我的“缤纷”暑假，是一场噩梦……

爸爸干啥时候不行，非要赶到放暑假。看见肥嘟嘟的我，一定要让我天天晚上做45个仰卧起坐、50个下蹲，这可为难了我这个体育细胞不发达的小矮子。但是“父命不可违抗”，只得照办。

“缤纷”生活

晚上，那“恶魔”训练开始了。

先是50个下蹲。双手平举，认真下蹲。我一口气可做不了那么多，25个一组做两组。做完一组，我就已经累得气喘吁吁，热的鼻头直冒汗。我站在那里休息一会儿，看看监视我的爸爸赶忙连着做下一组，一个一个认真下蹲。终于做完了50个，我坐在地上下小狗一样喘着粗气，引来爸爸一阵讥讽的笑声，我冲让吐了吐舌头，以表我的不满。

才休息了不到五分钟，可爱的仰卧起坐就等着我了。我心里打起了如意算盘：45个，15个一组，做三组多轻松啊!就这么办了!我用桌布包着脚，勾在沙发底下，开始仰卧起坐。我要一口气做完。第一组，我真的一口气做完了15个，累的我任凭怎么都起不来。休整一下再做第二组吧!

第二组可没有那么顺利了，我只做了9个就坚持不住了。俗话说“坚持就是胜利”，可这次，却坚持不见胜利了……当然，功夫不负有心人，我成功了，做完了45个，我觉得自己很伟大，能做这么多运动，不过也真够累的，第二天早上我腿也酸背也疼。

basketball. Sometimes I go swimming with my friends. Sometimes play with small

During this summer vacation, my mother signed me up for a basketball class,

快乐的暑假转眼就过去了，假期里我经历了许多快乐的事情，然而最令我难忘的就是去海边游玩了。

我们一家人乘车来到秦皇岛浅水湾，刚一下车，我就被眼前的情景所吸引了。一望无际的大海翻滚着白色的浪花向岸边涌来，像一个个音符快乐地跳跃着，唱着动听的歌曲。清凉的海风迎面吹来，夹杂着一点咸咸的味道，感觉真舒畅。海边热闹极了，人们穿着五颜六色的泳衣在海边尽情地玩耍。我和弟弟迫不及待地换上泳衣，套上救生圈，冲进了海里我浮在海水里，尽情地游着，像一条小鱼一样自由自在，太好玩了。游了一会儿，我回头一看，弟弟已经落在我后边了，我游过去一看，可把我逗坏了，弟弟套着救生圈，双脚却在海底，然后像小青蛙似的用膝盖一蹦一蹦地往前走。妈妈在岸边喊让我去教教他，这下我可要当一回老师了。我抬起他的双腿，他吓得哇哇大叫，我连忙让他用双手划水，可他还是把腿放下了，我一遍一遍地鼓励他，给他做示范，终于他学会了如何利用救生圈游泳了。看着他高兴的样子，我也很高兴。

过了一会儿，我们又在沙滩上玩起了沙子，我们一会挖坑，一会又把爸爸用沙子埋起来，一会又用沙子做了个金字塔……我们还挖出了一只小螃蟹，它惊慌失措地横着跑得特别快，真好玩。我们玩了一会儿，就把它放回海里了，那里才是它真正的家。

傍晚，我们恋恋不舍地回家了，海浪变大了，像是在为我们送行，大海带给了我无限的欢乐。

时光如梭，日月如流，一转眼就到了毕业的时间，真是光阴似箭!再过一个月，我就要面对小学阶段最重要也是最后一个期末考试——毕业考了。所以我要制定一个完美的期末复习计划，让我六年来所学到的知识放出耀眼的光芒!

冲刺数学：复习重难点，多学多问

在剩余的一段时间里，我要把考过的试卷都拿出来温习一遍，把一些曾经记录在本上的题反复做，直到弄懂为止。我还要多做一些练习题，多看看老师讲过的重点、难点题，学会做题方法，考试时遇到类似的题目就不用愁了。再把以往的数学书拿出来多看看，不懂的地方，要去问老师，正所谓学问学问，多学多问。

冲刺英语：单词、语法最重要

学英语有两个最最重要的“点”——单词和语法。但你词汇量充足，语法也全部搞明白后，读起来阅读题就不会太费劲了。当然了，课本上的知识也是十分重要的。所以，第一我要复习八册英语书上的所有单词、语法点和重点句，还要练一练听力，平常写作业时养成书写规范的好习惯，这样考试时就高枕考试吧了。但做完卷子后检查也是必须的哦。

冲刺语文：死记硬背，随机应变

为什么说语文既要死记硬背又要随机应变呢?因为语文有许多知识点要复习，还有古诗文要记诵，重点课文、学习、指南针、生字词……都是要复习的点，需要死记硬背。而卷子上也会出现一些活题，比如写标语或提炼观点一类的，这些题就需要随机应变了。

但愿我的期末复习计划会帮助我在毕业考试中取得好成绩。但是，有一点我坚信，只要有付出就会有回报，“一分耕耘一分收获”，只要我认真的复习了，为了自己的目标“勇往直前”，我就一定能取得好成绩。

I am going to do many things and be very busy on the weekend. So I do my

homework on Saturday morning.

In the afternoon， I am going to do housework with my mother. Because I am a

一阵警笛声响起，一辆消防车从家门口迅速通过。

原本，我们一家人并没在意，但是过了一会儿却发现，消防车就在附近停了下来，从窗口往外望去，整个天空都在浓烟的笼罩中，这时我们一家人才大吃一惊!

接着我翻出了曹雪芹《红楼梦》，细细的品读起来，这本书让我明白了，人这一生总会有酸甜苦辣，不会一帆风顺，事情也是一波三折，不都顺人心意，但我们也要热爱生活。再翻出曹文轩的《草房子》认识了调皮的桑桑，认识了心地善良的纸月，知道了他们在乡村校园的有趣故事，天下父母对儿女的爱。最后我又翻出了《鲁滨逊漂流记》书中讲述了鲁滨逊在一次海上远航时，发生了事故，来到了孤岛上，开始了新的生活。这本书让我们认识了一个勇敢又敢於冒险的鲁滨逊。我每天沉浸书的海洋里，享受这书带得我的快乐。

这真是一个愉快的暑假，因为我过的既充实又快乐。

I like the summer holidy so much. I look forward to summer holiday every year. Last summer, I went to Shen zhen for my holiday, which is also a city of seashore like Haikou. I enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the afternoon. The sky is blue, the air is fersh. 后来，被校医说成了十二指肠，真的很气人!不过，如果我不总是装肚子疼的话，我想，就不会把我说成十二指肠了吧!

总之呢，这事儿啊，都怨我，都是我的不好，我想，我不应该去怪罪于医生。

在夏令营，我尽然发烧了，真是没有想到啊，我竟然发烧了呀!自从我上初中以来，我就没有再发过烧了，本打算直到初中毕业都不发烧的，不发烧的事儿啊，就这样打破了，真的是好不甘心啊!!!

在这十二天里，我交了许多朋友——陈献丹、宋世琳、度新怡、徐玉洁、石婧、兰婷俞(都是宿舍里的)、肖明芳(我的干姐姐)!!!这些朋友，我这一生都不会忘记她们的!在这十二天里，他们给予了我很多的帮助呢!真希望能够再见到她们啊，我想，我们一定会再见面的。

我们班有五位老师——孔德强老师(主讲)、李雨蒙老师、辜玉璇老师、郑婧老师、陈果老师(助教老师)。但是，其中有一位老师不知道是什么原因走了(陈果老师)，好舍不得他啊!我们在班上分四个小组，李雨蒙老师就是教我们这个组的助教老师呢!我最喜欢李雨蒙老师了呢!

在夏令营，我跟班主任老师和三位同学组成了一个小家庭，我们有一个保姆(林保浩)但是因为想回家，就提前走了。在我们这个小家庭的成员有：班主任老师刘书颖(干妈)、陈鑫强(大哥，简称“小强”)、钟乔(二哥)、肖明芳(三姐)、剩下的就是我了(小妹)!!!我们可是一个幸福的小家庭呢!!!

在这十二天里，我认认真真你的学习，没有辜负爸爸妈妈的期望!谢谢爸爸妈妈给我这次机会让我再次参加李阳疯狂英语集训营!!!

我坚持每天练球一小时，二个月来，我的球技提高了，身体也长壮实了。打篮球真是一项好运动。

早晨，我们早早来到学校门口集合。老师先把标有1-15这几个数字的数字贴分给开车来的家庭，并告诉开车来的家庭把它贴在自己的车上。离开辅导班之后，我们就按顺序出发了。老师的车在最前面，我和妈妈还有哥哥坐在一位阿姨的车。

上车之后，我兴奋地不得了。真想快速的地到刘双老师家去看看葡萄园是什么样子的?车开在路上，我看到许多美景。过了好久，终于到了刘双老师家，我看到了一大片的葡萄园，美丽极了。

下了车，我们没有立刻涌入果园。老师按照报名顺序，把我们分成A、B两组。老师先给我们讲解了葡萄知识，又让我们抢答问题，答对题多的先进园。

分完组，老师就给我们两组提出问题让我们抢答。抢答很快就结束了，最后我们A组赢了，所以我们A组就先进去摘葡萄。我们先拿了工具—一把剪刀和一个桶，然后我们就进去摘葡萄了。我们到了中间一列摘的葡萄，葡萄的叶子好像人的手掌。我们摘的葡萄很大，摘完后，我才品尝了一下自己摘的大葡萄，之后又品尝了别人摘的小葡萄。呀!我们摘的好酸，刚才听别人说大葡萄很酸，我还不信。现在，我非常后悔自己没有摘小葡萄。

我非常喜欢这次的摘葡萄活动，真令人难忘啊!

It was the eighth day of our summer holiday.I felt good.I felt I am free.My

parents went to camping.So I live alone but I dont feel lonely.I stayed at home

and watched TV.I wrote an English daily composition.It was my homework.Today, I

have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired.It was time for dinner.I must

go!I am very hungry.

After morning’s class,we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria.It always brought us coolness.The food was so-so,but the home-cooking is much delicious.When we almost finished eating,I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign teacher Nick.A girl was sitting beside him.They were talking over lunch.I at once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it.We were so excited.I slowed my speed of eating to wait for that girl.At the moment,they finished their lunch and walked by us with the smile on their faces.Nick seemed so different from how he looked in the class.I guess that is the power of love.Hope they will enjoy everyday when they get together.So romantic!
