It was the first day of our summer holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free.Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter holidays, I want to have full sleepand eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.

My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable.I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays.It is very beautiful there.There are green plants,clear rivers,lovely animals and kind people.I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there.I wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

暑假中的一天，我做完了作业，已是汗流夹背，我刚要打开冰箱门拿冰棍时，就被爸爸拦住了，我有气无力的问他：“有何贵干?”他说：“你如果能答对我的问题就可以吃，怎么样?”我一下子来了兴趣，说：“行，出题吧!”他提出了一个奇怪的问题：“冷水与热水哪个先结冰?”“当然是冷水!”我胸有成竹的说.“哦，你是这样认为的?”爸爸边说边拿了两个杯子，一个杯子里放冷水，一个杯子里放热水，我疑惑不解的问：“爸爸，您要干什么?”爸爸说：“咱们来做个实验，看一看到底哪个先结冰。”我心里不禁犯疑了：难道会是热水先结冰?因为我急于想知道结果，于是，我迅速的将两杯水放入冰箱。

通过爸爸的启发，我终于明白了这个问题：热量是水蒸发的基本条件，热水比冷水温度高，蒸发的热量快，所以热水比冷水先结冰。

我把自己的告诉了爸爸，爸爸连连微笑点头，对我说：“对，你说的没错。”然后又语重心长的对我说：“孩子，像这类物理现象，你要通过实践去推断，不要凭自己直觉去推断呀!”

星期日的下午，我、罗放哥哥和爸爸一起去游泳池游泳。游泳池在跳跳虎游乐园的西面，在文化宫的南面，我们买了票，进去了，我换好泳衣，脱了鞋，跳下水，感觉浑身轻飘飘的，我试着跳了一下，啊，轻轻一跳就蹦好高，我想走路会更轻松吧，但我想错了，在水里走路要比在陆地上走路重的多，我只好用胳膊在水里向前划，不错，这样走轻松多了，这时，罗放哥哥游来，说：“颖颖，我教你游泳吧。”我惊喜的说：“太好了。”罗放哥哥说：“要学游泳，首先要练好憋气。”

“日月如梭、时光飞逝。”转眼间暑假已匆匆从指间流过，可我却感觉自己还停留在昨天。

放假的感觉真好。不用一大早5点多就起床，早上睡到九点多才睁开惺松的睡眼。然后不紧不慢地穿着衣服，不用再担心爸妈的催促。空调吹来的冷风令我不由得想到同学们，他们一定也如我一样，此时在家享受着空调所带来的清凉。放假了，不用在那狭小闷热的补习班里补着无穷无尽的课，更不用在炎炎烈日下被老师逼着跳课间操……暑假期间，抱一本“闲书”故意从爸妈面前走过，他们的脸上挂着笑，并没有像平常一样严厉制止并加上一番说教，似乎原来他们极力反对我看的闲书，此时看起来也已经“不闲”了。原来爸妈是通情达理的.，平时不让看课外书是怕影响我的正常学习，可怜天下父母心啊!

就这样惬意的过了一段时间，有一天下午，奶奶高血压犯了，突然摔倒在她住的房子里。当我们得知这个消息的时候，天已经快黑了。妈妈急忙找来两个邻居帮忙把身体肥胖的奶奶从地上抬到床上，然后又找来医生，给奶奶挂了吊水。之后妈妈给远在外地的爸爸打了电话，让他赶紧回来，怕奶奶万一有个什么闪失，自己应付不了。因为当时奶奶的病已经很严重了，她右边的身子已经瘫痪不能动了。

我和妈妈守了奶奶半夜，一直等到爸爸开车回来。爸爸进家后车子都没熄火，第一时间把奶奶抬到车上，然后送往太知医治了。折腾了一夜，奶奶的病情总算稳定下来了。医生说奶奶得的是脑出血，需要住院治疗，爸爸留在医院陪奶奶，让我和妈妈回家了。当我们再去太和看望奶奶时，奶奶己经瘦削了许多，看着奶奶被病痛折磨的样子，我不禁流下了泪水。生老病死我们无法预知，但我会祈祷奶奶快快好起来，然后好好孝敬她。

我听了，便大胆学起来，他也教我了如何蹬腿，很快进步了许多，这让教练很高兴。

开始，我还以为在室内场馆打羽毛球会有空调呢!可到了那里，我才知道根本就没有空调，连个电风扇都没有，站在那儿，不动都会出汗，所以才打了一会儿的球，我就像热锅上的蚂蚁一样，感觉快被那阵阵热浪给烤熟了。

几天练下来以后，大家都有了一定的基础。有一天，教练对我们说：“大家休息一下，好好回忆回忆我们学过的发球、接球以及如何使球过网。”话音刚落，我就像箭一样飞向我休息的地方，一口气把一瓶雪碧喝个精光。啊，实在是太爽了!一会儿，教练说：“我要对你们进行测试。”没想到第一个竟轮到我，“啪”的一声响，教练发的球直朝我飞来，我敏捷地用正确的姿势接了球，教练又毫不费力地把球打回来了，就这样你来我往打了好多回合，我就汗流浃背，气喘吁吁了，教练看我那样儿，禁不住笑着鼓励我要加强练习，增强体力与耐力，我听了连连点头。
