活中的一切一样，文学品味是随着我们的长大而不断改变的，就像我们在青春期喜欢的某些事物：一首歌，一件衬衫，一部电影。当我们长大后，我们就不再喜欢这些东西，我们就不再喜欢某些作者，而赞成其他作者。

多年以来，我们不可能继续以相同的眼光看待我们的启蒙作者，也不会像您第一次享受它们一样继续享受他的书。

轻轻合上这本《老人与海》，不禁思绪万千，我的心早已随着这书飘到那波涛汹涌的大海。这本书，给了我生活的信心和面对生活的勇气；这主人公(圣地亚哥)，使我明白了做人不应该被任何困难所屈服，应该尽自己最大的努力与生活中的磨难做不屈不挠的斗争。

《老人与海》的故事很简单，写的是古巴老渔夫圣地亚哥连续八十四天没捕到鱼，被别的渔夫看作失败者，可是他坚持不懈，终于钓到了一条大马林鱼，大马林鱼将他的小船在海上拖了三天才筋疲力尽，被他杀死了绑在小船的一边，在归程中一再遭到鲨鱼的袭击，他用尽了一切手段来反击。回港时只剩鱼头鱼尾和一条脊骨。尽管鱼肉都被咬去了，但什么也无法摧残他的英勇意志。但是他这种坚持不懈，自信的精神难道不值得我们学习吗？虽然老渔夫没有把完整的马林鱼拖回海岸，在别人眼里是失败的，但是实际上他是成功的。

俗语道：不以成败论英雄，他那坚强的意志，勇敢的精神不比英雄的行为逊色，他将成为经历磨难而战无不胜的巨人，值得每个人倡导。

古时的愚公移山，他明知开山绝非易事，也非一朝一夕就可完成，他“知其不可为而为之”，仍坚持带领子孙后代来开山。终于感化天帝，命山神搬走了这几座山。还有“水滴石穿”，“铁杵成针”，“冰冻三尺”等等，不都意味着“有志者，事竞成”吗？

《老人与海》中有句名言：“一艘船越过世界的尽头，驶向未知的大海，船头上悬挂着一面虽然饱经风雨剥蚀却依旧艳丽无比的旗帜，旗帜上，舞动着云龙一般的四个字闪闪发光——超越极限！”

在现实生活中，碰到困难是难免的，最重要的是要勇敢面对，有坚持不懈的精神，从失败中吸取教训。回想自己，每当碰到一点点困难就不耐烦，当失败时就好比泻了气的皮球。

当我看到“老渔夫想：这里离海岸实在太近了，也许在更远的地方会有更大的鱼”时，我不禁有感而发：虽然老渔夫已经捕到了一些鱼，但他并没有安于现状，而是有着更远大的目标。而我呢？取得了一点点成绩就沾沾自喜，自得忘形，没有奋斗的目标，这怎么会成功呢？“失败是成功之母”，就是这句话，是老渔夫在84次的失败后，在第85次时捕到了大鱼，尝试到了成功的喜悦。

在日常生活中，我们经常会因考试的失败而失落，对自己没有信心；也许会因为朋友的背弃而伤心，自暴自弃。但是，自从我读了《老人与海》后，想想来渔夫，再想想自己，就觉得自己碰到的不是问题。同学们，人生谁没有失败过，最重要的是在失败过后重新勇敢的站起来，积极的去面对，去寻找失败的根本原因，并改正。

“人生能有几回搏”，我们要全力以赴，以全心的面貌去挑战，坚信成功将不再遥远。“人不是为失败而生的，一个人可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败。”当我们碰到困难而灰心丧气时，一定要坚持，古人云：山穷水尽疑无路，柳暗花明又一村，我们要满怀信心的去迎接挑战。因为我相信成功永远属于我们自己！今后，我不管遇到什么困难，都要信心十足地去面对，坚持到底，决不退缩。我要感谢这本书，感谢它让我学到了那么多知识，感谢它让我懂得了那么多道理，感谢它让我知道自己的不足，及时改正自己的缺点，使我成为一个对社会有用的人。

《海底两万里》是一本出色的玄幻小说。描述了在19世纪，由于海上海怪频频出没，“我”作为生物学教授被政府邀请前往调查海怪。因此登上了神奇的“鹦鹉”号潜艇旅行，纵横环行海底两万里。

其中，我最喜欢漫步海底平川这一章。虽然要穿上沉重的潜水服，带上头盔;无法交流;还要一直挂着灯，但一想到“我”在海面以下30英尺下的水域漫步，该是多么的激动人心。四周因为阳光的辐射产生了微小的色差，但“我”的周围还是像在陆地上一样清晰，视野明亮，这样的视觉效果是陆地不曾拥有，也无法体验的。而且如今空气质量也越来越不好，雾霾天气越来越常见。但海底却不受很大的影响，依然可以在任意角度观赏海底礁石的美丽近景，各种植形动物更是美丽无比。当阳光以不同倾斜角度折射海洋时，水中的植物也会呈现出七彩斑斓的景象，在陆地上绝对罕见至极，海洋中却是平平常常。如此之多的植物种类边缘都呈现出七彩的颜色。这就是海水和阳光的完美搭配。会随着时间的挪移变换反转，自己真想亲眼看看这个焕丽的世界。形似花坛的海葵、星罗棋布的海星、蘑菇状怂起的菌生虫……那些海洋独有的生物，在陆地上的我们甚至大都没听说过它们的名字，别说想象它们美丽的模样，单单只听书上的描绘就感觉非常有意思。正如原文“现在，我怎么才能把这次海底漫游给我留下的印象重新描绘出来呢?要讲述这样的奇事，语言显得苍白无力!当画笔都无法把水中的特殊效果表现出来时，文字又怎么能够再现呢?”我们甚至都无法弄明白这到底是作者运用了夸张的手法表达自己对海底的敬佩喜爱之情，还是文字在海底面前真的显得苍白无力。我不禁开始憧憬起瑰丽多姿的海底世界。

我如果也能亲身体验这美妙的环境，定会陶醉其中，也忘记烦恼，忘记衣服、鞋子、储气罐的沉重。接着，我们来到了海藻地，海藻家族绝对是海底世界最兴旺的家族之一，占领了好几个世界之最。但是我们了解的知名海藻就有几千种。那么海洋的最深处，还会有更奇妙的海藻吗?最终“我们”终于来到了最振奋人心的地方——克雷斯波岛海底森林。海底森林其实也有很多和陆地森林相似的地方，比如，它里面也全都是些高大的乔木植物，有着纵横交错的枝叶。但有些地方，又略胜陆地森林一筹，例如它的植物品种相当丰富，更胜北极热带;而且生命力极强，全靠海水的滋养存活。海水那丰富的物质在这里完美的体现了出来，如果是陆地上要种植如此之多种类的植物，该需要怎样严苛的条件，或者根本不行。不然海底为什么没有长常见的陆地植物呢?继续往下前进，就只能看到一片黑暗了。可是我不禁想象，那更往下的海底又有什么呢?依靠人类现在的科技水平，又真正了解大海多少呢?海洋占据整个地球的71%，远超陆地的面积，单是这个数据，就足以能给人类带来莫大的神秘感。海底比天空，陆地更加辽阔而神秘，在地球诞生数不可计的日子中，它也在不断进化等待着有人来探索它。会不会未来真的有一天，出现了一种人类从未见过的海怪。海怪的出现又会给我们带来怎样的灾难或是益处呢?

美好的时光总是快乐而短暂的，随着作者绘声绘色的描写，“我们”在大约四点钟结束了这场妙不可言的海底徒步旅行，真可谓是回味无穷。哪怕到了这里，也不过是《海底两万里》之中的两章而已。但在辽阔的大海里，这一小片森林甚至算不上九牛一毛。接下来的探险，还需要我们去进行。

大自然神奇迷幻，色彩斑斓，我们看见的只是它的冰山一角，它是一座无穷无尽的宝藏，等待我们去发掘、探索。就让我们随尼摩船长的脚步一起走进大海的深处，探索未知的神秘吧!

在1866年，许多船只在海上发现了海怪，法国生物学家阿罗纳克斯教授受邀追逐海怪。然而，他们一行人发现这个宠然大物并不是什么海怪，而是一艘构造奇特的潜水船。这艘潜水艇船身坚固，利用海洋来发电。船长邀请阿罗纳克斯以及他的朋友们进行海底旅行，开启了充满传奇色彩的旅行。

在这本书里，我格外的喜欢尼摩船长。他的神秘为这本书增添了不少色彩，他可以为法国偿还几百亿的国债，看到朋友死去会无声的落泪，会把上百万黄金送给穷苦的人，会收容所有厌恶陆地的人，会把满口袋的珍珠送给可怜的采珠人……这个弃绝人世的天才，究竟经历了什么?才会如此的痛苦?但我始终相信他一定是个善良的人。

我认为《海底两万里》并不是一本凭空捏造的小说，整篇小说动用大量的笔墨介绍鱼类、贝类、海底植物、海流等科学知识，也可见作者的学识渊博和远见，这是一本名副其实的科学启蒙小说。在哪个连电灯都没有的时代，作者却能写出这样一艘先进的潜水艇，这样在一个海底环游的故事，这需要多么丰富的想象力啊!

读完这本书，我感触颇深，三言两语难以言表我心中的感触。海，是神秘的，在哪美丽的深蓝色下究竟有多少未知等待着人类去探索?这神秘的面纱终有一天我们会亲手揭开它。

When I read “ the big marlin start fast to gather round the young fishing boat hover, twined the cable on the mast, the old person right hand lifted up high the steel fork, leapt the water surface in it the flash, did utmost throws to its heart, one wail ended the big fishs life, it was static static floats on the water surface… ” When, my heart also liked together the big stone falls. I extremely admire old person that kind do not dread, the relentless spirit, although knows the match strength is very strong, but he not slightly flinches, but is welcomes difficultly above. Just because had this kind of spirit, the senior fisherman only then achieved this life and death contest success. We also must study senior fishermans spirit in life, handles the matter does not fear the difficulty, only then can obtain successfully.

看到这个题目，或许很多人会觉得很好笑：到今天才看《西游记》，会不会太幽默了。说起来很惭愧，虽然我在很小的时候已经接触过少儿图书版的《西游记》，也看过不少于十次的电视剧，动画片，对其中的各个角色的性格和曲折有趣情节可以说是耳熟能详，但真正品读整本书，却是近段时间的事情。我曾经认为，看电视剧多好啊，既简单易懂，又有充分的视觉和听觉享受，何必拿起一本厚厚的书去钻那些自己不懂得文字。现在看来，我当时是大错特错了，一样的故事，一样的人物，书中比电视剧更精彩更扣人心弦，让人恍若进入了一个光怪陆离、色彩斑斓的神话世界，全然忘记了身外的世界。书中主要讲述了唐僧、孙悟空、猪八戒和沙僧四师徒历尽九九八十一难，最终取得真经的故事。

书中的四个主人公的人物形象各有各的特点，性格形成鲜明的对比：唐僧诚心向佛，心地善良，顽固执著，同时又因心肠太软而显得有点懦弱和迂腐;孙悟空正义大胆，勇往直前，聪明机灵，对师傅忠诚，全心全意，法力无边，让所有的妖魔鬼怪闻风丧胆;猪八戒虽贪财好色，又懒又馋，但从不缺乏善心;沙僧忠心耿耿，憨厚严谨，乐安天命。而其中我最喜欢的就是孙悟空了，在被压在五行山下之前，他是一个天真烂漫、调皮任性的无拘无束的“野猴”。他夺走老龙王的镇海之宝——定海神针;游乐地府撕碎“生死簿”;大闹天宫，偷吃仙桃仙丹，不把玉皇大帝放在眼里，还自封“齐天大圣”。他在这个时期是最顽劣叛逆的，但却能让我产生强烈的共鸣，使我深深地喜欢上这一人物形象，也许是因为他激发了我内心潜在的向往——自由。他破石而出，无父无母，没有世俗的各种羁绊，他是自由的;他看到老猴的死亡便决心到远方寻求长生不老的法术，他在追求自由，摆脱死神的束缚;他大闹天宫，是因为玉皇大帝限制他的行动和自由。正因为他所有的努力和奋斗都是为了获得彻底的自由，他才显得那么可爱，当众多天兵天将对他束手无策，玉皇大帝被迫请求西天如来佛祖的帮助时，让人有一种泄恨的快感，给人带来追逐自由的力量和勇气。然而，我清楚地明白，无论是过去，现在，还是未来，完全的自由是不可能的，人始终要受到这样那样的约束，有许多的无可奈何，孙悟空最终还是受惩罚而被压在五指山下500年，但这并不说明他有错，只是在当时的历史条件下，他的力量还不够强大，毕竟他是孤军奋战，也许正因为双方的力量悬殊，他输也输得悲壮，尽显英雄本色，让人惋惜，敬佩。

尽管包围着我们的是个受约束的世界，但至少我们可以让内心尽量变得广阔而幽深，让它能够包容天地，翱翔宇宙。在历尽时间锤炼的《西游记》中，深深蕴含着人们长期以来最渴望的自由精神，这是它和孙悟空这个人物广受欢迎的一个重要原因。

“金猴奋起千钧棒,玉宇澄清万里埃。”这两句诗为我们写出了一斗天地,横扫一切邪恶势力的孙悟空的形象.提起孙悟空,就不能不提我国四大名著之一的《西游记》。

《西游记》主要描写的是唐僧，孙悟空，猪八戒，沙僧，小白龙师徒四人，经历九九八十一难的故事。西游记的出现，开辟了神魔长篇章回小说的新门类。其内容是中国古典小说最为庞杂的，它融合了中国传统文化中佛，道，儒三家的思想和内容，佛，道两教的仙人们同时登场表演，庄严神圣的神佛世界里也充满了现实社会的人情世态，显得亦庄亦谐，妙趣横生，使该书赢得了各种文化层次的读者的爱好。通过《西游记》中虚幻的神魔世界，我们处处可以看到现实社会的投影。

虽然《西游记》是一部神话小说，但唐僧取经却是历史事实。距今一千三百多年前，即唐太宗贞观元年(627)，当时年仅25岁的玄奘离开长安，置身到天竺(印度)游学。他从长安出发后，历经艰难险阻，最后到达了印度。玄奘在印度的佛教寺院那烂陀寺先后学习5年之久，被尊为通宵三藏的十德之一.贞观十九年(645)玄奘回到了长安，带回佛经657部。后来玄奘口述西行见闻，由弟子辩机辑录成《大唐西域记》十二卷，这部书主要讲述了路上所见各国的历史，地理及交通。后来玄奘的弟子慧立，彦琮撰写的《大唐大慈恩寺三藏法师传》，为玄奘的经历增添了许多神话色彩。

红楼梦是我国四大名著之一，屹立在我国古代小说巅峰。”天上掉下个林妹妹，似一朵轻云刚出岫，娴静犹如花照水，行动好比风拂柳。“这首歌似乎还萦绕耳畔！

《红楼梦》讲述的是因皇亲而荣华富贵的贾府逐渐走向没落，最后因家庭成员获罪被抄家，终于繁华成空的悲剧故事。《红楼梦》里，有精明泼辣、圆滑狠毒的王熙凤，多愁善感、才思敏捷的林黛玉，叛逆多情、贪玩厌学的贾宝玉……我觉得最有趣的当数心地善良、老于世故的刘姥姥。刘姥姥二进贾府时，为了取悦贾母，在宴席上故意出丑，鼓着腮帮子幽默地说：”老刘，老刘，食量大如牛，吃头老母猪，不抬头！“哄得众人哈哈大笑，我也跟着笑。

《红楼梦》中最令人悲伤的情景莫过于黛玉葬花和焚稿。

当读到《葬花吟》中”花谢花飞花满天，红消香断有谁怜？“时，我似乎看见花一朵一朵地凋谢了，花瓣随风满天飞舞，花儿那曾经的清香，也没有了。可是谁会来怜惜它们呢？只有孤单瘦弱的林黛玉！但是当林黛玉也香消玉殒时，还有谁会来怜惜花儿，有谁会来想念可怜的她呢？难怪她要发出”一朝春尽红颜老，花落人亡两不知“的感慨！当林黛玉听说宝玉和宝钗成亲，她的病情恶化，奄奄一息，上气不接下气时，她把自己最心爱的诗稿、手绢和着自己的泪、自己的血都烧光时，真让人潸然泪下！她烧的岂只是诗稿，而是她所有的寄托！她的灵魂！

Huckleberry Finn was a great literary work published in 1885 and written by Mark Twain. One of the most positive things about the book would be that the reading level is not very advanced and that it shows us a glimpse of the past. Along with the reading level not being very advanced, the book itself is extremely well thought out, and brings the stories, characters, and imagery to life. One of the negatives is the amount of cursing that takes place throughout the book. This is a negative because it is at a children"s reading level and it does not add any literary value to the book as a piece of history. The ugly but I believe necessary part of the book is the use of the n-word. This is a necessary part of the book because it shows to our children and everyone the meaning behind the word. If anything it makes the reader more understanding of the troubles that the slaves when though and understand the meaning of the word a little more deeply.

This book was great, a masterpiece for the lack of words to describe how entirely wonderful it is. The book was a great classic, the only reason that I did read it is because we have to read a classic for school, however, now that I have read it I realize that it was a great book. I would read this book two or three times, and I do not like reading books again. The book was really able to portray the idea of childhood innocence and foolishness in the book, especially the end. I thought that this book was really an eye opener for people who may think that life is not worth living or maybe derpessed. Because, as you can see, Huck was a young boy who had an alcoholic father who beat him all the time, even kidnapped him after he was adopted by other people. Huck even decided to run away from his father, yet he is still a young, fun loving kid in the end, especially when Tom reveals to him how the whole trip was just a game. The only thing I have to say against the book is that it did seem a little racist with its words, however maybe this is just how they talked in that time period? Overall a great read that I highly reccomend.
