Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology

(NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During

自我介绍必须非常简洁地回答清楚这样一个问题“我需要得到来名校来深造的机会，同时我也值得北大选择我”。很多同学的介绍里都急切地表明无论从哪个方面讲都到了急需充电，急需到最高学府深造，往往都忽略了前面这个问题。记得在参加265-269分段第一次面试时，王教授就曾直接问过我：“你们都需要到北大来，可是北大今年只有260个招生名额，能否谈谈北大为什么要选择你，你有哪些工作业绩，有哪些潜质？”北大的招生原则就是宁缺勿滥，北大希望录取的考生是全国最具有管理潜质的青年。所以介绍的核心是你值得学校录取，而不是你需要深造！

重在个人经历介绍还是个人品质和能力？

首先请报出自己的姓名和身份，工作如何自我介绍。可能应试者与面试考官打招呼时，已经将此告诉了对方，而且考官们完全可以从你的报名表、简历等材料中了解这些情况，但仍请你主动提及。这是礼貌的需要，还可以加深考官对你的印象。
