I read Snow White yesterday.It is an interesting story.Snow White is an lovely girl.She is very kind to people.But her mom died.Her new mom is a bad woman.She thinks Show White is more beautiful than her .So she wants to kill her.But she was saved by seven short boys.And they live a happy life together.From this story ，we can learn that kind people can be very lucky.The god may pray for them.But bad people must be killed by themselves.So we should learn from Snow White .We should be a kind person and help each other.

Usually, we have contact with many world-famous novels, telling the essence of life. The stories of characters’ life move us give us a lot of enlightenment. However, Anna Sewell’s Black Beauty is a different one, as its main character is a black, handsome horse called Black Beauty. Sewell has spent 6 years on this book, while she was seriously sick. Unfortunately, she died soon after her only book in her whole life was published. As Sewell was crippled and unable to walk since a young age, she by nature had sympathy on the poor animals. Therefore, Black Beauty it is not a fairy tale, but a book which seriously talks the issue of the abuse of animals. And this story is narrated in the first person as an autobiographical memoir by Black Beauty himself. In this way, it becomes easier for readers to understand the whole story better and more clearly. She was mistreated as a cab horse; in such a great pain that she was longing for death. And soon, it came true. At the same time, Jerry became weaker and weaker, and finally he was ill in bed after waiting for two customers on a bitter cold night. After his recovery, Jerry was told not to work as s cab driver any more, so Black Beauty was sold again.

However, it needs our deeper thinking, a much deeper thinking. In fact, Sewell doesn’t only focus on showing Black Beauty’s great characteristics. By telling Black Beauty’s whole life story, she aimed at revealing the hard life of animals at that time and altering us the crime of those who abuse animals.

From Beauty’s suffering during his whole life time, we can see the tragic life of animals at that time. Some people ran after the so-called fashion blindly. 《英语教学方法与策略》读后感

为了提高自身的英语教学质量和效率,我从学校图书馆借来《英语教学方法与策略》一书,利用业余时间认真地进行了研读,获得了不少教益。

这本书由鲁子问和康淑敏两位专家编写,由华东师范大学出版社出版,可以作为英语教学设计方向研究生教材,也可以作为中小学英语教师设计培训教材使用。我认为在英语学科骨干教师研修班接受培训期间读读这样一本书是再合适不过的。这本书介绍了教学方法与教学策略的相同与差异,提出了教学方法与策略的选择与整合的方法,介绍了英语教学方法的实践操作方法,包括情景教学法、交际教学法、任务教学法和自主学习教学,然后分析了英语教学过程的策略及实践操作方法,并从英语知识教学的策略及实践操作方法、英语技能教学的策略及时间操作方法两方面对英语教学方法与策略的行动研究提供了系统的指导。

编者用六章分别讲了教学方法与教学策略、英语教学方法的实践操作、英语教学过程的策略及实践操作、英语知识教学的策略及实践操作、英语技能教学的策略及实践操作和英语教学方法与策略的行动研究。

该书对相关理论进行了系统、简要的讲解,主要的内容是对英语教学实践的指导与分析。每一节都采用“准备-学习-实践”三部式结构,不仅讲解理论,而且注重教学实践。在每一节的理论讲解之后,都设计了“实践分析”专栏,以强化理论与实践的直接联系。在看每一节的时候,我都是跟着该书的编排形式在不断地调整自己的思维。在准备环节,编者会给出一个案例,让读者思考,遇到此类教学问题该如何解决,此时,我的大脑就会回忆我在教学中有没有遇到过,我又是如何解决的,然后思考怎样才能解决得更好;在学习环节,编者给我们提供了最系统的理论知识,此时我就很认真地研读每一条理论,认真理解每一个概念,为今后的教学活动积累必要的理论知识;在实践部分,我仔细地看了每个实践活动,对于一些比较有价值的活动自己在教学中也尝试着使用。

本书的优点是:1)语言浅显易懂。不像平常的教育着作,带着很多专业术语。2)内容很实用。书中不但简要地介绍教育理论,还举出大量的课堂活动例子,很适合各个层次的外语教师参考。3)描述很细致。书中谈到英语教学中很多细节的东西。4)编排符合读者习惯,发人深思。书中每一章节都会在适当的位置上安排一个文本框,给出一些名词解释或让读者讨论或思考一个问题。如:请讨论,您如何看待Practice makes perfect.它与数量原则有什么关系?训练中如何把握训练的量?

这本书让我羞愧于自己在教学理论和策略方面知识的匮乏,更让我明白英语教学的成功应体现在“培养学习者在真实的情景中有效使用英语的能力”我是一个率性而为的人,很多时候只是随心而教学,不会严格遵循某一教学模式。所以一直以来,教学成绩都没有取得重大突破,而我本人也一直为此烦恼,这本书教会我许多有理论支持的教学方法。如:语法翻译法、直接教学法、认知法、自然法、社团教学法、沉默教学法、全身反应法、暗示教学法。从书中我悟到了想成为一名优秀的教师必须充分认识到“教必有法”的原则性和“教务定法”的灵活性特点之间的统一关系。教师不应拘于一法一策,囿于一方一圆,而是要因地制宜,因材施教,将各类方法加以组合和调配,在吸收、借鉴已有教学方法的基础上,创造性地发挥,逐步形成富有教师个人特色的教学风格。在教学实践中,我根据教学环境、教学目标、教学内容、学生的需求和自身的教学风格适丰富了一下教学方法和策略,收到了一定的效果。

我最受启发的是书中的如下观点:呈现学习任务时,应当向学习者描述任务中的问题发生的物理背景、组织和社会文化背景。并且,问题的呈现必然是有趣的或吸引人的,目的是引导学习者的积极参与。让学习者体现到伸手可及的成功;教学活动的设置应考虑学习者的兴趣,需要和情感;老师可以和学习者商量课堂活动的内容并建议学习者把他们感兴趣的学习材料带回班上。让我陷入长久的沉思的是这个观点:“personalities and relationships are important for motivation”即:教师的性格及其与学习者之间的良好关系在调动学习者学习方面很重要。文中提到“即使我们不能完全改变自己去满足不同学习者的需要,但我们可以主动了解学习者感兴趣的话题,如:流行音乐,年轻人喜欢的电影,新车,科技的发展等。看到这里,对于学生为什么没有积极参与我自以为精心准备的课堂活动,我似乎找到了答案:设计活动时,我只是从教材内容和个人兴趣出发。当学生冷淡对待活动时,我只会埋怨大的学习环境不好,埋怨学生不配合,极少去思考是否学生对内容感兴趣,是否活动的难度适合学生,课堂指令是否清晰等因素。文中还指出:即使学生会使用老师准备好的语言结构,也明确活动的目的,但如果他们缺乏信心,也不会积极参与…所以,对学生及时得体的鼓励相当重要,借用李阳老师的话就是鼓励学生 “Enjoy losing face. Enjoy making mistakes ”总之,要踏上英语教学的成功之路,进行方方面面的准备工作是必要的,

对于以后的教学,我将努力改变陈旧的教学理念,尝试新的教学模式,自始至终把学生放在中心位置:把激发学生的学习热情放在首位,发挥交际教学的优势。是时候改变沉闷的课堂气氛,还学生一个愉快的学习环境了!是时候彻底解放学生,还学生一个可以自主学习的空间了!

其实,单纯阅读只是一个浅层理解词句的过程,我们可能在阅读中很感动,很受启发,但是,几个星期或几个月后,可能我们的思维又回复原状;若把我们的所思所想写下来,联系我们的教学或生活实际加以变通,可能会更长久地影响我们;而如果把我们学到的经验及时应用在教学中或生活中,我们的学生或我们自己则会终身受益,这才是阅读的目的。“热爱阅读、高效阅读、创新阅读”让我们互勉!

[英语教学方法与策略的读后感

昨天，我带孩子去电影院看了现在燃爆网络的影片《哪吒之魔童降世》，其曲折离奇的故事情节，幽默搞笑的台词设计顿时让我耳目一新。

影片开头的太乙真人的造型让人一看就感觉很有趣，造型设计成功颠覆了你的想象，在我们心目中太乙真人一直都是道骨仙风，清瘦高冷的仙人模样，而此片却是瘦脸大肚，说着四川话的滑稽模样。

而另一个颠覆我们想象则是的龙王造型，在我们想象中，龙王就应该跟电视剧《西游记》那样模样，头戴冠冕，身穿刺绣滚龙黄袍龙头人身的龙王形象，而此片中的龙王却始终是一条全身银白色鳞片，头上长着两个长长犄角，两条长长龙须的巨龙模样。

而此片最大的特色是哪吒不像以前的人物一样，生性顽皮可爱，而此片的哪吒则是生性顽劣，到处闯祸惹得人们对他怨声载道。从而也为后面的巨大转变埋下了伏笔。主人公哪吒与另一个反面人物敖丙，两人亦正亦邪，从偶然相识到惺惺相惜，再到相互搏杀，再至最后的患难与共。他们俩的传奇友谊为我们证明了朋友的真正价值与意义。

最令人感动的是李靖夫妇对哪吒的用心呵护与疼爱，尤其是李靖想用自己的肉身来换取哪吒的安全时，那感人的情景令人瞬间泪奔。哪吒在将要自己独自承受雷霆之击，最后他与父母离别时说：“其实三年也不短了”那一句时，也让人瞬间感动的热泪盈眶。

这部电影以父母的爱，朋友的爱为主题，生动地表现了孩子在年少时，虽然偶尔会闯祸，但那是孩子的天性使然，所以我们父母不要过分地苛责与训斥孩子，而要以一颗宽容之心，用心去呵护他们，用爱去温暖他们。像哪吒那样顽劣的孩子在他父母的爱心呵护下，尚且可以改邪归正，我们的孩子为什么会做不到呢？这个电影用丝丝入扣，合情合理的故事情节，更为我们父母上了生动的一课。

当然这部电影还有很多幽默风趣的故事情节，比如里面哪吒躺在床上唱的歌谣也很有趣，用筷子敲碗的情节，我感觉这个片段是在向周星驰的经典电影《唐伯虎点秋香》致敬，那里面唐伯虎也是用筷子敲碗，唱了一段令人感到啼笑皆非的台词。还有江山社稷图那唯美动人的画面，我就不再这里进行一样赘述了，如果剧透太多的话，或许你去电影院就会觉得兴趣索然。

这部电影真的很好看，如果大家对这部电影感兴趣的话，我建议最好带孩子一起去看看。

今天，我看完了《老人与海》这本书。看完后，我被圣哥亚地老爷爷那不屈不挠的精神深深地感动了。

这本书主要讲述了老渔夫圣哥亚地八十四天没有捕到鱼了，但经过他坚持不懈的努力，终于钓到了一条大马林鱼。大马林鱼把他与小船在海上拖了三天才筋疲力尽，最终被他杀死，绑在船边，但却引来了一群鲨鱼。圣哥亚地与鲨鱼进行了激烈的搏斗，最终他战胜了鲨鱼。但是回到陆地时，大马林鱼已经只剩下头和尾巴还有一条脊骨了。

俗话说：“不以成败论英雄。”圣哥亚地那坚强的意志、勇敢的决心，不比英雄的行为逊色，他是真正的不怕困难、战无不胜的巨人。圣哥亚地在出海的第八十五天已经钓到了一些鱼了，但他没有安于现状，而是朝着更大的目标进发，并付出自己的努力。文中有一句话令我印象很深：“一个人可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败。”是的，他做到了，他没有被打败，虽然马林鱼已被鲨鱼吃了个精光，虽然他经历过极致的疼痛，但毁灭却不曾打败过老人，他勇敢面对失败，他赢了。他那坚持不懈、不怕困难的精神，值得我们每个人去学习。

愚公移山的故事也是一样。他明知开山不易，却仍坚持带领子孙后代来开山，终于感动天帝，命山神移走了两座大山。在现实生活中，困难是不可避免的，但只要能够勇敢地面对，有坚持不懈的决心，就一定可以克服。回想自己，平时一遇到困难就退缩，一遇到难题就放弃，有时还动不动哭鼻子，实在太懦弱了，跟圣哥亚地、愚公相比，简直不可同日而语。

“人生能有几回搏”，我们要全力以赴，迎难而上，以全新的面貌去接受挑战。

小说主人翁是一个地主少爷，他叫福贵。福贵嗜赌成性，终于赌光了家业，也输了父亲，他家变得一贫如洗。穷困之中的福贵，因为母亲生病，前去求医，没想到半路上被国民党部队抓了壮丁，后被解放军所俘虏，回到家乡他才知道母亲已经去世。妻子家珍含辛茹苦带大了一双儿女，但女儿不幸变成了聋哑人，儿子机灵活泼……然而，真正的悲剧从此才开始渐次上演，妻子因困苦的日子而失去了生命。福贵没有退缩。他试着学做农活，要承担起养家的责任，“万事开头难”，这并不容易。而每次生活有了起色时，亲人却一一故去，只剩得老了的福贵伴随着一头老牛在阳光下回忆。可悲，但又没有办法。

福贵，没有因为亲人的离去而结束自己的生命，这是需要勇气的。那么，人活着为了什么？人活着不为什么，只是为活着本身而活着，不是为了活着之外的任何事物所活着。人生多彩，世态万千，我们有幸经历这一切，不得不对生命的磅礴肃然起敬。

我们像是命运手中的蝼蚁，挫折总来得猝不及防。福贵的真身，生活中也不少见。我家附近住着一个老人，年龄已过百岁。爸妈和我讲述过他的故事。那些年，我们是住在山上的。他和他的妻子，儿子，还有儿媳妇，也是如此。盛夏的某一天，洪水肆虐，他所在的村庄，也被洪水淹没了。洪水带走了一切，也带走了他的妻子。洪水远去，他无助地站在以前的家门口，手足无措，一下泄了气。他却并没有绝望，也许还牵挂着孩子，也许心中对生的希望还未泯灭。年近晚年，儿子和儿媳妇也相继离世。白发人送黑发人的滋味很痛。现在，每天经过老人家，他却总是坐在门口，面带笑容，没有一丝对生活的绝望。显然，他看淡了，他没有放弃活着，既然活着，就好好活着。

现如今，生活水平提高。一些青少年，风华正茂，却总因一些小挫折，要死要活。活着对他们来说，只是一种乐趣吗？乐趣尽了，便不再延续吗？你们可曾想过，在灾难中，不计其数的人，为了活着忍受了多大痛苦。活着对他们来说，是一种幸福，一种值得追求的幸福。

活着，是一张通往死亡的单程票，它无法退票，生命于人，无论高贵或是低贱，富有的，贫穷的，都只有一次，这一次可能是长远的，也可能是短暂的。

书中写了三个世界上赫赫有名的人物。第一个是德国作曲家：贝多芬;另一个是意大利的天才雕刻家：米开朗基罗;最后一个是俄罗斯名作家：托尔斯泰。

在这本《名人传》中最令我感动的就是贝多芬的故事。贝多芬是个音乐天才，他的天分很早就被他的父亲发现了，不幸的是，贝多芬的父亲并不是一个称职的好父亲，他天天让贝多芬练琴，不顾及他的心情，一个劲儿的培训他，有时甚至把贝多芬和一把小提琴一起放进一个屋子里关起来，一关就是一整天，用暴力逼他学音乐。贝多芬的童年是十分悲惨的，他的母亲在他十六岁时就去世了，他的父亲变成了挥霍的酒鬼。

这些不幸一起压到了贝多芬的头上，在他心中刻下了深深的伤痕，也因此导致他的脾气暴躁而古怪。但是贝多芬没有因此而沉沦，他把自己的全部精力，都投入到了自己所热爱的音乐事业中去了。由于他的天分和勤奋，很快地他就成名了。当他沉醉在音乐给他带来的幸福当中时，不幸的事情又发生了：他的耳朵聋了。对于一个音乐家而言，最重要的莫过于耳朵，而像贝多芬这样以音乐为生的大音乐家，却聋了耳朵，这个打击是常人所接受不了的。

贝多芬的一生是悲惨的，也是多灾多难的，但他为什么还能成功呢?为什么正常人做不到的事，他却能做到呢?这引起了我的深思。我认为，贝多芬之所以成功，是因为它有着超与凡人的毅力和奋斗精神。

面对困难，他丝毫无惧。这就是他成功的秘诀。在日常生活中，我们遇到困难时，经常想到的就是请求他人的帮助，而不是直面困难，下定决心一定要解决。而贝多芬，因为脾气古怪，没有人愿意与他做朋友，所以，他面对困难，只能单枪匹马，奋力应战。虽然很孤独，却学会了别人学不到的东西：只要给自己无限的勇气，再可怕的敌人也可以打败。

我们的时代千变万化，充满机遇，我们渴望成功，但我们却不想奋斗。我们要的是一夜成名。浮躁和急功近利或许会使我们取得昙花一现的成就，但绝不能让我们跻身人类中的不朽者之列。因此，读读《名人传》也许会让我们清醒一些。
