这部小说描写了作家童年时代的生活经历，反映了小主人公阿廖沙在父亲去世以后，随母亲寄住在外祖父家中度过的岁月。

首先我觉得小主人公是一个非常可怜的孩子，他自幼丧父，又在十一岁的时候丧母，外祖父也破了产，他只好走上社会，选择了独立谋生。

《老人与海》故事的背景是在二十世纪中叶的古巴。主人公是一位名叫圣地亚哥的老渔夫，配角是一个叫马诺林的小孩。风烛残年的老渔夫一连八十四天都没有钓到一条鱼，但他仍不肯认输，而是充满着奋斗的精神，终于在第八十五天钓到一条身长十八尺，体重一千五百磅的大马林鱼。大鱼拖着船往海里走，老人依然死拉着不放，即使没有水，没有食物，没有武器，没有助手，左手抽筋，他也丝毫不灰心。经过两天两夜之后，他终于杀死大鱼，把它拴在船边。但许多鲨鱼立刻前来抢夺他的战利品。他一一地杀死它们，到最后只剩下一支折断的舵柄作为武器。结果，大鱼仍难逃被吃光的命运，最终，老人筋疲力尽地拖回一副鱼骨头。他回到家躺在床上，只好从梦中去寻回那往日美好的岁月，以忘却残酷的现实。

这也是个真实的故事。

《老人与海》这本小说是根据真人真事写的。第一次世界大战结束后，海明威移居古巴，认识了老渔民格雷戈里奥·富恩特斯。1930年，海明威乘的船在暴风雨中沉没，富恩特斯搭救了海明威。从此，海明威与富恩特斯结下了深厚的友谊，并经常一起出海捕鱼。

1936年，富恩特斯出海很远捕到了一条大鱼，但由于这条鱼太大，在海上拖了很长时间，结果在归程中被鲨鱼袭击，回来时只剩下了一副骨架。

1950年圣诞节后不久，海明威产生了极强的创作欲，在古巴哈瓦那郊区的别墅“观景社”，他开始动笔写《老人与海》(起初名为《现有的海》)。到1951年2月23日就完成了初稿，前后仅用了八周。4月份海明威把手稿送给去古巴访问他的友人们传阅，博得了一致的赞美。海明威本人也认为这是他“这一辈子写得最好的一部作品!”

“拔一根毫毛，吹出猴万个。眨一眨眼皮，能把鬼识破。翻个跟斗十万八千里，抖一抖威风山崩地也裂……”每当耳边传来这熟悉的旋律，我的脑海里便不由自主地浮现出了睿智勇敢的孙悟空形象。孙悟空在《西游记》里，是上天入地、无所不能的“猴哥”，在中国可谓家喻户晓。

寒假里，我又一次捧起了这部经典之作，享受这份文化大餐。在我心中，孙悟空是当之无愧的主角。看到孙悟空大闹天宫时，我为他捏了一把汗;读到他被如来佛祖压在五行山下五百年时，我仿佛也感受到了那份孤独与痛苦;后来，他被唐僧解救，和猪八戒、沙和尚一起历经磨难，降妖伏魔，最后终于修成正果，取得真经。放下《西游记》的那一瞬，我的心中感慨万千。

孙悟空是正义的化身，一路上，正是因为有了他，那些妖怪才闻风丧胆。他忠心耿耿地保护师傅西天取经，虽然在取经的道路上遇到了重重困难，偶尔也会耍耍小脾气，但是他始终没有忘记身上的责任，即使师傅责骂他，误会他，甚至赶走他，他还是坚持了下来。

再大的风浪，心中有一份信念，仍有希望到达成功的彼岸;再高的山峰，心怀一份憧憬，仍有可能攀越险峻的山顶。人生路，不就是一条打怪的西游之路吗?成长路上遇到的大大小小的困难，就像书中大大小小的妖怪，需要我们用勇敢与智慧战胜它们。

记得我上一年级的那年暑假，我非要拉着爸爸教我学骑自行车。一开始我信心十足，推上小自行车就想骑。谁知我还没站稳，自行车就摔倒了，压到我的脚面，疼得我哇哇直叫。这下我不敢轻举妄动了，央求爸爸帮我扶稳自行车，我才小心翼翼地坐上去。我双脚踩着踏板，心扑通扑通地跳着，仿佛我一张嘴它就会跳出来似的。我不时地回头看爸爸，生怕他松手，不一会儿汗水就像无数蚂蚁一样爬满我的脊背，天哪!原来骑自行车这么累呀!不知道什么时候，爸爸居然放开了手，我顿时手忙脚乱，顷刻间连车带人一股脑儿摔得稀里哗啦，手上脚上的皮都磨破了!我疼得龇牙咧嘴，好不容易站起来后，我再也不想骑自行车了。正当我想要放弃的时候，孙悟空的影子出现在我的眼前，他似乎正嘲笑我：“遇到这么点困难就受不了，还算什么男子汉?真让俺老孙看不起你!”不知怎么的，一股神奇的力量支撑着我，扶起自行车，我又开始练习。我向爸爸“取经”，他告诉我注意力要集中，认真盯着前方，双手控制好前进的方向，车身稍微向右倾，尽量保持平衡。除了这些要领，还要记住三个字“不怕摔”，总想着放弃，是学不会骑车的。我重重地点点头，就这样，我摔倒了再爬起来，再摔，再起来……经过了两个多小时的艰苦练习后，我终于学会了骑自行车。因为坚持，我成功了。

未来的人生旅途中，磕磕绊绊在所难免。作为新时代的少先队员，孙悟空的那种坚持、不服输的精神成了我的信仰，它指引着我，让我“斗罢艰险又出发”。

这本书主要讲了古代三国时期的战役。诸葛亮的草船借箭，关羽的过五关斩六将等都令我回味无穷，值得沉思。

当读到诸葛亮“大摆空城计时”，我的心一下就被揪住了。空城?面对百万敌军，岂能掉以轻心?我生怕他们会闯入城中，但胸有成竹的诸葛亮一点儿也不紧张，因为他知道，如果自己紧张，自己的计谋就会落空，敌军就会看穿城中无人，马上就会闯入城中四处破坏，老百姓会遭殃，所以他要放松，镇静，沉着，不能让敌军看穿。于是，他若无其事地在城墙上弹琴，优美动听的琴声四处响起。敌军见了，以为城中有埋伏，就不敢轻举妄动，退走了，这时我的心才放松下来。惊叹诸葛亮的足智多谋!

又读到了“诸葛亮草船借箭”，我又紧张起来。甚至汗毛孔都张得大开，生怕大雾突然散去，诸葛亮暴露出来，来不及返回就被消灭。但没有像我想象的那样。因为雾太大，看不清对方，所以诸葛亮只把那几个稻草人立在船上，一个船上的稻草人插满了箭就换下一个船，这样来回交换，就轻易把十万支箭拿到手。等雾散了，诸葛亮早就跑得没影了。曹操这才知道上了当。这都是源于诸葛亮的‘上懂天文下知地理’，知识渊博而又知己知彼啊!

想到诸葛亮，我又想起自己那次经历的一件事。那一次，我的风筝挂在了一棵高高的树上，我想把它够下来但够不到，我又不会爬树。正当我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁团团转时，一个足球飞了过来，刚好碰到风筝，风筝因而抖动了一下。我触景生情，受到启发，就拿起几个小石子，用力向风筝砸去。终于，风筝被砸了下来，漂亮的风筝完璧归赵。

还有一次去游泳池游泳，也许是因为地板太滑，我一不小心滑倒在水里，我在水里扑腾，“咕咚咕咚”喝了好几口水，这时我突然想到了诸葛亮大摆空城计时的冷静，我便冷静下来。因为我离岸边很近，我就双手伸平，扒住了地，终于停了下来。等我上岸后，我真想谢谢诸葛亮，是他让我化险为夷，自己救了自己。

《老人与海》的故事很简单，写的是老渔夫圣地亚哥在连续84天没捕到鱼的情况下，终于在第85天钓上了一条大马林鱼，但这条鱼实在太大了，把他的小船在海上拖了三天才筋疲力尽，他杀死了马林鱼绑在小船的一边，可想而知，这需要多大勇气和多强的意志啊！而在归程中又碰到了鲨鱼的袭击，老人与鲨鱼进行了殊死搏斗，但最后回港时只剩下鱼头鱼尾和一条脊骨。

他这种坚持不懈，自信的精神难道不值得我们学习吗？俗语道：不以成败论英雄。虽然老渔夫没有把完整的马林鱼拖回海岸，但他那坚强的意志，勇敢的精神丝毫不比真正的英雄逊色。老渔夫在精神世界中已经成为了历尽磨难而变得顶天立地，战无不胜的巨人了。这不就是所谓的英雄吗？

“愚公移山”，“铁杵成针”，“冰冻三尺”等等，不都意味着“有志者，事竞成”吗？他们“知其不可为而为之”的可贵品质非常值得我们学习。做任何事情都要有坚持不懈的精神。碰到困难也不要放弃。你可以被毁灭，但不可以被打败。我们不能被生活打败，更不能被自己打败！要勇于面对自己，面对自己将要面对的困难。相信自己，坚持不懈，一定能够，克！服！它！
