我们又火速赶到下一个旅游景点——森林公园。

到了餐厅，发现这儿的氛围可热闹啦，大家都是从全国各地来厦门过春节的，每个人脸上都是笑呵呵的。对我来说，年夜饭真是太丰富了，雪碧、可乐、白酒、黄酒、红酒免费拿，我们喝了个够。晚上，我和哥哥们住一个房间，半夜还偷偷地叫了份肯德基外卖当宵夜，哈哈。

Saving Water

As we know， water is so important to man. Theamount of water which is

suitable to drink is less and less. But somepeople don’t care about it. They

waste a lot of water in their dailylife. Even worse， they pour dirty water and

throw rubbish into rivers.Many rivers and lakes are seriously polluted.

Something must be doneto stop the pollution(to deal with the problem). And

I think it’s agreat shame to waste while millions are in great need of

water.Wehave to save every drop of water. For example， turn off the tap

afterusing it and use a basin to wash as well. It’s also a good idea to

encouragemy friends and family members to join me! Only in this way can we

livehappily. If not， the last drop of water will be the tear.

I believe if everyone dose like this， we can make agreat difference.

暑假时去的地方很多，美景也数之不尽，但惟有厦门鼓浪屿的海景最令我印象深刻，但到底是怎样的美景呢？让我们一起来欣赏吧！

我们当时所在的宾馆里，有一扇窗户正对着那包容万物的大海，真不知是有意安排的还是无心插柳。

所谓一扇窗，一番美景，真是不错！外面的大海如同被颜料渲染了一般，只见眼前大片大片的蔚蓝，浸染了我的眼睛。那既不失优雅，又不缺美丽的大海，一下子跃入了我的眼帘，令我沉迷其中。海边热闹的人群与安静的海面形成了鲜明的对比，仿佛在炫耀着自己的完美。海滩上人山人海，就好像要与蔚蓝的海比大。这人海如同海边的清明上河图，将人声鼎沸这个成语发挥到了极致。

不过海边再热闹，也不会衬得大海冷清。阳光好似海面的专属化妆师，将她打扮的波光粼粼，加上太阳的助理风的协助，海面就如同一条正在游动的大鱼，变得生机勃勃，让我觉得美丽不已。这美景，使得我好想抓住这无声的美丽，抓住这幸福的时光。

时光虽美丽，但跟打扮后的海景一比，真是逊色不少。海景虽然无法带走，但我却将这美丽的记忆留在了脑海里，留在了我的心中。

我的家乡是美丽的鹭岛厦门，这里山清水秀，人杰地灵，要说起风景区，那真是数不胜数啊！就拿白鹭洲公园来说吧。

白鹭洲公园位于厦门思明区，公园大门前有着一块巨大的石头，上面写着白鹭洲公园几个醒目的大字。

走进公园，首先映入眼帘的是一些葱葱茏茏的苍天大树，上面栖息着各种各样的鸟儿，唱着各种各样悦耳的歌曲。它们好像在开演唱会呢！

沿着弯弯曲曲的石径，我们可以看见许多用石头雕刻的艺术雕像，有的像一只白鹭，昂着脑袋，扑打着翅膀，准备着飞翔。有的像一对母子互相拥抱着，妈妈摸着孩子的头，孩子抱着妈妈的腰，多么温馨啊！

石径的右侧是一个大湖，湖水清澈见底，湖的中央矗立着白鹭女神的雕像。她是一位美丽的少女，半脆在岩石上，一手拿着梳子，一手捧着头发，正在梳理自己的长发。女神的肩膀上站着一只白鹭，好像在和她说悄悄话呢！湖面上漂荡着几艘小船，随着微风地吹拂，小船在湖面上翩翩起舞。几只白鹭在湖的上方自由地翱翔，时不时地把头栽进水里叨起小鱼。真是一幅美丽的风景画啊！

湖的正对面是鸽子广场，那里是鸽子的天下，草地上都是各种颜

色的鸽子，有的白如雪，有的黑似乌桐木，还有的是灰色的。它们悠闲地吃着游客给它们带来的食物。它们在人群中自由漫步，真是‘人来鸟不惊’啊！

白鹭洲公园还有许多景物，我就不一一介绍了。听了这一番介绍，你们说，我的有家乡很美吧！欢迎大家来我的家乡做客！

我们来到厦门鼓浪屿，并去了海底世界。海底世界在鼓浪屿也是比较著名的景点。

海底世界的门票很贵，成人每人60元，儿童减半。我和妈妈去一共是90元。一走进去会有门牌指路，首先是露天展池，里面是咸水动物，比如海狮、巨龙。妈妈给海狮照了个像。

再走过去是企鹅淡水馆，首先看到了一只巨大的螃蟹，他一动不动,好像死了一样。其实仔细观察，可以发现螃蟹的眼珠会动。接着我们又看见了巨型石斑鱼，我在电视里看的这种鱼，好像是很小，在这里的这条却十分大。后来我看见十分美丽的鱼，有神仙鱼、刺尾鱼、蝴蝶鱼和鹦鹉鱼。我看了看标牌，上面写着刺尾鱼虽然美丽，但它身上的刺却十分毒，一点点毒就足可以毒死一个成年人。过后我又看见了美丽的海藻，我以为它们是死的，没想到是活的，触须还一动一动。里面还有一些小鱼游来游去，我想海藻一定会把小鱼吃掉，但我错了，海藻好像没看见小鱼似的。之后，我们又看见了海龙和海马，海龙是很小又身上长着许多角。海马也是很小的，与一支笔差不多，有可能还会更小哩。我在电视上看去为什么会这么大呢？

除此之外，我还看见了抹香鲸的标本。又来到了自动传输带，站在带上可以不用走路。我们的头顶和两侧都有鱼在游动，时有凶猛的鲨鱼，时有美丽的小鱼。此外，我们还看见了海龟。在这里，遗憾的是，我们没看成海豚表演。

海底世界实在是太美了。海洋也太深奥了，我们人类对海底认识和开展还不只这些，要保护好海洋世界，人与动物共存，创造一个和谐的自然环境。

Dear Mr. Wang,

Thank you for a rapid response to our invitation. Enclosed you will find an

outline of events to take place during International Week here at the University

of Montana. I will also list a number of possible speaking engagements so that

you can choose those things in which you are most interested. As far as topics

are concerned, the topics for classroom visits are generally determined by the

professor, but most professors are very flexible. We have approximately

thirty-five faculty members that teach courses in Asian Studies, ranging from

language and culture to history and economics.

Here is a tentative schedule:

Sunday, April 8th

10 am - Cultural Exhibition opens

12 am - International Festival begins with a speech by the university

president and an introduction of visiting dignitaries

1-5 pm - Opportunity to visit festival, interact with student performers,

taste foods

6 pm - Dinner with Director of Mansfield Center Phil West, Ambassador Mark

Johnson, and staff of Mansfield Center

As you can see, there is tremendous interest in China here at the
