我们的宾馆离茶山不远，所以我们步行去茶山采茶。我们到了山下，一人拿了一个大箩筐上山采茶去了。采茶的方法很简单，只需要找出茶树上比较嫩的叶子，把它们都摘下来就可以了。因为我想做更多的茶叶，所以我十分的努力。时间过得很快，转眼间就到中午了，我们必须要下山了，因为中午的太阳特别得好，我们想要好好地利用一下。

茶叶制作，只需要三步，第一步就是晒茶，需要先将茶叶放到一个容器里，然后再把茶叶放在里面。等茶叶晒好了，我们要做的第二步就是将不是特别好的茶叶拿出来，做成茶叶糕。终于到了第三步，就是炒茶啦!我们先将茶叶放入一个大黑锅中，然后拿出两个像刀一样的木制东西，用来炒茶叶。炒茶的速度得快一点，不然茶叶就毁了，炒茶的时候十分热，有时没炒几分钟就已经满头大汗，炒茶的时间整体不是很长，很快我就将湿湿的茶叶炒成了干干的茶叶干，不一会儿好喝的茶叶就完成了。因为我们人比较多，所以每人只能分得一点点茶叶。虽然少，但是我也十分的开心，因为东西是我们做的。我之前说有些叶子是可以做茶叶糕的，所以我们最终也吃了点茶叶糕。

这就是我暑假里最有意思的一天了，虽然暑假很长，但是最有意思的只有这一天，因为我明白了：只有付出了自己的努力，收获时才会感觉有意义。

“哇，这沙子好柔软，好细啊！”我光着小脚丫走在沙滩上欢呼着。我拉着爸爸的手跑向浪花的怀抱。我卷起裤子，让阳光抚摸着我的身体，让浪花拥抱我的大腿，真舒服啊！我在水中玩着，像一只小鸟飞来飞去，又像一条小鱼在水中玩耍！

爸爸给我买了一张海上摩托艇的船票，我穿上救生衣，驾驶员叔叔坐在我后面，他把着方向盘，我则拉住把手。随着一声汽笛声，我便开始了在海上“飞翔”的历程。“哦耶，我在飞喽！”我在心中欢呼着。尽管有点紧张，但还是无比激动和兴奋！在飞翔过程中，不时有几滴冰凉的海水溅到我身上，其中几颗特别调皮的还溅到我的嘴里，咸涩涩，这就是海水的味道。驾驶员带我在海上绕了几圈，一转眼的功夫，五分钟到了，摩托艇又回到了岸边，我不得不和“飞翔”说再见了！

接着，我们又在沙滩上挖洞，不一会儿，一个约十厘米的洞边展现在我们眼前，但是，洞里的水越涨越高，我很疑惑。一旁的妈妈知道我在想什么，解释道：“因为海水快涨潮了，水平面已经到了高处，洞里的水也跟着涨。”

挖完了洞，一转身又朝大海跑去，去尽情享受阳光和海水的沐浴！

我的家乡在厦门。厦门，一片生我养我的土地，一座到处鸟语花香、生机勃勃的城市。近有碧海蓝天，远有苍翠雄拔的高山。上有虫鸣鸟叫，下有鱼儿成群。随着时代的发展，她也正逐日成长，科技文明理念创新，技术的腾飞，使之越发美好。

厦门，居临海边，有着独特海洋的气息。一望无际的大海，广阔的沙滩，是最具特色的旅游所在。远看海边上的沙滩，像一块柔软的棉垫，使人禁不住想去踩一踩。海滩上的贝壳更是琳琅满目，五彩缤纷，让我们眼前一亮。还有绿油油的椰子树，像成千上万的警卫员，在尽职地看守沙滩。天空上时不时飞过一两只快乐的精灵般的白鹭。火红火红的市树凤凰木，成堆拥簇的三角梅，让人们赞叹不已。厦门的魅力，吸引了中外游客的眼光。

厦门不仅风景优美，而且经济情况与科学素养也处于发达腾飞的态势。

记得我小时候，厦门的一些村庄，都是一些简单的瓦片房，或是一层平房而已。现在，农村里也盖起了不少三五层的楼房。一条条水泥路从城市通向农村，交通更加的便利、快捷。还有许许多多台商到厦门开发，建工厂，使工商业渐渐发展，带来可观的经济效益。

厦门盛产花生、甘蔗、龙眼。同安素有“甘蔗之乡”的美称，龙眼为全国六大产地之一。厦门主要特产有各种亚热带瓜果、鱼皮花生、花生酥、菩提丸、青津果、馅饼、文昌鱼、香菇肉酱、海产干货等。沿海多产鱼、虾、蜊、蟹、鱿鱼、文昌鱼。同安是我国文昌鱼故乡之一。文昌鱼是厦门的名贵特产，俗名鳄鱼虫，主要产地在厦门同安浏五店。文昌鱼体形小，顶多五六厘米长。全身半透明，头尾两头尖，是高级鱼品，其肉质鲜嫩，味道清津甜美，制成干品，有一二年的保存期，是理想的旅游购物佳品。

厦门还有许多美味的小吃：金黄金黄的‘炸枣’，热腾腾的五香肠，香喷喷的同安“封肉”，甜滋滋的年糕，美味的馅饼、沙茶面、薄饼、韭菜盒、马蹄酥、海蛎煎、鸭肉粥、麻糍、花生汤、面线糊等等。

有山有水，有可观的经济效益，更有‘海上花园’‘文明城市’的美称。厦门一定会一天比一天好，有这样的家乡，我感到很自豪！身为海西的小主人，我一定会努力学习，将来把家乡建设得更美好。
